Don't bother at all with their online orders, order from somewhere else! Every online order has had missing items that I was charged for, which I then have to spend over an hour and a half on the phone trying to get a refund for! IF they accept your refund, you now have to wait 7-10 business days to get your money back! Don't waste your money or your time here!

The local store's customer service NEVER answers their phone, so good luck contacting someone.

Inside the store they often ONLY have self checkout available, they don't offer bags or boxes. Spend your money elsewhere. The food quality is bad for the price anyway.

Overall well stocked for the time of year, everything was pretty moderately filler, was a little light on cash staff that evening, but who knows they probably had a a couple sick calls, a no show and god knows what else, good old life of retail.

Only used this store for online pick up, will not be using again. When collecting the groceries I noticed quite a few items missing, I mentioned it to the loading person and he assured me “not to worry, as they would refund me the cost of the missing items” well 8 weeks later and I still do not have the refund of $60 and I have 17 emails from Walmart stating that they are “investigating” my problem and are sorry it’s taking longer than usual to resolve. What is there to investigate?
I paid for groceries that were not available and have not received a refund for the missing groceries. STAY AWAY from this Walmart. Will never shop here again! Very very poor customer service. Oh and on a side note when the person was loading my car with the groceries, a street person walked by with a huge amount of groceries in his cart that the employee stated that the person had just shoplifted all those items, but there was nothing they could do about it and the Police don’t respond anymore. So I guess the moral of the story is that honest people are paying for all the shoplifters they are letting walk off the premises. Disgusting!

Quite possibly the filthiest, dirtiest Walmart I’ve ever encountered. Is their ever any management around? The self checkout was filthy. I had to ask an employee to come and wipe the screen and scanning area. COVID’s over but please how many hands touch that screen in a day? Get your employees to clean that screen and scanning area at least one in an hour. The floors are also filthy. What happened to customer service? You had three cashiers working and line ups out the door. Honestly your prices aren’t much cheaper than your competitor we all know who that is. Get some management into your filthy store get your employees to clean instead of standing around doing nothing.
People if you want service and cleanliness Walmart is NOT the place to shop. Quite frankly I’ll take my business elsewhere.

The customer service here is outrageous. This Walmart also closes its doors 30 minutes before closing?

Everytime i have come here, they seem to have expired items on their shelves, Will not be back here again!

Only good thing is parking.

My wife and one of my friends worked here for a few months and they were victims of ethnicity-based discrimination. Would never recommend this place to anyone as a workplace, even for part-time work.

The short old lady with the black hair and black glasses at the customer service desk needs a serious attitude adjustment! I needed to return a bottle of sunscreen my mother had thrown the receipt away (and that I cannot use due to an allergy) and she flat out told me no, no receipt no refund even though this is NEVER been an issue before. She even refused to throw it away for me and the excuse was brought up that thieves try to return without receipts, implying I'm a thief? I have never stolen anything and I am beyond upset. She was very rude. Another employee assured me I should have gotten a gift card to get a different sunscreen like I wanted but I honestly was so upset that I didn't want to go back to the customer service desk.

The staff are alway helpful and great selection of products.

I have seen many walmart stores and they have all of necessary products, but this one is not a like others and it is not organized like others. Even west Kelowna walmart is more organized than this one.

At certain hours when crowds are low and stock is fresh it's tolerable. Price of course is unbeatable for the most part.

Greeter told me, a disabled woman, not to use a scooter cart when none were being used. I had to show him my scars. Upset.

The last few months are not desirable at either entrances. There are never any baskets, and when asking the greeter for one, they say they can't leave their post to retrieve any. There are many in the self serve check outs, but the employees in there say they can't leave the area to return the baskets to greeters. They expect you to go the to self serve and retrieve a basket that is not santized. Horrible customer service!

This walmart drives me nuts.severely understaffed, under stocked and often super messy.

Omg update.it actually got worse.you now need to stand in line at a gated small area in the store, with suoer unhelpful staff and pay for cosmetics seperate then other items. You also have to have touching contact b/c the dont have tap on their debt machine, apparently no cash.but only in this area.and the girl wprking the area is just there holding everything. (during covid) no desk or anything.this place is serious at its worse! Terrible staff, terrible service, terrible set up

Beautiful nice and clean newly renovated Walmart. Great selection and super prices. We found everything that we needed. Staff were helpful with helping us find what we were looking for. Would definitely go back if in Kelowna again.

