Waves Coffee House - Robson

I like this cafe very clean and very nice staff and amazingly espresso macchiato, thank you a lot

I went there specifically because I wanted to try their Nanaimo bar. Unfortunately, it's only okay and had been FROZEN. I can get fresh baked Nanaimo bars in my local area that are way better. Their coffee, however, was excellent.

I like Waves and their Lavender Leche. I had it at the two locations on Robson and one on Pender (?). This one (Broadway) is the only location it tasted super watery. They also got the take out and for here mixed up. I still love their Lavender Leche drink and will continue to buy them but just not this location.

Loved it here! Baristas were fast and very kind. My boyfriend is lactose intolerant and they were awesome at telling us his options!

My drink was fine but my egg croissant was refrigerator cold on the inside. My husband’s espresso was lack luster. The place looks great and the staff was fine but it definitely could us a little more quality control. Loads of potential but it definitely fell flat.

Everything tastes better when it's free, so it's worth getting on the Waves app rewards bandwagon!
Great consistency and delicious yummy drinks from efficient service with a smile always from Waves, you definitely receive a much higher quality than any other coffee joints. A knockout super yummy Soy Iced Matcha Latte to kick off the summer for sure!
The joint itself is very nice, quaint and relaxed comforting vibe with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating in a fantastic location.

Their cinnamon roll is spectacular. Latte was also good. Great atmosphere, nice place to sit down and collect yourself from a long journey

This place is amazing to have a good coffee and a nice conversation. Also for working the place is usually quiet.

Cute coffee house with nice atmosphere. I loved the chocolate cake. The coffee was good. The service was nice and quick. They are NOT ACCEPTING American express.

When i went i got a london fog and a rooibos tea latte and both were extremely good, highly recommend on a cold day.

Absolutely the best hot chocolate there is in whole vancouver (my favorite is the dark chocolate). Nice service and good atmosphere for working on my laptop for an hour or so.

Was able to use the small meeting room up to 2 hours for a Zoom meeting I had. As my meeting was early in the morning, so thankful that Waves opened at 7.30am (before the library opening hours). The staff was nice and friendly. Oat milk latte was great!

Absolutely unacceptable service went in for my morning coffee and asked to use the washroom before I ordered. The first lady at the counter said yes no problem go ahead and then the “owner” she claims said that I was not allowed to use the washroom unless I was a paying customer and I was obviously at this location specifically to grab a coffee and breakfast. I Will not be returning to this location nor will I support a business that is prejudiced towards customers. I have made a complaint to the BBB

Hands down the best espresso in Vancouver. Alas we leave tomorrow but will fit in another visit. I mean, we are from Melbourne and actual strong coffee with a crema is hard to find. Also, if you want the Canadian treat Nanaimo bar, they have a yummy version. Best coffee. Best coffee!
