Walmart Supercentre

This place needs to check their expiry dates for some of their items. I went in to buy the dentyne ice 24 pack gum and it had bad expiry dates. Most of these expiry dates were past due and some were due. Out of all the boxes they had on the shelf not even ONE had a long expiry date!

I visited the pharmacy today and I don’t understand why they would charge me 10$. I know it’s not tax. At least there should be some explanation for the charge. It just says fee and then 9.97 boom.

ANANYA, associate always helps me for product finding. She is very helpful & smiling face that is amazing.

First time, Nice place with lots of stuff on a discount. Bought few things…will come back for sure.
Edit: I don’t understand the point of locking the trail room. How are you supposed to check sizes? There is a stupid bell outside the trail room to call someone but you yourself hardly hear it, forget the staff hearing it. Guess they don’t want people to try out cloths. I even tried going and asking someone for help but in vain. I had to wait half an hour and return home without buying anything. No logic at all in Walmart facilities.

Self checkout ELIMINATES jobs, promotes confusion, shrinkage and long lineups, I'm never shopping there again! ALSO, ever notice all the security cams tracking you? Everywhere!

They never answer the phone. I had to go in store to see if they had an item in stock and they didn't. Waste of my time.

Overcrowded, need to have a quarter in your pocket to get a cart (the cashiers were unhelpful, directed me to the long customer service line), very little distancing and product was scattered all over the place. Been going there for a while, but will not return to this location.

I was there to return some items. Everything was in original package. The girl named kruti sd i have to go back where i bought these items. I explained her my toddler tore up the receipt and i just need refund. She can give me store credit even i paid by debit. Can't go back to morningside store. But she didn't even try to help me. Very unhappy with customer service.

Very bad experience. Customer service is very poor. I have ordered baby high chair online, on my end it said it was delivered, i waited for 2 weeks but Walmart never got me back. I called this Walmart and person who picked up she said it was never delivered, what a lie? Then i called purolator they also it was delivered. I was so dissatisfied that i had to walk in to the store. Even though when i went in, customer service person (luxana) she lied on me and sai she looked for it as long as her manager sandy.you know how i realized -when i went to the baby section I physically saw my order was sitting there, GOD knows how long had it been there? She was very unprofessional. She shouldn’t be working if she chooses not to deal/ with customer

One of worst walmart in Scarborough. They never bother to stock the item. Have travel another walmar where they have item but this location doesn't. Some item I kept flow up for month after month by going every week but no item been stock up. Worst service they have. Walmart should consider closing it. If other Walmart have item then they should have. I understand it may take 1 week to re stock but month after month no way. Store manager should have fired from this location if he or she can't manage it.

The do have everything you need. But I’m confused as to why everything you need for cars like the engine oil are closed off? But makeup stays open.

Recently installed self checkouts.staff here have gone above and beyond their duties for what is expected at a walmart, i think.have gone out of their way to ask if i needed help with something because i may look lost or clearly seem like i am searching for something.other times when i have asked where i might be able to find a product, they walked with me all the way to find the product.they are always restocking and wide selection of basic groceries including produce.i have no complaints here.

Takes a century for orders to be placed. Called store many time and they said they still don’t have the order. The curb side pick up is the only way to buy non essential items yet they take so long to process it.

So unprofessional customer service personal with wrong information. I have to visit 3 times for return a product, and finally unsuccessful.

Customer Services is not very helpful on the day of April 28 2019. I was placed on hold for 45 mins and I called back twice just to get hung up on.

Poor service. I'm not very impressed.

No bakery, lots of products I like not there? Door clerk rushes you at the door for your reicpt, acting like I robbed the place.

This store is ok if you just need to grab a few things, but it is probably one of the worst locations when it comes to selection and organisation. The layout of the store does not make any sense, a lot of their items don't have prices below them. The store always looks like a bomb went off cause they have items pulled off shelves switching the store around. Almost everytime I go back, I cant find an item because it is no longer in the same spot, even the employees never know where the item has been moved too. They also do not carry a very big selection as it is a small store.

Very very dirty place.went for regular chips self is empty.went for red grapes none only green.also palmolive on sale none.so so bad.waste my gas.eglenton wall mart is really not good thats why its so less customer

One of the busy Walmart but you will find most of the thing. Thing are unorganized and crowded, but help staff are helpful.