They need more cashiers. If they want me to use self checkout they'll have to offer me a discount.

Would not let me bring my bike in the store in a shopping cart after dark in high crime area. The store was not busy and my bike was clean. Pretty silly thing to turn customers away for.

Disorganized, generally unclean- but does sell products at a low price. Generally has the tendancies to attract the more "unique" community members. Would recommend you shop elsewhere, if not for the quality of product and experience, then for the support of local business.

Great prices, friendly helpful staff and greeters, lots to choose from, good hrs, fantastic people to work for.

We had purchased a defective TV and didn't keep the receipt. We were worried that we wouldn't be able to return or exchange. Barry the manager made it a super easy return and when helped us pick a new one. He was Avery knowledgable and friendly. Thanks Barry

Too bad for no overnight parking. Was expecting a ticket or a knock at our window early in the morning, was too tired to safely find another place to park. First thing in the morning I realized there’s 7-8 homeless campers staying here… garbage is everywhere… couldn’t even walk our dogs down the sidewalk that’s off the Walmart property. Disgusting people live here

This store is so disorganized and unkept. Shelves throughout the store are not stocked. Can never find what your looking for. Seems to be plenty of staff around but nothing is done.
I have gotten to the point where I will just make the drive to West Kelowna Wal mart where the store is clean and inviting with stocked shelves.

This store is large and often not as clean or well stocked. Things are very disorganized and messy. I do see that they are doing some renovations in their clothing sections, so I hope that means they end up fixing other parts of the store. The store reminds me of Fort McMurray where everything is left on pallets and no matter who you talk to, it often not their department and will find someone else. There is a store in West Kelowna that I would highly recommend, clean and organized over there, and things are usually in stock.

Edit: I have increased this reviews due to the polite and good service from a associate at this location. The employees name is Lauren. Even though the system says they have product, and they don't, she still took the time to actually go and look and check into things. Sadly Walmart's system is still broken, but having staff who care is more important. Hire more people like that.

VERY disappointed to see NO Overnight Parking signs go up! SO many RVers counted on parking and shopping at Wal Mart and appreciated their friendly approach to travelers. I wish they would reconsider.

Greater at the front store is always nice when going in. This Walmart is mix and match with the stock they have. You can usually count on them to have all of the new and upcoming movies as they come out as well as marvel legends. Lately however the movies have seemed not to be restocked in ages as well as the marvel toys.

The store is clean and pretty decent with helpful staff. Fast checkouts. But what i am most impressed with is the Pharmacy, the manager Jim has helped us along the way since day one.our son is now 6 years of age. From teething to colds Jim has always given us his honest advice, he also knows his products very well.

Not happy with Walmart's online shopping. Come delivery time, there's always a surprise: a number of unavailable items. So now I still have to buy them, twice the chore. If an item is unavailable, it should show as unavailable online. That way I'd know ahead of time and find a replacement.

Made a order for delivery. And it did not go though. But they still took my money. And tell me its was my banks fault. Call them 5 time each time a different answer everytime. Alway that its not there fault. And can't give me my money back. I have to wait.and deal with it though ur bank.no offers to make up for it. And it maybe be technical difficulties on the web site. Don't use the app. But it's ur bank.do not order from them. They take ur money and give u the run around when u want it back.
Would give them Negative stars. But u can't.

Walmart has never been my goto place to shop. Never been very impressed with the place. It's very big. I find it kinda confusing inside. The self checkout's are good. But it's kinda busy in there and staff are sometimes hard to find and not always knowledgeable. The greeter kind creeps me out, but I suppose they are there for security. Sometimes the shelves aren't stocked or they are sold out of an item. There is a pharmacy inside to the left. Numerous checkout's, but if it's busy your gonna stand in line, even in the self check-out. Customer service is good. Lots of parking. Has disabled parking spots. Bathrooms inside. If your a fan of Walmart.this is a big Walmart. You can buy food here also. Online purchasing is easy. They also have food delivery option also online. Covid-19 and BC mandated rules followed here.

I tried to call to inquire about a food item and they directly hung up on me! A young girl said “yeah, I’ll gladly see if we that just hold one second please” and she hung up on me! Genuinely rude. I really hope those calls are monitored because that was very unprofessional and I am not pleased.

