Waterfront Inn

Great location and friendly staff. I gave 4 stars because the room was smaller than expected and not very soundproof. It was exceptionally clean and had a nice seating/bbq area on the mezzanine. Great family friendly place to stay in Penticton.

The location!
The service was very friendly.

The bad to mention.
-Loud, many guests upon my early arrival were already drunk big time and so loud! On a Sunday! I stayed here to get my mom the next day to go to Omak together and I am from Kelowna. Just had a nice Father's day dinner with my daughter before my arrival here.
-Thin walls and easy to hear all loud bangs and doors opening and closing lots
-Very tight quarters room!
-Tiny tv!
-Worst of all were the very smelly, musty carpets as my room had not been steam cleaned in years on a best guess!
-A dead bug behind toilet was a nice touch too to see
-I could not get onto internet either as the password is so very small to try and read on the the box connected to tv. I tried many times and just gave up! Reading glasses on and all!

The ugly.
-I was duped on some other reviews I saw! Maybe way, way out of date?

This is a cozy clean older motel with a kitchen. It is located right across from a lovely park and the beach. It allows dogs too. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The only disadvantage if you don’t have a vehicle is that there are no restaurants close by.

Great Location, clean. A few broken tiles on walkway. Rooms colors are a bit too circus for me and could use an update. Otherwise across from the beach.can't get any closer