Went here to do a quick online return and pick up what I needed, however left 30 minutes later with just the return. The sku from my order and the sku on the products were different. Now the girls, which took 3 of them, had to figure out how to proceed with the return without getting in trouble from whoever is above them. One called walmart.ca to figure it all out, and they got the go ahead to complete the return. The girls were great, however the process was excessive. 5 stars for the staff tho. Ratings based on my experience.

One of my poorest experience at Walmart! I didn't expect such mess at all!

Customer Service:
There was only one customer service staff while I was there considering the number of customers that needed help, so it took around 20 minutes to stand in line!

Pick-up:
One of the worse pick-up experiences that I had! It took 30 minutes for me to just pick-up my online order! What kind of online shopping is this? !

Self Check-out:
Almost half of the self check-out service machines were out of order! Causing a long lineup for check-out. I was waited around 10 minutes just to check-out considering it wasn't a busy time at all!

Location:
It's a good location with a lots of free parking spots and great access to Highway 7 and Yonge street.

Back in February I had paid for the cosmetics and I was falsely accused of stealing I was detained for God knows how long. And I was terrified and distraught on that eveing and I had never returned to this wal-mart.

Walmart thinks cereal for kids is high surgar cereal. They put a sign out directing parents to buy un nutrish

Very large supercenter with everything you could possibly need. It was organized and well stocked. Service was not as friendly or as helpful as other Walmart locations I have visited.

Great Walmart, I never take too long in the line. It could be bigger and have a greater food selection, still this Walmart has everything a city person needs.

This my favourite location. Big, great deals and good customer service. Especially, the greeters in the evening.

My go to grocery store. They have a great array of options but I can never seem to find purple potatoes or sesame seed.

This place was very dirty.especially the McDonald's! I was so grossed out I will never go back.nor will the group of friends I was with!

There's not a lot one can say about Walmart supercenters that haven't been said before. This was my first trip to the one located on Richmond Hill. It would really help to up the ante on staff that's available because finding something that can't be located easily is near impossible.

16 minutes in line. Only 2 people in front of me with minimal items. If you're going to understaff the registers AT LEAST get staff who are fast and efficient!

Was told it was one of the wrist Walmart to goto. Personally. A lot of different walks of life. Good place to people watch

If you want to go steal from a store this place is literally it. I caught someone shoplifting there and told a person that works there and they said "meh its not my money"

One of the most humiliating experience in life at this walmart. A counter opened for billing and we proceeded to the guy (named SAL*R) at counter. Now he calls people standing in other lines to my line and asks me to go to the very back of the line or to other counters. Then he mocks us with his irritating smile. The problem is that this walmart employs many people from middle east like places and these guys bring their nasty culture here and expects us to obey them. Felt like I was in Saudi Arabia or North Korea. I came to Canada from US thinking that Canada was just like US. Now I understand this is a third word country. Often I have to remind myself the I live in Canada not in US (In US people are so friendly and deals honestly and never ever had such a bad experience) when I go to this walmart. Horrible experience

I bought packs of M&Ms, priced at 2 for $4.00 on the shelf. When I got home the price on the receipt was incorrect, the discount was not applied. The time and effort to go back and correct this. It should be correct the first time. Look at receipts before leaving the store. This is not the first time that this has happened. But overall the cashiers are quite friendly.

This is the worst Walmart I’ve ever been to. This location doesn’t get a lot of traffic, so they typically show stock for items that are sold out at other locations. However, every singe time Ive been here, said items were not actually on the sales floor. Not sure if there’s a a lot of theft, but it’s really annoying.

The Photo Centre was horrendous, no organization and the photos that I ordered were all bent and not in good shape. Would not recommend this photo centre

The place is run like its just for now before it shuts down. No one cares or wants to do anything about anything. Aggressive panhandling. A person doing such is called a beggar, panhandler, or mendicant. Street beggars may be found in front of the doors.

Was told I was being harassed about credit card Walmart not interested I've been told I was harassing cashier when I said no I'm not interested

Had one problem with some fruits they goi g bad and the right beside the good ones and they want to sale it, not good but they rest of the items were fine.
