I normally do not want to highlight people’s name, but Maria in that shop is extremely rude to customers. I am a regular guest and I noticed she had been standing right at the entrance, using unfair and unacceptable attitude towards customers. Accusing people stealing things from shop. Pointing at customers by using fingers and argue with them. I would not recommend her to work as a customer service employee.

I spent $800 on the grocery and paid extra to be shipped to my home as I have a one month old baby. I specifically asked to meet at the door in my order but the delivery guy left all of my stuff in the street by the lobby door!
I had to take all of them upstairs by myself and my baby with his stroller! It took me 30 mins to do that.
I called the customer service of the store and they said it was delivered by a third party, so they cannot do anything about it!
I am so disappointed!

Incredibly disappointed by the customer service and overall experience I had returning an item with original receipt, bank statement proving purchase and of course the item. Eventually was given a refund but had to wait an hour. The manager at the end explained that as long as the item and original receipt was presented then wal mart will do the return. So why the hour wait for a 5 minute fix. Extremely disappointed!

Good prices and variety. However the shopping experience is absolutely mediocre. It's usually dirty, the stairs are almost always broken, the quality of plastic bags is simply insulting lots of stockouts and some asssociates are very lazy and helpless.

It's a shame as it could be a much better place to go to. In short, it's absolute lack of good store management.

Ahh… Asian vibes, because its Richmond, it makes you feel like you’re in China, and you also feel like its China too in Walmart! Because in here when you first get in you see a lot of asian stuff, and theres 2 asian isles, one is where all of the asian food are (except asian snacks) like rice, noodles, seasoning, can food, and so much more! And the second aisle is where all of the snacks is, like seaweed, chips, drinks, and i thought it didn’t exist but it actuall exist is Indomie CHIPS! I love Indomie and chips a lot, and when they were combined it was soooo good. So when you come here, make sure to buy that, worth the money!

Nabil is the Assistant manager. And the guy who is the customer manager.they both should be fired right away. The way they treat customers, is extremely disrespectful. I felt discriminated by their service towards me compared to others. They think it's easy to disrespect people who are trying to get help and are not aware of protocols. Worse worse store to be in if these 2 people are working. IF REVIEWS MATTER, THEY SHOULD BE KICKED OUT OF THE STORE AS THEY ARE THE HORRIBLE IN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Nabil- assistant manager is this store is rude, disrespectful and arrogant. He thinks he is the president of the world and doesn't know how to treat others with humanity. He doesn't deserve that position. The title comes with lots of responsibilities and a person who is only proud of his title, and doesn't know what responsibilities it comes with, should be downgraded and trained well.

Never delivered the order I had paid for, never brought up the missing delivery, no follow up and when I emailed and asked they said I should contact the store myself. Bad customer service. Don't order online.

I really am not one to leave negative reviews nor complain. However, my experience with ordering online on Walmart has been absolutely awful. There was a lack of organization and communication; often times depending on which method you are contacting them (I.e. Customer service phone line vs on messenger), they give you different answers for the same question.

My major issue with Walmart is that even though they had inadequacy on their part (customer service provided me wrong advice and their online website had a glitch causing me to order the same exact order twice), they had no flexibility or understanding in regards to the return policy.

As such a large cooperation, it’s always nice when they are not understanding with their customers; such as a college student who is in a vulnerable position financially. I’m sorry for my rant. It’s just that I’m honestly quite scarred from future shopping at Walmart due to this negative experience. And in writing this rant, maybe I will move on from being as bothered by this.

Crowd are everywhere. Lack of staff that if u want to ask about a certain product, u need to find them yourself and if u found one (you'll not instantly accommodated because of other customers waiting to be attend to before u). Products that's shows on stocks in the store (when you inquire online) are not available or not on the store. Inconsistent and different information between online and on stocks or actual inventory.

Something as simple as ordering a vacuum for pick up in-store has to be the worst experience. The email's visual cue saying "ready for pickup" does not match their store. Wasted time driving there and calling their pickup line just to be told it isn't there and the order was cancelled (?).

Day after I get another email saying the product is coming in 3 weeks. 3 weeks later I call the pickup number and the girl says "give me a second" and I hear them moving things around for a good six minutes laughing and chatting in the background without ever getting back to the phone. Whoever is in charge of picking up that phone needs some serious training on basic customer service and Walmart needs to have a pickup system that isn't from the early 2000s. Looks like I'll have to take another chance and drive there again wasting even more of my time!

The worst of all the Walmart franchisees across Canada. Customer service is pathetic and they miss out on SKUs when you go for returning stuff. Also they refund it at a lower price. Please be very careful and always ask for a return receipt as they don't like to give it and invariably come up with excuses to issue a return receipt. Avoid this location as much as you can.if only I could rate this below zero or without a star, I certainly would.

Be careful shopping with Walmart on line. I bought an Electric brush and received it in an broken condition package. The brush was not work and battery can not be charged. I brought it to store and was refused for return! Was told this item was an clearance one. It was a reduced-price one, not clearance. I phoned customers service many times, was told the item could be refunded for sure, but the store refused again. It happened before the pandemic, up to now nobody contact me. So don't buy from Walmart online!

