I had my first Brazilian wax appointment in August 2023, and I have been coming consistently ever since. Wency provides such amazing service every single time I've been there. She is very thorough and very skilled at what she does, which makes all my appointments as least painful as possible. Other than her excellent customer service, Wency is also such a joy to be around. She has such a warm and caring personality, with a good sense of humour! I would definitely recommend her to anyone who may be new or curious to try a Brazilian wax.

Highly recommended! Wency is gentle & efficient, it makes the session relaxed and friendly. Great for first timers that are scared or for someone who needs an emergency session. If you're in the neighborhood, definitely check it out!

Wenci is a star! I’ve been getting waxed here for 2+ years and would never consider anywhere else. I used to have issues with ingrown hairs from other wax places or methods, but no longer. Also, I know there’s no such thing as a painless wax but she’s so gentle, it’s as close as you’ll get!

I've been going to Wency consistently for a few years and with good reason! She does what she does so well compared to the other many waxers I've been to in the Lower Mainland. She is very gentle and the wax she uses are of top quality (doesn't feel like my sensitive skin is getting waxed off too unlike other salons!). Wency is also very friendly so the whole experience doesn't feel awkward at all. She is the absolute best!

Wency is the best! I was referred to her by a friend and thank goodness! Every visit is always comfortable and friendly. She remembers the small details for each client and goes above and beyond to make your experience comfortable. She takes her time to make you feel at ease, especially during my first session. I also went prior to my labour and delivery of my baby and I really appreciate how attentive she was as I was 9 months pregnant. Her expertise and friendly demeanor truly sets this place apart. She's my go to "wax lady" and definitely be the only place I'll go to and worth the drive for me.
