The massage therapist I see is Simran. He is awesome and explains everything before we start and is always checking with me through the session if the pressure is OK. He will go over everything at the end as well. Highly recommend Simran. He knows his stuff!

I've been seeing RMT Simrat weekly for 5 months after being in a car accident. He consistently goes above and beyond!

He is extremely consent-based and has made me feel comfortable in his care since day 1 with his high level of ethics, morality, and communication.
Simrat is knowledgeable about the body, great at intuitively knowing when to massage deeper or hold back, and adaptable to my preferences of the day.
He genuinely cares about your wellbeing. Personable and non judgemental. Overall a talented RMT and great person!

Very bad massage experience. Ask me not come and Charge me for cancellation fee for next appointment but not informed me beforehand.

By the way, what is not acceptable is that I have asked one of their college there will be no cancellation fee But this time they ask me not come for extra cancellation fee.

The receptionist should be better trained, she spoke differently from the massager, and cancel the appointment at the last minute.

Seem like it's never gone away, I visit for Cindy massage weekly.she uses hot stones, somehow it works, my injury is healed and seem like back to normal. I can now playing soccer with confidence and comfort. Also Cindy put great and deep pressure to treat my muscles tissues after heavy soccer running. Thank you Cindy.

I visited to address deep tissue muscle damage in my back. The therapist who worked on me was exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable. He used an iPad to pinpoint the exact muscle causing my discomfort and pain, which was a helpful visual aid in understanding the issue.

The massage itself was incredible. The therapist applied the perfect amount of pressure, working deep into my muscle tissue to release knots and tension. He regularly checked in with me to ensure my comfort, making the experience both effective and enjoyable.

After the massage, the therapist provided me with professional advice for healing and recovery. He gave me specific exercises and recommendations for things like stretching and posture improvement, which demonstrated his investment in my long-term health and wellbeing. Overall, I had an amazing experience at this massage clinic and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of high-quality massage therapy.

I started coming to this clinic because my old massage place is a bit too far. Boy am I glad that I chose this location. I have been working with Simrat to help me with my neck pain. This is the first time someone has genuinely seemed interested in getting to the root of the problem instead of just massaging and booking the next session. He has been working with me to help me see other ways to help resolve my issues. Simrat even identified other issues with my shoulders that no one else had. Now he is helping me correct these outside of just getting massages. He truly cares about his patients’ well being and is very honest. I really appreciate his help. Thank you!

Amazing massage RMT was thorough and professional definitely would recommend Aurora, Ria or Rose. Free parking. Whole place needs a little buff and shine front desk looks a little half hazard however direct billing and kind casual service.

I have seen Mina a few times and she is one of the most professional RMTs I’ve been to. She is knowledgeable and able to target specific muscles in my back and help alleviate pain/tension. Thank you for expertise.
