Such a bad experience here. I had to do one return, they had a sign up that someone wasn’t going to be open until 9. Manager (Alexandra) was called for me, and she just wouldn’t do anything about it. Nobody showed up until 9: 20. I explain to the manager that I would be late for work but she didn’t really seem to care whatsoever and just asked me to come back later after I repeatedly expressed that I couldn’t. Other employees were nice, but manager Alexandra was terrible. I would’ve happily waited if I wasn’t in a rush to go to work.

Never buy from there sites its not even them that sells the item and always listed 10x higher price. Curb side pick up doesnt work at all item on there site is not even wath they have in stock. Its rlly bad sadly

My Grandson went for an interview to work graveyard stocking shelves. He understands French a little but is mostly English. The guy who was interviewing him did not speak English and kicked him out because he wasn't bilingual. I've never been so upset with their procedures. I will never shop there ever. Why does he need to speak French when dealing with no customers. Shame on you Walmart. I'll take my business across the border. I do speak both languages. So should anyone interviewing in one star is more then they deserve

Walmart boul St-joseph hull.ils ont decider de fermer les caisses traditionnelles.il y a seulement les "self serve" maintenant.laissez moi vous dire qu'avec un panier plein, surtout d'epicerie, ce n'est pas plaisant du tout.je vais surement retourner a des epiceries traditionnelle et le walmart ce passera de mon $250 par semaines ou $1000 par mois!

Je suis récemment allé au magasin tout en respectant les consignes sanitaires comme suivre les flèches indiquées par terre et garder une distanciation de deux mètres des autres clients aux caisses. Un autre client a alors tenté de me provoquer et de m'insulter à plusieurs reprises pour me forcer à m'approcher davantage des clients devant moi pour réduire la longueur de la file d'attente. J'ai ignoré ce client et continué à respecter les règles sanitaires. Le client s'est alors plaint à un employé du magasin. Celui-ci m'a demandé d'avancer au lieu de mettre l'autre client irresponsable et impoli à sa place. Vu que je suis conséquent et responsable dans la vie, j'ai décidé de ne plus aller à ce magasin. J'irai désormais aux magasins à Ottawa, même si cela signifie un détour pour moi.

Jai fait un achat pour collecte en magasin. 3 semaines dattente. Arrivée au magasin, personne ne répond au numero de téléphone qu'il faut appeler. J'attends 20 minutes au service à la.clientèle. Le préposé appelle la personne responsable. Très long. De.plus les achats ne correspondaient pas à l'image. Jai dû attendre 10 minutes de plus pour un remboursement. Je ne crois pas réutiliser ce service à l'avenir.

Wait times is always too long at cashier. The other day I had exactly 5 items in my cart after paying the cashier in person 2 of which were not bagged (nothing electronic or of value). When I exit I am flagged by security: the welcoming clerk asks me immediately: "Do you have any baby products? ". I take out the three items the clerk put herself in a plastic Walmart bag and I say: "no". I have nothing remotely baby, infant or child centric in my cart. It was early in the morning and the store was basically empty. Clearly their security staff that was stalking me on the cameras was bored and forgot their glasses so they flagged me upon exit for no reason.

Not impressed today. They had maple syrup on sale but no one could tell me why we couldn't find any in their store!

Walmart is like any other Walmart if you are familiar with it. You can find most everything you need at competive pricing. Only thing I have an issue with is the store closes at 5pm on weekends since the covid pandemic which is not very practicle.

I ordered one item online and I was supposed to pick it up at this location on June 13th and today is July 29th. This was the longest time (46days) I’ve waited for something. When I check my tracking number it only says “The items in this shipment are delayed”

I also tried to cancel my order two weeks ago and get my money back. The customer service lady on the phone was so polite but not helpful. So I still waiting for my money!

I strongly recommend to NOT order anything online from Walmart’s unless you have months to wait for that.

Store is filthy, staff is rude, and not stalked properly. I'd have given no stars if I could have. Just an awful experience as a whole. Completely understaffed as well

I walked up to the cash, groceries in hand, and the cashier told me i was ugly and drop kicked everything out of my arms, hitting nearby shoppers with the debris and leaving several injured.she then shot me in the gut and killed me.she spat on my corpse and walked away to help the next customer.don't shop here, it's dangerous.

