Self checkout hell! Long lines, no one to help, security everywhere. Maybe the theft is linked to all the oblivious staff. Will not shop here again.

I think it's pretty extreme to give a 1 star rating to any business, but this particular Walmart location has really dropped the ball on being any sort of respectable place to shop.

I would guess by the sheer number of rent-a-cops at this place that they are dealing with a copious number of thefts but the number of power tripping employees who stalk and treat the regular patrons as criminals is appalling.

At one instance while shopping for swim suits, we were lambasted by the staff for taking more than 5 items into the change room. It was (3) two piece swim suits. And I honestly think you'd have to have some kind of intellectual deficiency or excessive inferiority complex compensated by a power trip to genuinely believe that should constitute a severe enough rule violation to confront your customer about.

Today during a visit to the pharmacy, we were followed around by staff who kept prodding and trying to ask what we wanted. On top of being made to feel like a criminal, the "help" was completely unsolicited and was a borderline invasion of privacy.

Please stop picking employees from the bargain bin, it's a stain on your corporate identity.

Went to this Walmart to return my baby’s formula because she wasn’t taking it. I went to grab a different brand of formula and was already having issues with the staff. I asked 1 employee to help me get the formula from inside the glass and she told me “ what I can’t do it go ask the lady in the shoe department for the keys” instead of calling for someone to help me, she made me go find help. RIDICULOUS!
Once the lady arrived she got me the formula but took forever to bring it up to customer service because she kept stopping to speak to another employee that was off duty. Keep in mind I have a crying baby in the car waiting for milk. After 10-15 mins I finally get to customer service only to have to wait another 20 minutes. Instead of the so called manager helping the line up customers she decides to clean up. This was at 6pm not even close to closing time. Finally I get to the desk and explained why I needed to exchange my formula and how I forgot the receipt at home she tells me she can’t return or exchange without a receipt even though she can. I’ve never ever had a problem return anything baby food related without a receipt until now. I kept asking if she’s able to do it this one time because I really need to milk for my daughter and she didn’t want to help. Once I paid I simply explained to her that next time she should focus more on the customers in line instead of cleaning. Cleaning can wait and she yelled at me to leave and totally ignored me and yelled for the next person. I know damn well she wasn’t a manager. She was being lazy to do the return/ exchange. This Walmart is one of the worst by far.

I beg you not to shop here at this particular location. My9 year old kid was trying out the smell of deodorants to see which one he liked. After not being able to decide which one he wants we decided to leave.

We started to get followed by a guy dressed casually only to find out who he was after he stopped us. He presented us his security card. Told us to follow us to the office so we did.

Once we got to the office they accused my kid of theft.wow.of trying to sample?
Long story short these racist scums called the cops. The cop didn't charge us and took down our information and that's it.

All of this because we are visible minority as I'm Italian and proud.

Steer clear and we must call for change.
Will never even step here ever again!

It is a good place for all your home needs and supplies, groceries, and electronics.
Customer service should be provided by the staff.

I visited this location to stop at électronics to get the phone plan.
Kaushal, a manager is providing exceptional service. Helped me in all enquiries regarding bill and overcharge.

Aniket, an employee gave me a best deal and deal patiently but rest employees talk in their own language and did not connect with other customers waiting behind me unless aniket told them to deal. I don't like the other employees attitude at workplace.

Zero customer service the self service checkout the Indian lady working as supervisor at second floor is so rude, I don’t know why doing supervising if she has no manners to talk to ppl, not helping people veryyyyyyyy rude to the head office I hope to see this comment! Cuz all ur supervisors in this location are rude … hire new people who know how to service other people…!
I’m giving zero customer service because this is not the first time. I’m facing this issue and I’m sure other people too as long as there’s people in this location they don’t do their jobs in aright way. I’m not gonna spend my money to buy from this location anymore!

Everything is fine until you have an issue with a faulty product that caused irreparable harm.cust serv is in india, altho they say they "cannot disclose" their location.never realized how contradictory their service is to their values til now.

Worst service ever from this store customer service and billing persons, billing person says product can be returned if found defective or didn't like, customer service says that it is a final sale within a day of purchase

I give five stars particularly to the staff in the grocery section of this Wal-Mart, where I do not shop very often, for the following reason: on a busy Saturday morning, I could not find either broccoli or zucchini. When I mentioned it to a young female associate, she replied: “I am going to check our stock room. ” Based on my previous experience even from upscale stores, I remained sceptical. To my surprise, she reappeared in less than five minutes with a cart loaded with two boxes of fresh zucchini and broccoli. Kudos to her and another young gentleman wearing a grey winter hat for an exemplary service!

I went to return a product within the return window. The lady at the customer helpdesk lacked the basic courtesy of dealing with the customers. To start with she deliberately tried to misguide me and said that the item was a final sale even when the item are purchased at list price without any offers. I told her that I had enquired with the billing associate about the return policy and the billing associate did tell me that I can return the product in the original condition within 90 days. Then she started arguing that how would billing associate would know everything as there are exceptions bla bla. This essentially means that she was doubting her colleagues to exploit and misguide the customers unfairly.
After 5 minutes of back and forth arguments, she did take the return but it was very unwarranted experience one would expect at Walmart.
Not sure what company is doing to deal with these incidents and complaints and most importantly with rude staffs who go extra mile to tarnish Walmart goodwill and prestige. That lady was not having even a basic sense of dealing with customers and because of these rude staffs Walmart is losing their customer and business.
I would suggest my fellow customers to take a written confirmation from Walmart to ensure your return process is smooth even with rude staffs like the one I had dealt with.

WOW. What a disaster. Too many people pushing into your cart, picking up items and putting them down anywhere and also leaving their drink cups scattered on random shelves. The remodeling didn"t help the customers from making a mess of each and every shelf in each and every row.
The store needs to fire most of the unfriendly staff and replace with people who possess better customer service skills.
Plus, you take you life in your hands when exiting to cross into the above ground parking.too many taxi's waiting and not watching when people cross. Regardless of crosswalk, please be aware of the careless drivers and watch your step.

I bought 2 Roblox gift cards but 1 isn't working/malfunctioned. I went to Walmart to return/exchange the gift card but the customer service said if we buy gift cards at Walmart, we can't return/exchange the gift cards even the gift cards are not working/malfunctioned. I said to the customer service: does it mean we buy gift cards at Walmart at our own risk? The customer service said: yes. So don't buy gift cards at Walmart. Walmart sucks.
