Waypoint Insurance

We have been buying our tenant insurance and recently bought home insurance from Waypoint. It was a smooth process and with Tate, it was smooth and worry free.

Tate is professional, friendly and once you get in touch with her for your requirement, she makes sure everything is done right on time. I highly recommend Tate and Waypoint.

This summer I contacted Waypoint Ins.to review my policy and see what changes were needed.
I found Christine Winterburn in Nanaimo to be very professional and patient, she researched my file, made calls on my behalf and discussed in depth the best path forward.
In the end I have excellent coverage and updated all covered items and contents.

Poor service. They don't seem to know what they're doing. I cancelled my home insurance well in advance of the renewal date but they didn't cancel the direct debit. Impossible to reach by phone.just music and irrelevant information and after you've waited for 10 minutes "We're sorry, there's no one here to take your call".

Not impressed trying to get my business insurance delt with. I am either disconnected or hanged up on!

I just wanted to leave my comments on my experience in dealing with Waypoint Insurance recently, and in particular Kamilla Seefried. I called them up to set up tenant's insurance (for a brand new building, I might add) and although the new building was not yet established in their system, Kamilla made the process for me so seamlessly easy, especially with her kind, friendly, easy-going personality. It was all set up within a day or so. I would highly recommend anyone looking for insurance to give them a call and ask for Kamilla Seefried - you will be happy that you did.:)
