Lot is full of garbage. And I mean full. It was everywhere. In the stalls. Surrounding the vacuums.

Saw this place off the highway, and assumed it was quick and easy…. Well you know what they say when you assume. Place is awkward to access, further than the other car washes, and no tap.

Saw car wash from freeway so pulled off thinking it would be convenient. But access was tricky, and it took a bit to figure it out. Once there, there was no indication how tall the self car was entrance was so I had to drive up carefully and keep getting g out and checking if my van rooftop would hit. It just made it, so I pulled out the mats hung them and went to use the wash, only they didn’t take coin, so I went to use the coin machine and it wouldn’t take my $20, tried several times on both cash slots available. I tried to find an attendant on duty but couldn’t find one. So I put the mats back and drove away without a wash. What a frustrating waste of time. Just get a debit credit payment system upgrade, man!

The water pressure is great! Doesn't seem like hardly any soap for the wash though. Can't read the selection buttons so you're hoping you hit the right ones.

This place has really gone downhill. Change machine is usually broken. Ate $6 last week. Wash bays are always filthy. Don't waste your time.

I come here often for self wash, and have to remember to bring my own change, as 4 out of 5 times I tried to use the change machine they either wouldnt accept my bills or were outnof service. I like the location near the highway, within minutesnIm drying the car off at highway speed.

Worst layout ever, nightmare to figure out how to get there for anyone out of town, not convenient at all maybe demolish it start over and accept debit or credit cards and get a touch less wash

I paid $25 for the most expensive car wash, the machine put soap all over my car then did not rise it off/polish it, just left the soap on there and told me to drive forward. Had to go to the adjacent car wash to pay for yet another wash just to clean the soap off (so my cars paint would not be permanently damaged), so a grand total of $50 for a mediocre at best wash. Tried to phone the store (it was before 6: 00 - allegedly when they close), no answer. Very disappointed. Poor service. Would not wish this on my worst enemy.

Every time I pass through Chilliwack from my trip from Merritt, like to wash my SUV. Unfortunately this time I paid premium dollar for a substandard wash. Didn't Even clean my windows properly: (

Kinda junked out! All the garbage cans were over flowing and huge piles of garbage sat on all the vacuum stations. We had to choose one so we chose the one with less of a stench. Besides that the equipment worked great!

Never use automatic car washes. Never good anywhere & they just damage your car.

The self washing stations are usually quite good here, always have been. Only issues I have is how often the ATM's are out of use. Bring your cash from home every time or else you'll most likely be going to a gas station to get some cash!

Little outdated but still a good place. I do recommend!

The machines to swap bills for coins are always out of service and they don’t allow bills or card at the car wash stations

Would leave 0 stars if possible. Signs state attendant on duty until 6pm. Wash machine ate $20 of coins on me. Called the number, no answer. Left sitting there with a truck covered in soap. Not pleased with this business. Don’t recommend!

Did the 25$ touchless wash twice back to back still had bugs on the front and the wash left black oily residue all over my car. (small spots but still) won't use again.

Lots of stalls and great prices! A bit tricky of a location if you've never been there before, but worth it once you find it.

Double the time is nice on loonies and toonies, ate a bunch of my quarters though. Soaps and wands/brushes work good.

Good Car washing facility but up keep sucks make sure you have money I have not yet seen the ATM they offer work I had to leave to get money so I just kept going to another carwash sorry guys you need to offer convenience in a un convenient location.

Could be maintained better, this are the wash tunnels. The grounds are kept very clean and organized. The car line up area is miss designed not allowing to leave the lineup.

Rude staff. Carwash swallowed my money, had to go to another bay. Everything is out of order. Atm, vaccums, bays, car cleaning items, change machine. Place should be shut down.

I got my car washed at the touchless carwash and it didnt wash anything off my car. I have photos and called the location but couldnt get a person to answer so I left a message. Still have not received a call back and it has been 2 weeks. Disappointed, for a 15 dollar wash you would think it would get even a bit of dirt off but my car was just about the same level of dirty when I got out as when I went in.

Great staff great wash only problem can't fix truck in all the way. But made it work wash front turn around and wash back. Easy to get to with big truck. Lots of room if day cab. Staff didn't mind me washing half out of bay. Glad wash line and foam brush had long lines on them. I was a great in all experience. If I could of fit would be five but door need to be 14 high.

I spent an hour washing my car & it was still dirty. Wash there actually soap in that thing?

Do not use the touchless car wash even the person working there say they should get rid of it i spebt $21 for a full car wash and when it was dine ny truck still had soap and dirt on it i am very disappointed will not be back.

Went through the touchless car wash. I have zebra stripes on my new truck now. It left a dirty center stripe on the driver side and completely dirty on the passenger side. I called and left a message, but nobody got back to me. Awfull wash and no customer service.

Don't use the touch less ever its worest i want refund if it's possible i use $21 touch less best but it was worest

Washed my car and went to vacuum but literally every single vacuum was "out of order". Found one that didn't have the sign, and it too was out of order. Couldn't find an attendant to purchase cleaning supplies. Not impressed.

This location is awesome always clean always a free spot, machines work and they have had a bonus time promotion for some months now. I have been here too many times to count and it's always a perfect experience

My fave car wash place. I live in Abbotsford and it's worth the drive to have a good car wash. I also take my autistic youth for the car wash too because of the different colored lights and he loves it. I also like that your tires are nice and shiny too.

