My rating is going from a 5 star to 1 star because the carwash is no longer as it used to be. Now you get a delay in the pistol where it eats up to 5 sec in time and the soap is very watery the brush is old and always dirty, the parking lot is like a car meet location sometimes the machine takes your money and you get nothing.

One of the worse place to clean car every second third time u gonna lose money in vacuum machines. Its my last time with them.cheaters

The price board says $35 for the gold package to wash and they charged me $63. What a rip off. Please go somewhere else if possible or pay up front before they start the work.

Only place in my neighborhood. Good place to clean your car. You go thru alot of toonies. But I don't like taking my car thru automatic car washes. Rather do it myself.

I guess it contains what is needed to wash your vehicle but is very expensive. It costs me $24.00 in coins.

Good all around facility with oil change and detail shop on site. Attended on dirt most of the day.

I wanted to do a quick vacuum, before coming home from Costco. I see this one all the time when I drive by it. And today was my first time actually coming here. $3 to vacuum for 5 minutes. Lucky I have a small car so, I was able to get everything vacuumed before the time ran out. Make sure you have everything taken out of your car before vacuuming so you're not wasting any time. Next time I am going to try the car wash!

I was at this location just today (Sunday around 10am). I put $2 coins 3 times into the machine and machine didn't work. I asked the unhelpful and rude staff member to help me. Here is the interesting part- when he opened the machine at bay 2, $2 coin wire was disconnected. I WONDER IF IT HAPPENED BY CHANCE OR STAFF IS STEALING FROM PEOPLE. I REQ WASH WORLD TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE ISSUE. PEOPLE HAVE HAD SIMILAR ISSUES BEFORE AS WELL.

Got a free car wash after having my oil changed next door. My old girl was dirty. Dude come out and washed my wheels. My car was clean and shiny

It's good place for car wash, but time is not like show on screen coz it's running too fast which is not good

$2 for 1.5 mins. That's crazy. Prepare to bring a lot of coins. Coin taking machine sometimes don't get to know you add coins. It is skipping coins. Sometimes you have to add $3 instead of $2 because the coin taking machine doesn't work!
This place is a waste of money.

This is a terrible car wash. The soft cloth automated wash leaves soap behind on the car and is not worth the price paid. The system is also broken it said to backup my car and was stuck at that state but attendant came laughing because he knew the drill, it meant the opposite where you were to pull forward for it to activate. What a gongshow

So disappointed in this place. The change machine wouldn’t accept my bills. Contacted on site help who said “oh new bills the machine doesn’t accept”. I asked, so you know this, do you have change on hand then?
“No we don’t, got to neighbour business use atm and get more money” was the solution he gave.
So on site agent is of no help, isn’t into efficient customer service. I Won’t be back.

It’s is best to wash your car by yourself and it saves money and you will get clean and spotless car

Complete rip off. They are playing well with the machine time, everything delayed. Make sure to have cash with you as ATM doesn’t work.

The biggest scam ever. We couldn't even rinse the car off. The water shuts off so easily. It's like a $2 and you get only a min and 25seconds. Such the biggest scam ever. Don't go here. Waste of time and waste of money. Can't even get your proper clean out

Do not go there ever. I have been waiting here for last 25 minutes but there is no attendant and I have already paid to get car wash but machine is not working and they refused to pay me back.

These guys are ripping off people. Anytime I use quarters for washing my car it skips and ask for more coins. Today I spent at least 5 $ extra just due to this problem. I would suggest to avoid them.

I gave it 2 tries because I thought my first bad experience was a fluke. This place is absolutely terrible.

The manual was is $2 and gets you 90 secs. Unless you have a smart car youre using minimum 3 rounds. Then you're rushing around your whole car as the foam slowly dribbles out.

The touch less wash was broken I guess so some guy literally came out with a brush and started scrubbing my muddy car? ! I literally just selected touchless? So my paint job is toast. Just an FYI that this place will ruin your day

WAY over priced! Like other people have mentioned.coin machine counts like ever other coin. Easy 20 bucks to wash your car.that should be 40 mins of washing time.but its about half of that

Touch less wash here is garbage. Left soo much soap on the car and didn’t clean anything. I do not recommend this place.

