We adopted a nervous and unsorted rescue dog and Dr Christine’s assessment and support has been super helpful for us to get puppy sorted out.

Can’t say enough amazing things about the WPVC team. My girl was spayed today and they went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and felt safe. They updated me through out the day, easing my nerves. Shout out to Dr. Christine, Dr. Natalia and Dr. Lisa! Shout out to Dani, Jay and Ethan, shout out to Tynia, Gabi and Sage, shout out to Shyun. From doctors to support staff I wouldn’t trust anyone else. They are all tremendously hard, experienced workers. 10/10 recommend to all the pet owners out there needing vet care.

The veterinarians and front desk staff were very professional and lovely. My boys had a great experience at this wonderful clinic.

I have known Dr. Christine for over 5 years now, and I can honestly say she is the BEST vet we have ever seen (and trust me, we have seen many vets prior to finding her). She has a lot of experience in her field, and we never have any complaints in terms of her treatment plans for our pup. She's very thorough and never pushes us to do any extra exams if she doesn't think it is necessary. Whenever Dr. Christine's away and not available, we have seen Dr. Natalia as well - she is also a fantastic and knowledgeable vet.

All the reception ladies, and vet tech assistants are all so professional and kind. I've never seen/heard any of the staffs being rude or unprofessional to anyone over the phone or in person. I can't believe some people have left 1-star reviews. They probably were going to be a headache for Waterfront Part Vet Clinic staffs anyways, so I'm happy that their pets are not patients of Dr. Christine's vet clinic.

Christine and her team of professionals are amazing! Shyun shows a level of compassion that shows she truly cares for your pets especially during this time of Covid. I just had the most rude conversation with their receptionist. After spending 10 min on hold I thank her for taking my call and say "I just have a quick question". To which she responds " is this going to take long I have 2 customers waiting? " I apologized and said I would call somewhere else if they are too busy for me. To which she hung up. I didn't even get to ask my question. I have brought my dog there since the place opened. I am now looking for a new vet. If they are willing to treat a loyal customer like that I don't want them treating my dog.

I won't be calling back. I have relied on your office assistance with my aging dog for over a year now. I was shocked at how I was spoken to today. There was no miss communication. I found help elsewhere. Sugar coat it all you like. I won't be back

They rarely answer their phone, which is frustrating (hence the 4 stars), but they are friendly, warm and excellent with my dog, Gordie. Dr. Christine and her support staff offer an individualized focus, rather than a "corporate" experience like our previous vet. This clinic is worth the drive.

I'm new to north van, and had a bit of an emergency scare when my Duck Toller hurt his leg. They dropped everything to help me, and since then have become my full-time vet. I can't say enough nice things about them and how they kind and gentle they are.

We love the vet, Dr. Christine, and all her staff are a pleasure to deal with! We have been taking our cats and dogs to see Dr. Christine for quite a few years and we are thrilled she has opened her own veterinary clinic.

We've been to the clinic many times since our original review. Our menagerie of pets have had numerous appointments and even a couple surgeries, and we still wouldn't go to anyone else!

Whoever I just spoke to on the phone today was unwelcoming and dismissive over a simple question.

Dr. Christine is an amazing veterinarian. She is thoughtful, caring, and genuine. She is thorough in explaining the conditions of my dog and any questions I may have. I have recommended her to many of my friends and families and will continue to do so.

The Korean vets are really kind and seems very enjoying their job with animals. After care is also perfect.
Good thing is they open for 7days and longer than other animal hospital.
A bit pricy tho

Dr Kim - she’s the best. I took my dog Louie in and we had an appointment at 1: 20 pm. Low and behold she came in to examine my dog right on time. Even the follow up appointment was on time. I was surprised the bill wasn’t outrageous either. She was very kind and you can tell she loves her job and animals. She has great staff too. We have been to many vets that push product and testing and she didn’t. I would recommend her and her clinic to anyone. I’m sooo happy we found her

We have just started coming here but I really appreciate how every person in the place treats my dogs. They are incredibly good with following up after appointments and I've been able to speak to both vets that took care of my dog and didn't feel rushed at all. Thanks again for being so kind to my dog and taking the time to explain things to me as the owner.

I am really glad to taking my puppy (Retro) to Dr. Christine and her team. I had different vet’s before them, finally I am on the right place.

Had an emergency visit with my 10 week puppy without an appointment and no prior visits. They saw my dog in a timely fashion and provided me with medication and peace of mind that my dog would be okay.

Great, professional service at incredibly reasonable prices. The clinic is technology forward, which is very nice to see, and incredibly flexible and accommodating. Both our dog and cat are patients here.