Tristounet pcq l'expérience de magasiner n'y est plus. Chacun pour soi à distance, sans vraiment savoir où aller pour se rendre à une caisse.pas assez clair, évident pour s'y retrouver soi même! L'aide des préposées est indispensable chez Walmart. Cordialement

Les employés ne se parlent pas entre eux, se renvoient la balle sans régler le problème et comble du malheur, accusent les clients pour protéger leur incompétence! Me faire traiter de voleur par des employés alors que le problème vient d'une employée qui n'a pas fait sa tâche en amont.je me suis rapidement rappelé pourquoi je ne fréquente pas ce magasin!

Near my residence and they constantly have in store my preferred products. There are staff at every station whom are available for any questions. The store sells popular brands in most products and also have generic products at lower prices

The customer service department needs some work. I came from a different store with some items that I wanted the difference on and these two woman told me I need to go back to the walmart that I came from. It's a franchise why couldnt you just give me the difference. I just returned both. When I did I asked the girl wont those just go back on the shelf and she said "yes" so technically you could've just sold it back to me at the price you had it at rather then send me on another drive to the other walmart. Garbage customer service you made the whole thing more confusing by just not wanting to help me. If you have no people skills then go work in the back.

Magasin très propre, ça donne envie d'y retourner. 10 mois plus tard, très déçu du service à la clientèle. 20 minutes pour passer à la caisse. Inconcevable. Piètre service. Zéro étoile.

Same as with the Superstore, humans at this store and other Walmart’s have bad hygiene practices. I feel icky shopping here especially after someone has had a coughing fit without covering. One instance it was a staff. I asked her if she could please cover. She replied, I’m not sick. Sorry but, it doesn’t matter whether your sick or not, I don’t want bodily fluids of any kind on items that I would have otherwise been interested in.

Nice community store.because it's on the Quebec side.it dont stock a lot of caribbean stuff that I would normally buy in Ottawa stores.also the variety of clothes are not that much as in the Ottawa stores.

Walmart - what can I say? They are all the same on purpose so I’ll have to pick what I liked when I was there for my first time last week. As a newbie I thought I’d get lost but as big as it is I was careful about what I experienced to be fair. It’s huge and there is everything for everybody on a budget. I needed to to buy chocolate milk after a work out - that worked well but other than that it’s like buying food in the Canadian Tire Centre.

I had a comment about the grocery section of your store (including meats/dairy). Especially concerning the fresh produce. Whenever I go to this Walmart, I find produce that has gone bad, to the point of being molded. These items should not be on the shelves and should not be stored with other, fresher produce. On several occasions, food I've bought did not reach its best before date, which is extremely disappointing considering some items are overpriced. Please take better care of your produce section. Today I went in to buy zucchini and found them all soft, sloppy and some molded. I picked one up only to have my finger go INTO the zucchini because of how gross it was. I bought boxed baby spinach to open the box and be greeted by the smell of ROT. It's safe to say I will never purchase produce from this Walmart again.

Poorly stocked store, open boxes and damaged packaging on electronics (box cutter cut through product, poorly handled items by stocking employees), items in the liquidation aisle that aren’t on liquidation. Small selection of toddler ride on toys.
Everything I needed to buy today was either damaged, or out of stock.

Also the employee in charge of customer experience who phoned back the cashier who requested help, informed us they couldn’t come and help resolve the issue as they were on break.

I've been here a few times and always they have the worst seedless grapes!
The other departments are good and the store is relatively clean.
The one time I needed help it seemed no one wanted to help, and checking out they put the cleaning products with my meat. OMG this got me upset.other than this the store has fair prices and sale items are usually in stock

I go here often. It’s quite busy with customers. I know the layout and that helps me find items I’m looking for. Staff are very helpful in locating an item, I wish to purchase. Cashiers are super friendly as well.

It looks like it's part of an underground bunker. Although the square footage is large, it feels cramped. Was looking at board games at specialty display when a woman stocking literally pushed in front of me without saying excuse me so she could do her job. Then at the cash a woman wearing a customer service manager nametag was too busy having conversations with other employees to bother acknowledging customers or providing speedy service. This is why the works is shifting to online shopping and self serve check outs because customer service sucks and no one in front line positions can speak English.
