Waves Coffee House - Coquitlam Center

I ordered an espresso and I literally drunk the coffee pose made previously. Disgusting. The NEW staff is rude. I miss the old staff

Great coffee, though they did forget my cream in my "Canadiano. " Fortunately they have a good roast so I could drink it black.

I made an order and it was just a mistake unknowingly what type of coffees they have as it’s our first time ordering from waves. So i chose the wrong order, therefore I asked politely if we can exchange it to the coffee that we really wanted but the barista just gave us a cold answer and said “no, once the order has been made, we can’t change it anymore”. (In a frustrated way) I understand the policy but honestly, i don’t see anything wrong on making a new coffee for a first time customer when it was just a mistake or with a nicer toned of voice will have the chance for us to come back but in disappointment. Please re-train your staff the proper customer service and your business will grow

Usually busy so I like stopping by late in the day just before closing to pickup a mobile order.

Yesterday, had a spinach feta savoury pastry and regular size cafe au lait. Was appreciating they had a seating area at the mall!

Barista and counter girl were both friendly and professional, will be back here again when I’m shopping at Coquitlam centre

Coffee is always great, but I especially wanna shout out the whole staff at this location. I think I only remember Amanda's name (if that's correct) but everyone else here is equally as helpful and sweet as she is! I come here on break all the time and often ask for recommendations for drinks and the staff always give great recommendations. Also just wanna add that their regular lattes are one of the best lattes I've ever had at a chain coffee shop. Shout out everyone here you all rock!

I love the robos symphony from waves, and services usually really nice, there's many options and they're not nearly as expensive as other places.

I love coffee here. Not too mild not too strong just right with real coffee flavour not the additives.

The Coffee is fairly good the food can be hit or miss. But one thing that is great is the staff are never rude and most all of the time have a smile for you:)

Excellent customer service. Delicious coffee, way better than @Starbucks. I would only extend the sitting area if it's possible. @CoquitlamCenter.

Waves is always a great alternative to the "other" coffee place. Unfortunately they share the terrible mall music

If i could give negative 69 stars i would. I came here to celebrate my friends birthday (Donna hong) and turns out they are a wee bit Jewish when it comes to portioning out the liquid coffee, (I'm Jewish so don't even try me) Despicable customer service here at the Coquitlam location. I had paid for a large size for here and they proceed to give me the regular even after asking them for the larger cup. Rude and disrespectful especially considering the Christmas season. The manager racially profiled me because I am Jewish is what I can only assume. I feel like a classic shmuck for ever coming and spending my hard earned pennies here. Ps the coffee was undercooked and had a earthy dirt like texture when swallowing, I fear I will fall ill.

Waves coffee house is okay, although it's not my favorite. Friendly helpful staff. I recommend checking this place out for yourself