Good environment nice staff eager to help.very polite as well.always at the kelowna Wal-Mart do I have a good experience. Plenty of room to shop and lot to buy comparable products and prices!

I bought snow boots for $60 in kelowna for my 8 year old son. He wore the boots a couple times over two weeks.
I couldn't find the receipt so while shopping I asked customer service if I could return the boots for and exchange.

I was told yes.to come in the next day and they would return the boots.

I went in the next day and the agent was rude.wouldn't listen to my story at all just was extremely rude and gave me an attitude.

I called in later on to ask for a manager.and the same woman asked me if it was about a situation at the customer service desk. I replied it was about a complaint.

She told me the manager was off sick so I couldn't talk to him.

The blonde lady must have been in her 50's
And was acting like she was in elementary school.

Did an online grocery order. Missing $50 worth of items from said order after picking it up from the store. Called customer service and they were incredibly unhelpful, rude, kept wasting my time instead of doing their job, and hung up on me after I got upset and told them to refund the money for the missing items.

If you place an order online and it turns out to be from a third party supplier you will struggle if you have to call the 1 800 line. They will have very little information and provide you incorrect information. Thank goodness the great people at the local store listened to my problem and cancelled my order for me.

Had an issue with my son trying to spend a $50 Walmart gift card he was gifted from someone else. He wanted to buy a Roblox Gift Card item with it, but due to system restrictions they would not accept his tender. He now has $50 on a Walmart gift card that the store refuses to accept to allow him to buy what he wanted, as there is nothing else in the store he wants at all. The manager Darlene at the Kelowna BC location that was on duty was also extremely rude and unprofessional. Claiming my son was trying to commit fraud by buying what he wanted with a Walmart gift card in a Walmart.

I just walked circles around three employees that didn't even acknowledge me. I then walked through the entire store encountering several employees to which not one asked if I needed help.

A Walmart is a Walmart is a Walmart. Been to one, been to all of them. This one has great staff, is clean, and good location. 5 Stars as they had in stock what my daughter wanted.

Melody was kind, patient and helpful getting us our delivery groceries even facing IT issues out of her control which she worked around wonderfully and communicated well with us the whole time.

Please do not shop at Walmart on line. It is the biggest rip off and scam I have ever encountered. I have tried to recover the $69.99 I spent on a digital thermometer for a seniors' residence where I volunteer. The third party said it had been delivered to the store but the box only contained he masks I had ordered with the digital thermometer. Now the company says they sent two boxes and Walmart is responsible for a second box that never appeared on the tracking site. I tried to get someone at Walmart to solve the problem several and it has gone nowhere. I have spent hour s on hold and get the same response - that I should contact the supplier who responds with a canned response that it was delivered. I arranged for in-store pick up so delivery was never the issue. Walmart seems to only care about their profits not their customers.

Vegan selections getting better than Save On Thrifty Foods etc. And at a lower price most of the time. Friendly staff & price matching are great.

Great place. Awesome prices. Well organized. I recommend self check out. Just don't talk to the east Indians cuz unless u speak there language theres no point. They have no clue what your saying.

They had some items that were priced well but the bathrooms were terrible and had one clerk that was awful

It is very good after they have rearrange the layout. I am very happy to see a bigger section for international foods. I found all my favorite Asian goodies there.

The shelves need to be more frequently stocked. The items in flyer are mostly out of stock. My shopping is always being done in early afternoon so the flyer items should be available.

Empty shelves where sale items should have been. Not sure if it's a stocking problem or shipping issue but happens frequently

Hire enough staff for the tills. There was no one at the 15 items or left checkout this evening. I hate the self checkouts

Produce is nasty here - last maybe 1 or 2 days once you bring it home. The deli has downsized in the meats the carry, and the bakery seems to bring in bread from elsewhere. The baby/children's clothes here are awesome though, very reasonable prices for something that may only be worn for the one season.

Very friendly people and if you need help being I'm in a wheelchair they do help me very friendly as well and the staff

Most of the staff are helpful. Though I have to say not all the staff pack the groceries properly. My fresh fruit, eggs and bread normally always gets put under heavy items which is a little frustrating but I just reorganize the bags after.

Five stars for any store that allows overnight parking for visitors. Bonus is a value packed store with McDonald's.
