First time ever waxing my legs, Sharleen made me feel very comfortable and was very efficient! Appointment was quick and easy, my legs are so smooth! The shop is very beautiful and the staff were friendly. Definitely going to book back here again

I have been going to Waxbox since it opened and even though I no longer live in White Rock I still have all my waxing there. Jenna and her staff are first class!

Very unprofessional. Tech was late and when she did show up, she didn’t converse much with me during my service and instead spent the entire time gossiping about another co worker. I went home with many ingrown hairs. Would not book again.

I have never entered the premises. I have heard through fellow beauty industry workers to know how they treat their employees and customers, i do not recommend this place. Everyone is entitled to their opinions:)

Unfortunately the employees lack communication and good customer service skills, but the manager is great, if you can get threw to her you are in good hands.

Today was my very first time at Waxbox. I went in for a Brazilian and I seriously cannot say enough good things about my experience! The establishment was beautiful and clean. And the aesthetician Rachel was so professional, personable and easy to talk to. Both her and the other aesthetician who were working were super nice and welcoming. The Brazilian itself was quick and fairly painless - which is saying a lot because I hadn't been for quite some time, so she had a big job on her hands lol. I will definitely be back in the future and can say I have officially found my new go to place locally! I will be recommending their waxing services to everyone I know.

Terrible experience. They do not answer their phone. I called to reschedule multiple times and no one picked up. When I was finally able to contact someone I was told that the new appointment time was fine. Despite confirming the appointment online as well I was told the lash technician had left when I arrived. There was no attempt to reschedule once I was there there was no one at the front desk, I had to walk upstairs and knock to finally be greeted hastily and dismissed. Terrible customer service.

Also, this was posted 3 years ago, I think it's disgusting that your response is 3 years too late and you use COVID as an excuse? ! Disgusting.

I had a great experience at Wax Box, Nic was Amazing! She was very thorough, gentle, explained the entire process, while adding her years of experience. Her bubbly spirit made the whole experience so comfortable, educated during and after the service, which i really appreciated. I don't plan on going anywhere else. I highly recommend coming here.

I have been going to WaxBox for years-I cannot recommend their services enough. I am always impressed by their constant innovation in all things beauty related. All their technicians are supremely skilled, efficient and professional. The BEST!

I have been looking for a permanent wax place and I found the one! They don't offer hardwax which I usually prefer but they do really care about their clients and wants what is best for their skin. It is always pleasant to go there since Jenna is such a fun, friendly person. Never awkward with her when I get my brazillians done. I would love to try their new vajacials and lash lifts and tints!

I had the best experience ever at Waxbox! Nic was soo amazing, and truly did an amazing job. It was my first appointment ever and her energetic and bubbly spirit made the experience so comfortable. My wax their was actually less painful and they gave me such amazing tips on how to take care of my skin after the wax. After experiencing such amazing service, I don't think I plan to go any where else. I highly recommend coming here!

Was my first appointment ever and the girls were so welcoming and it was clean and cozy but in a fully filled sexy and body product way! I had my appointment with Nic and she was so bubbly and friendly and also super encouraging and is passionate about her clients and making them feel confident and sexy! All about body positivity and beauty and it really shows. Not only was my first ever wax almost painless but the overall experience and how I felt during and when I left was more than I expected. I feel as if I've known Nic forever and wished I'd done this sooner. Highly recommend! Loved her and my results so so much! She also helped me shop for some cute stuff after!

First time getting my legs waxed as well as first time coming to this salon and I had such a blast! Who knew you getting your legs waxed would be so much fun. Amy was awesome and such a funny girl. Under arms 10$? ! Such a good price and very happy! Definitely want to come back and highly recommend this place. It’s also low key quite “instagramable” with their adorable hanging chairs! You’ll see what I mean when you get there

Absolutely the best Waxing and treatment salon in the lower mainland (and I've tried many). The atmosphere is fun and inviting as are the staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Prices are great (they have amazing deals on waxing packages). You can easily book their services on the mindbody app. I highly recommend them.

After getting bikini waxes throughout the years, I decided to finally try the Brazilian. I was a little nervous about it, but owner (and wax goddess) Jenna put me at ease and it was honestly the most comfortable waxing experience I've ever had. Her knowledge and friendliness will make even the most timid client feel comfortable. I've been seeing her now for a couple of years and the service level is always top notch.

I just went to their new Lash technician Kiana and am so pleased with the results. I had been going to another salon for my extensions, but needed an emergency fill after my regular salon flaked on me for what feels like the 20th time. Kiana was so accommodating and came in just to take care of me. She did a gorgeous job and made them look so natural (which is not easy). I wear glasses and she made sure that they fit perfectly under them while still looking luxurious. I love that I don't have to wear makeup to feel gorgeous. I just throw on lip gloss and go. Kiana is a total doll and great at what she does. I am now coming to her for all my lash extension needs.
