I was charged extra 14 dollars by mistake for a watch that I bought and did not even realise it. Within a week, store contacted me back for the refund and refunded me with the double amount. I was surprised with their integrity. Staff truly cares about their customers. I highly recommend this place to buy the watch you want.

Lady manager there is really rude! Not the good service expected! 8: 50PM and she wanted us out and started speaking about how some of us have families to get to as if we don’t have families and don’t know how to shop. The guy almost cursed us and we had just entered the store

We just bought 3 watches today and all michael kors.before paying, we asked the associate if we can have the mk box for free, then he called the manager named jason, and from the first time he opened his mouth it was full of offensive words, he told us that if we want we can go and buy watch at michael kors mono store so we can get a free box and he said in a very sarcastic way, i told him he should not be like that as he can just explain it to us plain and simple and not in that manner as we would understand. He said he was just joking and that's a lame excused for his behavior. I encountered managers/associate being apologetic and sorry if they can't do something for the customer. To the WATCH STATION, please retrain this manager of yours to treat every customer with respect and do not ask them to go and buy watch somewhere else.
