Waves Coffee House - Pitt Meadows

This Waves is amazing, they are always so kind & speedy. Unfortunately this afternoon I walked into grab a coffee and witnessed a few very rude customers belittling staff and questioning why they do the things they do. Both staff members handled this issue with grace, and apologetic explaining somethings are out of their hands. I just wanted to give these two a shout out because I have worked in the service industry for 10+ years and not everyone would have handed it as well as them!

Clean and friendly, with a nice selection of pastries.

Such a treat, the staff here really try hard to get you what you need and to make sure all is good.

Greatly improved over the past couple of years. Good place to visit with your friends to spend time over a cup of coffee. I would only add a couple of small round tables inside.

I already visited Wave coffee house once a week. All the workers are really nice store is always clean Definitely recommend this place

Nice little coffee shop located on Harris road in Pitt Meadows.

Service here has always been great and the coffee isn’t bad.

I stop by here early mornings usually and it isn’t usually busy. There is parking available on the street and a clean comfortable seating area in the shop.

They advertise that they have sandwiches with posters on the window but they don’t actually serve any food. Even the bagels on display are not for purchase I was told after I tried to buy it. Service not very friendly.

My favorite place to have coffee everyone's friendly service is fast, clean great atmosphere.

Lovvvvvvveeeee this place, but unless I get my regular drink, they never get my drink right hahaha. Maybe I'm saying the wrong thing and I'm shy so I don't care, but yeah I just stick to my regular drink.

Great service great staff and the owner is extremely helpful and they have the best freshest coffee around I tell all my friends to go to waves! Waves rocks!

Coffee was great but the server was very rude. My lid wasn't on properly and when I asked for a new cup, she said "iys a normal cuo - what's the problem" waa rude to my friwnd as well

We took hot milk chocolate here earlier, it was very tasty.the last couple of times it was disgusting, once it was just hot milk with no taste, and the second time, coffee taste and still bitter and no taste of chocolate, I'm very sorry that this happened.

I had a pretty chill experience at this Waves Coffee Shop; management could be a little better, but one worker in particular was a very nice girl with braces and a ponytail who provided me very well and had a very polite tone. Thank you very much!