At the manual car washing station, you keep inserting coins but machine start acknowledging coins after you lose 3 or 4 coins and there is no way machine would give you your coin which it didn't acknowledge. So you end up paying 4x times more in this Car wash.

Vacuum pressure is as equal as you hand pick from your car.

I was there to use the vacuums and the one I used was not working properly so asked the guy could I get my 9.00 back and he just handed me 9.00 in tokens to use for the following use

I went there last 2 week before for automatic car wash. The machine bend my license plate and left my car unwashed. I fill the complaint form, because the worker working there give me to fill. No body contact me to ask me how I set my car. And not even to say at least sorry to me. I am sharing my car's photos. My car was old but if somebody have new car.the machine even can scratch it. Sorry to say that they are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle.

I always wash my car here but today the machine where I paid accepted my dollar coins as quarters. Nobody was on site to complain

Put in a 20 dollar bill in the change machine. Didnt get any coins in return. I had to fill out a claim form, and still waiting to hear back on how to get my money back.

First time washing my car here it was ok but pricey. The only reason why I would come back is because of Robert’s customer service. He was outstanding and very friendly. Thanks again Robert!

Not very pickup friendly automatic car wash station. Took my pickup through hoping everything would be clean. The tailgate cover and bumper was not cleaned at all, neither was the bottom half of my pickup. Very disappointed to pay for half a wash.

Would have been giving it a 1 star if it wasn't for Issac. Came in about a month ago in my pickup truck. Went through the washer and it did not take off majority of the dirt. Only reason giving it a positive review is because Issac went above and beyond to pressure wash my truck after to take majority of it off.

Its okay but they could really fix some brushes y'all, I have no issue with money price or anything else just when I have to brush off dirty spots im always afraid of them scratches.

Stopped in for quick wash on my way to work.literally took 10 minutes for the machine to authorize my card, which it did finally, the display on the card reader said that it went through. After another minute of waiting a voice comes out of nowhere to say that the card did NOT authorize. I log onto my banking app, and the charge is there on my credit card. An attendant saunters by and even after I show him the charge on my card, he tells me that I have to pay again then fill out a form to dispute the charge. You people may have all day to sit and prey on customers, most of us have jobs and lives to get to. That will be the last $21 that they get from me. Lesson learned.

Good place to wash your car, they have drive in car wash and car wash bays as well as lots of vacuum stations. Down side would be the time duration for my money is a little short when I was my truck.

Paid for the best touchless wash thinking i would get the best result but i was sadly mistaken. I understand that it cant compare to a hand wash but i at least expected the clumps of dirt on my truck to be removed. Just terrible and overprices. Dont bother emailing customer service because they wont respond.go somewhere else.

The automated Soft cloth - Basic wash won’t clean your car completely.

The front and back bumpers, licence plate and surrounding area and area low on the car near tires won’t be cleaned completely.

Use Soft cloth - Better or Soft cloth- Best wash to get value.

Overly expensive for a 5 minute vacuum time for $4 is outrageous. Then I have bums walking up to me wanting my change. I only go here if its the last resort.

I have been using the soft wash car was at this location for 5 years. I love the wash and didn't have any issues until yesterday. Their payment machine didn't tell me my first payment went through. So I then did a second payment. I didn't realize what had happened until I looked at my bank statement this morning. I called they told me to come in that an attendant would be there at 10am. So I went in at 10am and filled out a form with all of the details. The attendant told me to go print out a bunch of stuff and bring it back. I said I have taken a screenshot of my account charges, if you get me an email address I will email it. He came back down with a website address not a valid email address so i had to call upstairs. The lady argued that was their email. I tried using it in both of my email programs, both said it wasn't a valid email. Then the attendant said, if i didn't hear back from them in a day or two, too keep calling. I said so you are telling me I am going to need to harass them to get my money back? I then asked to speak to the manager. Who was there. He had answered the phone when i called before i got there. The attendant confirmed he was there. He wouldn't come down, the attendant gave me a number to call. Another male answered the phone and lied to me telling me the manager wasn't in. I am not impressed at the level of unprofessional behavior. As if someone couldn't come down and talk to me to solve the problem? Where is the customer service? Now I have been ripped off $21 and i apparently have to harass them to get it back? I do not recommend this company anymore. I definitely won't be returning. Go somewhere else.

