The auto wash portion (drive in, automated) is ok it gets your car wet I guess. Not awesome but in a pinch it'll do the job. I've seen a couple people, with staff watching drive into the rails so that they are not positioned properly and the staff doesn't direct thm to change, it's like they enjoy the entertainment.

Staff aren't too friendly, and the lot they are on is terribly laid out.doesn't give much room to navigate to the entrance.

I prefer to use the manual spay booths, and I do often. The rating is for the auto side. Manual I'd give 4.

Price went up, $3 to start now instead of $2. Also every time I do come here there always seems to be rips in the hose lines, always getting extra wet or soap on me instead of the car, brushes are super subpar, last time they kept leaving bristles behind. I also hate feeling rushed with that timer going cuz if you miss it, now that's an extra $3 to start again. No thanks.
Hillside car wash in Mission at least let's you swipe a visa and then it's your own time you're using and can go at your own pace.

No staff at all time in there, always have some problems, visit this car wash couple times buy best wash and car always not really clean, price not best too.

Drive through car wash was a horrible experience. Put my code into the system & timed out. I called customer service & they knew I didn't go through the wash but still refused to reimburse me with another code. The guy working there was great & also called customer service for me & they told him it's tough luck. A business succeeds with great customer service & see that washworld clearly fails in this department.

I just got a car wash. I accidentally bought a touchless one and they fixed me up and gave me a cloth one and it cleaned an very well. Thanks. I only come here.

One of the best carwash in the region. If you want a deep wash I would recommend this place. I've tried elsewhere but was never satisfied until I tried this one. However, I always choose the best option.

I just spent $20 washing my brand-new black truck only to get home once it dried and noticed that there’s giant white scratches all over the vehicle some right through the paint from the brush at the wash. Very upsetting

Waste of money. Tried to pre soak and tool little over 30 secs to actually start spraying. Only give you 1.30 secs for 2$ hardy enough time to wash the side of the truck after waiting for the pressure to build paid 12$ just to Purge the air out of the lines for text unsatisfied customer

The worst Car was I’ve ever been to. For 20$ +…. My came out looking like nothing happened… Not enough water pressure to clean my car and it didn’t even rinse off all the soap…. I will never use this car wash again! Pure garbage

Paid for a “better wash” touch less. The under car wash only rinsed the first foot of my my car. My car is almost just as dirty front to back as it was before, for 18$.

Well I wanted to do a self serve wand wash but of course their ATM machine never works. I knew it wouldn’t work before I even checked. You basically have to go to a bank and take out cash before you can wash your car here. So anyways I had to drive my car through the wash bay. I did touchless wash. It was okay but nothing special. I tried to come earlier that day but one wash bay was down and there was a huge line so I came back later and both were working so that’s good that at least they took care of that. Their brushes in the self serve wash bays are looking pretty ratty and could get replaced. It’s time.

Used to be a good deal but the prices have gone up and the timer shortened but they still have the best triple shine wax

Not impressed! The LAST time I was there and please note LAST, only 2 of the vaccums were working out about 6?
No where to get change for the self serve wash.
They have 3 drive-thru Washers, 1 was broken down, 1 was working, with a long lineup, and the 3rd one was full of garbage. It could have been tons of boxes of products but not piled neatly? It was very messy.
I do NOT recommend this place until they do a reno.

This is the last time this place will get my money. Got a touch-less wash that did not clean my car’s rear bumper and side skirts. Rest was okay. Attendant offered to hand wash the vehicle saying your vehicle in this dirty condition will need a rub down which I did not want (these dirty mitts/brushes scratch the paint). Offered to just pressure wash the vehicle which I agreed to. 2 minutes later I’m asked to leave with the vehicle no more clean than before with water all over it. Did not want to let me through the wash to even dry it. Touch-less washes at gas stations are much better than this and their customer service will just let you go through again instead of letting your vehicle get water marks all over the place. Their wash does not cover the bottom of your vehicle, and they will ask you to leave with water all over your vehicle if you get the solution from them which is a hand wash that you could’ve done yourself to begin with.

Absolutely horrible. Waste of money. The setting doesn’t change when you want it to. In reality, you could probably do it 10x better if you did it yourself instead of wasting your money.

I paid $29 for a car wash. The machine straight-up didn't work. So I paid again and it work so I was double charged. I came back the next day and showed them the receipt for 2 carwashes and I only redeemed once and they refused to give me a refund.

I'm not going to beg for my money back. Screw these guys are unethical. I would avoid this place unless you like the machines to eat your money and management not care. ‍️

Took my car here for a self car wash. Horrible experience. At first all was going well. Went to get more change at their cash atm but it only accepts up to $20 bills. Only having a $50 bill on me I went to the guy at the oil change to ask about getting smaller bills to use the atm. Said he can’t help and to ask the washworld guy. So I did and same response. At this point my car is covered in wax and and at this point only wanted a rinse. No help but told to walk to the gas station to get smaller bills. The customer service is horrible and if you wish to take your car here make sure you have small bills.

