Been using Waypoint Insurance for a number of years now, always do a great job. Tammy at Burnaby was an excellent help in reviewing my autoplan insurance at renewal, reminding me what options I had previously made and discussed going forward. I’ve never felt they try to push any unnecessary extras.

Muhammad Al-Qadri (Ali) responded to my inquiry promptly, professionally, and thoroughly. He also noticed that there were some details that should have been included in my file that were missed previously so I would add that he has great attention to detail. Thanks for your help, Ali.