It had an accident on the bridge, I called to say I would be 10 min late, when got in front of the clinic they called to say they would not be able to take us, that's because it was just a vaccine.
Very disappointing, I would understand if they had told me on the phone to change the date, but wait for me to park in front of the clinic to say the appointment is cancelled is very disrespectful, not professional at all.
Not only that but they made me wait 30 min on the phone to say that they are not able to help me. Only after that another secretary called to apologize and offer another time, what was too late because I was driving back home.
Not to mention that my baby was sick that day, she was crying all the way to go to the clinic and all to receive a call to cancel when I was in front of the clinic.

Superb. Plain and simple. Christina is wonderful! Professional, patient, polite and above all, skilled! She nailed our cats medical issue right away and prescribed medication and a wonderful diet. Affordable too! Would highly recommend this vet hospital to others!

Rather then share one or two examples of how Dr. Christine Kim is a great vet which we all know can be biased based on a couple experiences in this online world, I will share why she is better then any other vet we've seen. We have a 14 year old Shiba Inu since she was a puppy and we've seen our fair share of vets across Greater Vancouver and had to deal with a wide variety of issues over this span of time. That said, we have a strong reference point to compare Dr Kim to and she is simply the best. The clinic is clean, modern and filled with professional staff. If it isn't obvious already, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and would be happy to share my contact to personally praise her even further if I could. You will not regret bringing your family member here.

Of all the vets I’ve consulted over the years, this is THE BEST VET hands down. What impressed me the most, is that Dr. Natalia LISTENED attentively. She is very thorough and had my cat’s best interest and health at heart. I am very grateful to have found her! Also all staff are very friendly and consistently go out of their way to assist.

Excellent veterinary services, always polite and helpful staff. They will bend over backwards to get my little fur baby in there when she's very ill.

Dr Christine is a good knowledgeable vet. If you have a dog with behavior issues, like fearfulness, she is great and knows how to handle them. Very caring and genuine.

Visited the clinic for cat's annual check-up and a lion cut. Excellent service, friendly staff, and a job well done. Our tiny lioness (with a mane!) is more than happy. Highly recommend it.

Happy to find the good vet. Dr Kim was very thorough during the exam my 9 year old cat with patience. All staff were very friendly as well. I was impressed they are very careful of covid to check my temperature and gave a mask during all appointment.

Such an amazing vet and team! It is clear that Dr. Christine and her staff care about animal well being and comfort, and take care of your pet as if they were their own. My pup is always so excited to see them and to play with vet tech Dani! I've brought my puppy here for a couple of different health issues and her spay and they've always done an amazing job providing care and explaining aftercare and treatment options to me. They also call to check in after seeing you, which is great for follow-up questions and advice. As well, the facility is always spotless and they've been great about staying open in a safe way during COVID. I would highly, highly recommend this vet:)

Dr. Kim and her staff are amazing! I been following Dr. Kim for 2 years now. My dog actually loves coming to the clinic. She’s happy to see the friendly staff and vibe of the clinic is always welcoming. Dr. Kim takes her time with you and will go out of her way just to help our little companions.

Dr. Christine Kim is an extremely knowledgable and professional Veterinarian. She gives each patient (and their Human) her 100% full attention and spends extra time explaining and communicating details about her patients' needs and care. Dr. Christine figured out my cat’s health problem that 3 other vets were not able to identify. She made the diagnostic tests very easy for me to have access to and at reasonable prices, where other vets made the process of having those tests done seem like hurdles too big to overcome. My cat is almost 15, and I’ve had him since he was 5 months old. He’s been my fuzzy companion through so many changes in my life, including becoming a mother. I believe Dr. Christine just gave me a handful of extra years to tell this cat I love him when he’s given me so much.

Excellent performance. She knows what she must do. Dr. Kim never hesitated what she suppost to do. He went for neuter but she quickly realize for heart problem which she guide me thoroughly how to take care this serious issue. Super kind and very passionate about animals.

Dr Christine was so amazing with my havanese Oliver. She helped me give him a quality life in his senior years and she was so supportive of both of us when I had to say goodbye to him. When I am ready to get a new dog, Dr Christine will be our vet. I recommend her to everyone!

Oscar and I have been seeing Dr. Kim for three years and have followed her to Waterfront Park Veterinary Clinic. Yesterday was our first appointment there. Oscar is a reactive dog so vet appointments are always a challenge. However I phoned the Clinic on Thursday night before the appointment to give them the heads up re Oscar’s challenges and they were ready for us. Dani the vet tech greeted us at reception, weighed Oscar in and lead us directly to the exam room which had been prepped with Adaptsil before our arrival. Dr. Kim was as amazing as she always is and Oscar was the best I’ve ever seen him during an appointment, taking treats and even exploring the exam room. When we left Dani was herding the next appointment into another exam room so we could have a stress free exit. I couldn’t have been happier with our experience yesterday. Dr. Kim has a lovely dog, Mike, who might be at the Clinic when you come visit. If you have a reactive dog just give them the heads up and they will make sure he isn’t out wandering during your appointment.