I have only been here a couple of times wasn't that expressed didn't have change neither there ATM or Bill changer not working. No one to talk to. I took through car wash cause I could use debit. They have a few wash selections wasn't cheap think cheapest was $14 then vacuum thought it expensive for the time allotted and a few where out of order. Next time I came with change for manual wash and again expensive for the time alloted think that cost me $12 in change. I mean it is what it is but would suggest to get best value make sure car is prepped and ready to go before paying including removing floor mats. Not sure if I will go back or not but sorry can't recommend.

I'm like the other guy who wrote a review, I would give it no stars if I could. I paid $18 to have my car washed, and when I complained about the dirt left behind I was told, "your car was very dirty when you bought it in. " It had the normal amount of dirt one would expect driving around town. Never again.

What a waste of money. After paying 25 bucks my car was still dirty. There are better car washes out there. It's pretty much a expensive rinse off

Took my car for a wash one week after a full detail (so it really wasn't that dirty), and after the $22 top touchless wash, the car looked 10 times worse than it did before! We called in and explained the situation, and to their credit, they did give us a code for another wash, which we did immediately. The second wash did less than the first one! The car looked awful afterwards!? This wash used to be great, and has been steadily declining since.
Save your money folks.

Absolutely worst washworld I have been to no pressure car came out looking exactly how it did you recently updated your prices to 3 for 2 minutes the time it takes the machine to switch from tire wash to rinse is retarded the spot free rinse did not work whatsoever nothing came out if the gun the preload was non existent Atwell as the customer service from HQ oh we can't deal with that over the phone what are you there for

Went for a touchless car wash, paid 25$ for it and after the whole thing finished, my car looked the exact same as it did when I got there. Complained to the man working there and he was kind enough to put 5 minutes on the self serve, but that wasn't even enough time to finish my wash, so I had to put MORE of my money into this place. Super disappointed in the price for what you actually receive.

I love the type of car washes that have both options where you can wash it yourself or just do the automated.

So I got a free code for a wash with my oil change. Went in on my morning off special trip to get my car wash as code expired in a few days.
Code would not work so the gentleman who was the assistant this day called the main office to try some troubleshooting however the code was still not work on any of the machines.
I was surprised to hear that the office had no way to be able to over ride and provide a wash as my car is now covered in soap as I did a pre scrub.
The solution was to have the attendance pay with his own money so that I can get my car wash which left me feeling guilty. So thank you sir for your generosity but was not a great experience overall. I think this could’ve been handled more appropriately by head office rather then asking employees to pay for their faulty equipment

Awesome carwash. Lots of different priced washes to choose from touchless and softcloth! Sometimes even an attendant there to pre scrub dirty tires for you! Gold Star! They even have an app you can use points to save up for a free $24 wash!

Machine broke after car in front of me left. Attendant was RUDE and not at all helpful. Gave me a form to fill out for a refund. Tried calling the number posted and got an answering machine.

Never can get clean side mirrors and with an suv 30 seconds to dry your vehicle is not realistic

Paid 20$ for the "best wash" and half my car is still dirty. The both sides on the lower half of my doors are still dirty, my hatch is still dirty all along the back. What a waste of money.

Save yourself $17 and drive through a large puddle, you’ll get the same results as a wash from washworld.

I thought I had somehow ended up in bangladesh, there are drifts of garbage between every station, and not for the first time, one of the machines did not work. The vacuum this time, and other things like the shampooer in the past. What a dump

Got a wash from these guys, paid the best wash possible, attendants like you want ur wheels scrubbed I said sure not thinking about it, went home and all my rims are scratched now on my new truck. Not happy I’ll definitely be calling them

They have a sign that they will wash it till it's 100% clean but they don't mean it. I went thru twice but it still had tree sap on it. Attendant said it won't come out.

Best with two people, one can scrub while the other uses the spray. Bring a minimum $6. I used $4 just to rinse my whole car.

Over priced compared to other car washes. So I drive to Walnut Grove or Port Coquitlam instead.

There is a self wash section and an automatic section- the auto section left my car dirty ($20 for the “best” wash my a$$). Won’t be back!

So $2 gets you just over a 1: 30 worth of time. And a quart8r of that is wasted waiting, I think a few minutes at the very least is fair. So $10 gets you less than 10 minutes of use. So called "value". No thanks. Won't be using this place again. I'll drive to PoCo or Langley.

Barry at mapleridge is so unprofessional ill never use washworld again.there soap somehow dyed my hands and clothes and I went to report it to the staff and he got aggressive and said I should have not touched the soap. I had to beg for water to rinse off with.he said they didn't have water and told me to wash my hands in the tire bucket everyone washes there tires with. I did not use the bucket.

My hand was coloured blue after I washed my car and the price is expensive and you lose a few seconds everytime you put another toonie in. I will not go back

The handles of the foam brush in the self serve wash bays stain your hands blue, which then transfers and stains your clothes. Not great. Definitely will not be returning.

If I could give zero stars. I would. Terrible value. Absolutely NO water pressure. In the self serve bays. Will not be coming back. $22 absolutely poured down the drain. Literally.