I am leaving this review for ROB! Unbelievable customer service. He went above and beyond, completely out of his way for me. I've been coming to this location for years and today I wasn't satisfied with the Best Wash. He offered to hand wash my car and/or run it through again complimentary for me.

His whole demeanor from start to finish was exceptional and professional. I even tried to tip him and he returned the money!

Requires physical money. Change machine does not work. Cheap owner machines out of service. Don't go here if you don't want to waste your time.

The places is pricey. I actually recommend "auto shine" they give you 4 minutes per 2 dollar instead of a minute and a half, ridiculous! I had to put a tooney every minute and a half! I don't like to rush to much when I wash my car.

Don’t waste your money here. Their auto washing is ridiculous. I used their auto touchless better car wash Service and when i checked my car, it was still the same. The car was still having the dirt and i can wipe it off with my finger after using their services. Your car will be still the same with all the dirt even after spending $17 at this car wash service.
Their customer service just replied once and no replies after sending them email back.

Every time I hand wash my car here at least one of the options in the wash stall doesn't work, or you have to wait a toonies worth for it to sort of work. This has been like this for at least the last year. Was good when new, but, that was a long time ago. Whoever does the maintenance here needs to talk to whoever does the budgeting and decide who needs to be shot. Try waxing your car when it drips out instead of spraying. Want to use the spot free rinse after your horrible wax experince? Sorry out of order. Dont get me started on the vacuum eating my tokens, yet nobody was around to rectify it.

What a busy place, wish we had something like this at home where we live, great having this many wash bays & vacuum bays, just wish the line up wasn't so long. An idea would be to tell customers once your finished vacuuming to pull out not make people wait for you to clean your entire car & inside windows etc

It would be nice if two dollars allowed you more time to wash instead of under 2 minutes. If you want to thoroughly wash your car you have to spend at least ten dollars or more depending on what you drive.

The night attendant was very friendly and gave me some good tips to wash my vehicle and a free token as I only needed a minute more to finish my car. I was throughly impressed.

$2 for 1: 30 minutes, that's pretty expensive I say! I drive an Acura and starting with the foam brush (without rinsing first) didnt have enough time to finish soap scrubbing the entire car. I probably could've if I really rushed it and wasn't careful but I don't want scratches or miss any spots. So expect to spend atleast $4 here but more like $6 or $8 if you want to use the other gimicky sprays. It would've gotten 1 star except for the the fact that the foam brush foams quite well. I would rather recommend going through the automated car-wash next door for the price you will end up paying here. Better yet wash your car at home atleast until this place atleast raises the time to $2 for 2 - 2: 30 minutes minimum!

Worst car wash in all of North America. Overpriced. No water pressure. Change machine and ATM were out of order. You'll have better luck getting you car clean by spitting on it. Whoever runs this place should really work harder to fix it up if they expect people to come back.

I didn't even want to give one star change machine gave foriegn coin instead of loonies and the wand wash is $2 for 1: 30 one minute and thirty second it took over thirty seconds to get soap out of the wand, waste of time and money, went to the wand wash on Scott road and 92 Ave it gave proper change soap immediately and you get 2: 30 two minutes and thirty seconds for a toonie. Better but not great it should be at least three minutes, but at least it's more time and the wands are way more powerful

Washworld used to be a great deal. You got to wash your vehicle yourself for a decent price with excellent equipment. Now the equipment is old, and you pay more for less time. So how it works is that you pick which wash you want to do and for the change, you enter it gives you 1 minute and 30 seconds. However, the problem is that the equipment takes 30 seconds to start up and you are left with very little time to actually wash. I hope the company is reading this and makes some changes. I will not be coming back here again.