Poor access. First machine ate my twoonie. Next machine didnt have any wax. When i told the attendant he was rather indifferent to the issue.

The best car wash I have been to. I use alot car washes being pretty picky about the cleanliness of my vehicles and this one is totally impressive.
When in the lower mainland I won't use another place.

Went to the self wash and it was good I just had to do my truck a few times with the foam brush since it has long bristles that don’t work very well.

Only place I detail my truck. Clean, and tidy. No shade though so wash and vac on a cloudy day.

The car wash was $21.00. Very overpriced. The Bay beside it was $24.00.
Although the wash and rinse was good, there were spots missed and water spots on the top of my Jeep. They have a 100% clean guarantee, but the last time I talked to a staff member about it, they were not happy about cleaning it.

The same day, my wife took her Jeep to the Mitsubishi dealership in Chilliwack and she got the inside and outside cleaned and detailed for $39.00 plus shop supplies and taxes. The total was just over $50.00. The car was unrecognizable when we looked at it. It looked like a new car!

Great place that is temporarily offering double time for regular rates. I don’t like using the brushes on my personal car but had a family members that needed some pressure washing. Staff are available for business hours and the property is maintained. There are many bays and waits are generally unheard of.well for May. Check it out!

Paid 25 dollars for my car to get a touchless wash and it told me to enter then told me to stop but then never turned on so I wasted 30 minutes sitting there calling for no one to answer nor call back

Awesome place to wash your car if you happen to be in Chilliwack, lots of time given for your money, and decent amount of soap and suds coming out of the pressure hose and brush, not like some other places were hardly any of the products comes out.

Spent 21 dollars on a carwash and the car still looks dirty in spots not impressed don't think I'll be going back there.

I'm not a fan of touchless car washes if I'm in a hurry. This place offers a drive through car wash with touchless but also the old school soft brushes.

The hand car wash machine kept eating my rookies so i decided to go to toughness car wash after and no soap came out during the cycle. I called and left a message with the number on side or building but to no avail no response no reply. Will never go back. This place is a 1 star for professionalism and quality.

Good wash but no hot water and ATM was out of order cause I paid coins but not work for 25 cents why show but failed

I prefer the soft cloth automatic car wash. It currently costs $24.00 (July, 2020) for the top teir wash, but it is totally worth it. It does a surprisingly good job on alloy wheels.

What a joke spend $21 on the "best wash" and it left a huge spot of dirt on my car. I drove all the way to the ferry before noticing. Never use the auto wash complete waste of money. If it would let me post photos I would. Any good reviews are clearly fake made by staff.

Normally clean and well kept. But yesterday was a mess and broken machine and empty despensor and the coin machine fought me for a few minutes over my 5$ bill lol

I like this place for the variety of services on the property, even moreso now that u get double time for ur toonie in the self wash bays.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I paid $21 for their best touchless car wash and it looked like my car had been rained on, not a single bit of cleaning. The windows were still dirty, the body was just lightly wet and dirty, the wheels were grimy and the wells disgusting. $21 for literally nothing.

I washed a big truck here and it was fine.but.the pressure was wimpy and the hoses were kinda short and that made it kinda hard to get it done before I needed to put more money in. But had lots of soap and the brushes were clean and new.no scratches.bays were clean rrr than my place.and they are open late

Last I was there, in Dec. 2019. I wanted to wash my truck, I inserted a toonie for a quick rinse only. Nothing happened, not even a minutes later, nothing and No attendant.too complain about the problem.

Decent car wash needs more drying time and better entrance to the place. Awkward entrance and exit. Almost a maze

Literally the worst car wash assistance ever. Went through the automated car wash and was struggling with the machine to pay the attendant not once atoped his side conversation with clearly a friend or something because it was more important then his job.

Brought my new truck in with only 20000 kms on it on labor day weekend paid for the 24 dollar wash like I have done before. The lower left side of the truck had scratches from front to back. After almost a week of calling and emailing the manager finally answered me saying it would be taken care of and had me send more pictures than I already did.also told me to get it looked at and send him a quote for wet sanding and polishing which I did costing me time from work and fuel to get the quote. Then no answer for another few days of me trying to make contact. Then he get back to me saying it could not have been from there car wash and that they won't take responsibility.great customer service.not.zero stars

The worst car wash I have ever been too. 24$ and my jeep was still filthy with spots all over. Iam not impressed. A 6 year old could of done a better job with a garden hose.

Been going to this Car Wash since I was a teen (2010). Always room to pull right in to one of the self wash bays. They do not run Hot Water in the winter months to prevent freezing though so it is quite dangerous when its in sub zero temps due to water.

I bought the 17$ automatic touchless wash which is guaranteed to get your vehicle clean. I drive a truck and it was dirty from coming off the coquihala but the whole hood was left with dirt marks along with the sides. I don't have time to go through two car washes to get it clean.

Great washing station, way better than an automatic one, it’s great to be able to wash my vehicle properly. The only down fall is that it’s a little more pricey and I went use the shampooing for the inside of my seats only to have barely any shampoo come out and the brush was soo filthy as soon as I started to scrub I immediately stopped because the brush was so filthy it left mud and dirt on my seat. They need to have a hose you can wash off the brushes before and after use. So now I have to go home and wash the interior by hand and try and get the new stains out of my car. Not impressed with that. But other than that it’s great for the wash and vacuum.

Clean but very expensive for each minute and the pressure was very low. It's a nice location but difficult to get into the site and the bays are small for anyone driving a larger pickup up truck.
