Really disappointed in this place. Saturday night which should be the busiest time for families to enjoy the pool has been changed to “women only” from 730pm to close. The management who created this policy obviously doesn’t understand Saturday evening is prime time for revenue and also doesn’t understand inclusivity. This discriminatory policy to only benefit only a certain religious group does not have the best interests of the community in mind. Why does women from a certain religious group get the best time slot of the week? If this policy doesn’t change soon we will be organizing 50 men (who identify as women) to show up at women only time. If Water-mania wants to promote discrimination they will end up in one big mess….

Can get very busy in the wave pool thus easy to get accidently hit. Price is very reasonable for what is offered. The snack shop is very limited and only has hot dogs etc on weekends. Ice cream is waaaaaay over priced. The lockers require quarters. Free fwallet locker/cell phone lockers are available. 50c for clothes locker in the changing room. The indoor slides seem to never be open except during summer. Hot tubs can get quite busy.

They are allowing only women after 8: 30pm but did not mention anywhere. Totally wasted my time

Awesome place to swim with facilities like a colour water playground, wave pool, pool toys and inflatables, a lane pool, slides, 3 heights of diving platforms. I really dislike how inconsistent and infrequent the opening hours of facilities like the slides and the diving platforms are.

Horrible Time.
Me and my son came to use the gym and was stopped by a very rude Miguel. Miguel told me my son couldn't work out until after completing a safety orientation. I said fine. Miguel said it would take half an hour and then walked off. We left the gym and asked at the front desk, and were told the orientation should only take at most 15 minutes. The front desk was confused as the gym attendant is paid to give the safety orientations. The front desk looked into in and came back sheepish and said Miguel didn't want to give a safety orientation.
We had to wait for my other son and for 40 minutes Miguel stood by his computer doing absolutely NOTHING.
What a waste of the money! Hiring someone that does NOTHING

Water conditions are very good.
Lots of lifeguards.
Clean and tidy.
Showers are hot and pressure are high!

No concerns with costs, overall facilities, etc.
I found it odd that the WAVE pool was waveless for much of the morning on Saturday. I like to avoid an overcrowded pool and bring my kids in the morning. Waves didn't start until 1130. Wave pool in name only. That's really the point of a visit to this pool vs Minoru.

Inexpensive nice place to go for a dip and relax on any hot sunny day. Our kids love the wave pool and the water slides.

Great place for all ages, there is a lot to do around this area, hotel, restaurants, bowling, skating and movie theatre.

Best pool in the city. Kids have lots of fun in there. For 6 dollars you could stay whole day. Water is so warm. Jacuzzi is quite crowded. The water slides are so fun. Height and age requirements may apply.

Kids loved it that’s what mattered would have liked a deeper section for myself but overall we really enjoyed this place

Watermania was really fun. I took my son there and he had a lot of fun. They have lifejackets and floatables and they’ll even provide money for the locker if you need which is $. 50 all in all I had a really good time. The only downfall was that the change rooms in the family. The Change room were so hot and humid, I was almost out of breath by the time me and my wife and son changed so that’s why, I gave it. Four stars instead of five. Also, the showers are not private unlike some other pools.

The facility is great but many times it's dirty specially steam sauna you could see hairs on the ground and I see sometimes people go straight into the wave pool without taking a shower which mostly used by kids. They take all the sweats on their body into the pool. Shower is just by the sauna door. Watermania has to put a notice sign on the sauna door from outside and also inside that taking shower is a must before entering into the pool. Usually kids swallow water in the pool why they have to swallow people sweat which is contained poisons and fungus. Also I saw couple of times one guy bring a razor in the sauna and shaving in a hidden way. Staff don't react when they see these stuff.

Another first for my Littles and wow so much fun. The wave pool and slides, friendly staff. It was really a fun experience and great price point for all the activities that were available. The older ones hit the hot tub, sauna and steam room and just what we needed to round up summer as it ends. Definitely going again.

Useless lifeguards.
Allow people to throw sinkable toys, which lead to an injury.
No follow up of injury at all.
Left place with headache.
No where to report incident.
This place is dangerous!

It has a standard swimming pool, kids pool, artificial wave pool, and sauna. Fun place for every one in a family

I love that Watermania has reasonable prices for drop in swimming. Rec centres in Delta or Surrey seem to nickel and dime specially if you’re not a resident of that city.

The pools neat and clean. Plenty of lifeguards around for safety. Wave pool is always great. Two separate hot tubs for different temperature preferences. Kids love the water slide but a heads up that you need to be at least 1.2m tall for the slides. Lane swimming and diving areas too! Lots to choose from.

The website said the water slides were open, as did the attendant at the ticket booth. When we got inside the slides were closed, despite it being well before 5PM. They said it was due to a staffing issue, but there were many life guards standing around talking to each other. We came all across the city for the water slides. Sad.