The Assistant manager at this location, Nabil was very arrogant to my friend. He had no humanity and respect whatsoever. His attitude was on different level. He said things that were not necessary and totally denied to help my friend. We respect there are certain rules and procedures that everyone needs to follow. But there are ways of saying things. As a customer, who doesn't know about your protocols, it's ur duty AS A ASSISTANT MANAGERA TO EXPLAIN THIS TO THE GUESTS nicely, politely and respectfully. You can't just throw tantrums at your customers. Just because u r so called Assistant manager, doesn't mean you can make your own rules.

It is a good store for low price stuffs. Most of groceries are lower price than other stores expect seafood. I tried once online shopping pickup here that staff did a good job here, she did not make any mistake. Amazing!

Really bad service. The employees never know where an item is and every time I call to enquire about something they hardly pick up or cannot help me. The website shows wrong information and I have had few online orders canceled because website shows in stock but store is out of stock!

The whole store reeks of wet market.
Price tags are all mixed up so you have to double check them at the wall scanner for almost every single item. Isles are full of wholes where "clearance items" supposed to be, not to mention that the sore is so crowded all the time and it seems like they are always over capacity.

This walmart in Richmond area with lot of Asian food which other Walmart may not have so many variaties for your selection. Love to shop there and always has my busket full of items which I can not find in Coquitlam or port Coquitlam

I couldn't exchange my pan that I bought in June where the Teflon coating came off. Already at the entrance I was told that I could not exchange it because it was needed. But the damage was caused by using it. It looks like a complaint is only possible for 3 months, although the operating instructions say 1 year. Maybe it was because I bought it in Hawaii.

I hate Walmart they destroy communities by killing Main Street in the small towns that they dominate because of their lower prices shop anywhere but Walmart and if I have to shop at Walmart I would rather steal from them since they have stolen from every community that they have been involved in

What's up with the escalators and elevators? Today you can go UP to enter the store, but no escalator or elevator functioning to go to the second level. To leave the store, no escalator going down, huge line up for elevators. Very challenging for anyone with mobility issues! Not cool.

Free under the roof parking but packed - hard to find parking during peak hours.no customer service.but good deals on grocery -lots of asian food choices at great prices.

This walmart location is trying to save up by keeping fewer staff than before.
They also increase the prices very often.
I do not care about the endless cameras and endless undercover security guards you have.
We need enogh staff at the cashiers.
And more knowledgeable staff on the floor.

Surely the products are good and everything you need is there but the cashier is so impolite for commanding his costumer to change the product purchased because he cant scan the barcode, like why would you command a costumer? It is not the costumers fault if they dont have a clear barcode.

I ordered a hair oil online which was to be shipped from USAs company. It was supposed yo be in store 10 days ago. I did not receive any emails or calls to update me for the delay. It took me 7 hours to reach customer service representative through a phone call. And when i express to her that how it is frustrating to wait for a call let alone wait for the product itself, she instead remarks that she is alone at the desk and some other calls are waiting as well. Then she transfers me to online orders representative who did not even care to listen to carefully. She did not add to information that i already had and rather had vague answer for my questions. I understand that it is a difficult time considering the global pandemic, but why there is only one person at the service desk and why did not the other representative look into the problem more seriously. I did not wish for the product to be brought sooner to me, i just wanted to know what exactly is going on and whats the status. I am clearly unhappy by this. Sorry for the bad review.

Unbelievably fast and friendly service, great prices and good portion sizes. Some of the best agedashi I've ever had and their sashimi was incredibly fresh. Not usually a fan of red snapper but what they had was delectable.

Good selection of multicultural foods. Good prices on clothes. Though limited in girl's dress shoes ages 11 and above. Staff is extremely helpful on self check out. Not alot of staff around in aisle to ask questions. Always a greater at the door. Security checking receipts at exit. So be prepared for sometimes long lines on Saturday and Sunday to get your receipt checked. Seems they have beefed up on shop lifters. Overall store is clean- prices are reasonable. Lines are long but savings worth it

I would give zero star if I could. Staffs were so rude, didn't let my 2.5 years old kid touch their toys upstairs. The staff grabed my kids hands off their toys. I have never seen anyone that rude to a kid!

3/5 because its a well stocked store. Plenty of staff to help point you in the right direction. Security lady at the front checked our recepits, I don't mind, I like that they're careful! I did not like her weird comment, getting down to her level to my daughter, asking her "where's your mommy? " when the only two people she was clinging onto and chasing were her dad and I. I come here to shop, not be insulted passive aggressively just because I dont LOOK old enough to possibly be responsible for this 3 year old child. Super insulting and not a good way to end a long shopping trip spending a bunch of money. I come here often with my daughter too.

I wanted to purchase something out of a locked case, I waited by the case for about 5 min but there was no sales associate in sight. I went to the pharmacy and he paged someone and told me to go and wait by the case. Waited for 10 minutes no one came. Went to customer service, they paged someone again then someone walked me back there and told me to wait and someone would come. I waited another 10 minutes. No one came. Went back to customer service. They paged someone again.still, no one came! I could hear the repeated pages over the store itercom over the half an hour they were trying to get me some assistance. By now I had wasted over 30 minutes of my time with no end result. I decided to leave and purchase the product I was after somewhere else. I was disappointed that a chain store of his magnitude did not have the appropriate processes in place for a simple request. It was extremely frustrating and I am upset my time was wasted.
