Can't help to post a review and give a higher rating to this clinic especially the staff of the Reception Desk. They truly provide a very great service as per my experience, the staff are so responsive and genuinely with customer care. I highly recommend this clinic. Good job and keep going!

My partner had an unfortunate experience at this walk-in clinic. Despite the clinic being completely empty with three receptionists at their desks, there was a lack of a warm welcome when she arrived for her first visit. She hoped for a friendly greeting and assistance with her appointment but was met with silence. After patiently trying three times, she finally managed to get one of the receptionists' attention. Regrettably, the interaction with this particular receptionist was marked by condescension, making her feel like she was in the wrong for speaking up. This initial encounter left us with a terrible impression, and unfortunately we cannot recommend this walk-in clinic to others.

Highly recommend! Great Services! Super quick response on Emails by Devon! When everywhere it was hard for us to get any Dr appointments, They Helped us and get us in at their clinic for the visit at the earliest! Really appreciate and thankful for their help and great response to Devon and Team!

This clinic has the best service in the area. Staffs were super nice to me and responsive. My doctor was super helpful and very humorous as well. I booked a walk-in for an emergency and they replied to my email very fast and were able to book me in the same day. Can't thank you enough.

Many thanks to Devon at the reception and Dr. Shariati, make our visit happier and smoother. We are newcomers who are not fluent in the language, and the medical care for Vancouver is only derived from online legends which is not very good, however the experience at this clinic is not like the saying in the internet. First of all, after I made a consultation call, I emailed with the front desk Devon to confirm the information and make an appointment, Devon replied promptly, had a very good attitude, and took the trouble to help us determine the appointment time; Dr. Shariati was very kind, professional and consulted in detail, and after understanding our situation, helped us to urgently transfer to the paediatric department. After all，The experience at the clinic was really enjoyable!

We know how difficult it is now booking a "walk in" appointment (virtual/ in person). We have to book (mostly done online) few days in advance for most clinics. Today, I took a chance to call my nearest clinic and I got lucky to have the same day walk in appointment (which I really needed today). The Receptionist that answered my call was very patient, accomodating, communicated to me properly and instructed me what I needed to bring. The Doctor that attended to my needs was nice. I recommend this place that you give it a call EARLY if you are looking for a clinic that can help you with same day walk in check up request.

I read the reviews before going there and was a little hesitant to go. However, most clinics will have a bad review. I had a good experience today. There was an issue with my MSP, the receptionist offered solutions. There was not a long wait past the time we were to go in. The doctor listened to my concerns. Overall, I would visit again.

I just moved to the area and I’m so lucky I found this clinic. Staffs are very nice and friendly.

I have been a patient of this walk in clinic for 9 years now. Am surprised at some of the negative low ratings which seem more related to communication than medical. COVID years have been brutal to all. I haven’t had an in-person consultation last 3 years but have got all the attention I needed. In fact I have moved further away but am hesitant to change my clinic.

And the staff have always been helpful whether in person, telephone or email. Guess I am lucky compared to others.

I think everybody is trying to do their best despite our overloaded healthcare system. So patients must be more patient haha.a bit more.

Good spacious clinic with a walk in facility for last moment issues. Doctor Wu was professional and fast. The young reception lady is argumentative, rigid and does not solve payment problems. The manager was apparently off site and could not confirm my e transfer in spite of me making a payment. Thankfully, the other srnior staff sorted it out.