Hands down one of the best automatic and selfwash carwashes around.
Touchless and with automatic polish and has selfwash area if you feel like doing it yourself.
They also have an app that u can pay on and get deals and points. I think every 15000 points you get a free wash.
I take my Maserati there and I use the touchless best which is $21 a little pricey but the results are worth it.

I had oil change there they charged me for oil filter replacement but in reality they didn't change my oil filter I was Lucky I figured out I never try there

My car gets so clean from this car wash and its very well lit up and clean and open 24hrs I believe as I was there at 2-3am wabsjnv my car. I do find it a bit expensive but I'm told that it's comparable to other similar places. I've never used the drive thru car wash only used the do it yourself one.

We paid for a full wash. Half the car was still dirty when done. Unfortunately it was a waste of money. Won't go back again.

The car wash itself is actually not too bad. The issue is you can’t see how long the dryer timer is until you’re halfway through. Half the car didn’t get dried. Then when I pulled out and inspected the vehicle I opened the hatch and there was still a lot of soap inside. The solution was to go to the pressure washer and the attendant rinsed it off. Now the whole car wasn’t dry. $24 dolllars. Won’t be back.

Paid $24 and my car was left with soap stains on all sides (blue/green/pink) and when I spoke to customer service Tomas was rude and told me I should sort it with the bank after I paid washworld $24 and had to come twice in the same day and didn’t seem to resolve the issue. I didn’t want to come a third time and I wanted a refund for what’s not worth $24. I see the reviews, I am not the only one that had this happen too
I spoke with Thomas over the phone hoping for a solution and instead of providing a solution he blamed it on me and my car and said that I should deal with the bank when clearly they are not at fault for a overpriced poor quality service. I would have been more than okay paying $24 but the results were significantly bad. My car was covered with soap stains that were cleared with a $12 car wash in a gas station. Will never use this car wash and definitely DONT recommend it

The automatic wash is under maintenance. The other bays manual wash are all working.

Usually a good place, clean with good equipment, low rating here is because on this occasion the change machine did something I've never seen, it gave 2 loonies along with 8 toonies ($18) for my $20 bill. Never got loonies from that machine before.

Seems a bit pricey, and two of the functions on the wash wand were not working. Still my go to though

Vacuum change acceptor needs tuning, didn't accept half the change inserted. Only 3 minutes, not a lot of time to fully clean a vehicle. Wash was decently priced and quick. Easy to use.

First off, biggest rip off charging $2 per 1: 30. They are pretty much stealing time as it takes half a minute for the wand to switch modes. The ATM machine on site isn't even owned by washworld. I needed to grab cash for more change and it was clean out of 20's. Biggest waste of time and money. Car was half covered and soap, drove down the street to husky for a wash that costed me $11.

Not worth the money. You get 1.5 mins for a Toonie. There are places that give you twice that time for the same amount of money.

After leaving with my car still dirty and covered in soap and contacting their management, they offered a hand re wash to guarantee the car was clean and got what I paid for. Good value/service for what you’re getting, dryers also shut off after 10 PM.had no idea!

Went to the touchless wash today, got the highest package back of car not even clean still has dirt on it. Disappointed!

Not impressed in the value and you have no card function. Other similar wash bays let me just swipe my visa and wash for as long as I need. Most of my cars I can was for $6 taking my own time. $7 here I did not get a good wash. I put in $2.00 to start and the 1min 30 seconds started, when I selected wheel/tire wash it took the first 30 seconds to start actually pumping out the proper cleaner. Just no value here, will not be coming back.

It's a carwash.definitely not worth the price though. Came here for an auto wash the most expensive and still came out with my car looking like it only had been rained on. Decided to try the self wash last night and I do not recommend it at all. It is a rip off. Its $2 for a whole 90 seconds and for the first 40 seconds I had to wait for the triple foam to come out, the sprayers took lots of time too. Ended up spending basically the same price as the high end wash. Totally not worth it. Why cant you do $2 for 3 minutes or at LEAST 2 minutes when your equipment takes up most of the time to get working. Area to wash car in was clean that was the only positive of going.

Not sure what to review as I do all the work. Always seems to have water. There vacuums are terrible though. I could stick my mouth on the other end of the hose and suck up more dirt from my carpets. So there water game is top notch, the vacuums though are just super loud things that do nothing of consequence.

It's a car wash. It did what it was supposed to do.
That being said the area was filthy. Garbage all over blowing around. Maybe it was just a bad moment in time and. Not indicative of their normal appearance. Not sure. Would use the place again since the car wash was fine.

Friendly service with complimentary tire clean. Definitely get the soft cloth, because the touchless left my vehicle dirty.

Didn't like the upselling tactics. I know a lot of places do it but they told me I waited too long to do my oil (it was still at 15%) and I HAD to have a flush. My mechanic told me that's not true. The guy insisted that if they don't do it my oil will just get dirty right away.

I never use the car wash machines, but it's a great place to wash your own car and use the vacuums.
