Some pick-ups are very occasionally missed but remediated if notified.

If you don't want your garbage picked up use this company! If you prefer weekly service without constant excuses as to why they can't pick up your garbage go somewhere else, I know that's what I'll be doing. Absolutely terrible customer service. I would also give them 0 stars if that was an option!

Very, very unprofessional. You will get no peace of mind with this company. Look at their review rating currently. Zero stars is needed here. They clearly do not care about customer satisfaction. This will be my third week with no garbage pick up. The first week was our first snow fall so I can accept that. However, the second week they skipped us again! Their pick up route is unpredictable on good days. Find a better company and save yourself the headache.

Just terrible! I was a loyal customer of 7 years renting their bins continually.well the last year has been ridiculous! ABSOLUTELY not worth the cost anymore plus their service is now just appalling. 3 weeks to get your bin emptied the last 2 times for pickup, then ANOTHER 3 weeks to take their bin away once I told them the service was too bad to continue. Wanted to switch back to residential pick up and they couldn't even get that figured out for over ANOTHER 3 weeks.so im switching and NEVER going back as this company is now Terrible! Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND

Have been dealing with this company for many years although they have been bought out twice by other corporations.now in the last 3 months - we have had nothing but delays, no pick up on scheduled day, last pick up - the new driver left one bin and only emptied the one (after waiting 3 weeks since our last pick up) ; schedule was changed and so was the driver but office denies that. Today.still no pick up even after treble checking with the office in the last 2 weeks. Tried to phone office as they assured me they could get the driver to turn back if I called by 11.00am - line is constantly busy. Recently very bad service! Not impressed!

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL GLAD i AM MOVING AND DON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. CAN'T EVEN COMPLAIN RUNAROUND BIG TIME!
