"dr" Hanan Farag is simply the worst doctor I have ever met in my whole life, very rude, no empathy, no listening, no respect.
She didnt solved any of my problems, and she rushed me out to be done with my case as soon as possible.
I had a very similar experience with this other review from "m L"

People like this that call themself "doctor" are dangerous to the society, I might have serious health issues, I will edit my post when a real doctor will help me with a real diagnosis.

Dr Hanan Farage est la meilleure docteur que j'ai eu la chance de rencontrer de toute ma vie. Je la recommande à quiconque veut être bien soigné. Elle m'a littéralement sauvé la vie. Tout ce que j'ai eu à faire pour être bien soigné a été d'être honnête. J'ai répondu à ses questions de mon mieux sens mentir et sens rien lui cacher. De ce fait elle a émis le bon diagnostic prescrit les bons médicaments et donnée les meilleurs conseils pour une guérison qui dure dans le temps. Je ne pourrai jamais la remercier assez pour ce qu'elle a fait. J'espère la revoir un de ces jours pour lui dire encore une fois qu'elle merveilleux travail elle a fait.

Firstly, the receptionist and staff are great. I was a first time patient so I was on stand-by to see a doctor. They came over and kept me updated when there were delays. So I appreciate this immensely.

Unfortunately, my interaction with Dr. Farag was not good. I never write a review but I needed to write this as I hope Dr. Farag will see this to understand how her interactions impact her patients. Dr. Farag may be knowledgable but her demeanour and attitude is not helpful. I get it, doctors see lots of patients and are busy but Dr. Farag was condescending and scolding. I am also aware of cultural differences that may be interpreted differently. However, Dr. Farag's attitude is not professional and will not help patients. Even when I told her that I understood the health situation (I repeated this), she still pushed forward with her condescension. It was definitely a power-trip with her and in line with other feedback about her that I have seen online. When I asked if my condition does not improve in the next day or two, I asked what I should expect or do? She became very impatient, even flustered and frustrated. I do not know why this question triggered this response. I come from a family of MDs and I teach MD undergrads (UBC). This is not the attitude we want to instill in our future MDs. I only hope that Dr. Farag reads this as it is important for her to have some self-perspective and understand what the patient is going through and that her attitude does not help.

Fast easy simple.people tend to leave negative reviews when stuff goes wrong rather then positive when things go smoothly.

The physicians here are without a doubt fantastic, however that is the only positive thing I can say about this clinic. The office and company that run this clinic are terrible. I have never felt more cut off from my doctor.

Frequently it feels as though the office is actively trying to prevent you from seeing your GP. Referrals are often not put through, and moving a referral forward often requires legwork from the patient to follow up with the referred doctor and the office to make sure they have received any of your information.

In my experience the phone lines are open for a laughably narrow window, and are rarely answered when they are; do not bother trying to leave a message. I now resort to walking into the clinic to try an book an appointment rather than calling because at least in doing this there's a chance I will see someone.

Reliably unreliable.

A follow up since the clinic responded to my review. The doctors continue to be great, the clinic continues to be garbage. Their new phone system just results in you interacting with fewer people, and having to negotiate more phone trees. For even a short 10min consult it takes over a month to see your doctor. I stand by what I said, I feel the most cutoff from Healthcare that I have ever experienced. Which is a shame, because I have a great doctor based on the one time I've ever been able to meet her.

One further note, don't trust the operating hours that are posted online. For example they are listed as being open until 5pm today, however the door was locked and lights out a little before 4: 30

Hanan farag is the worst doctor I have ever met. Very very disrespectful, tries to grab my phone out of my hands, tell me I'm over reacting with my symptoms, and when I'm trying to show her all the 3 diffrent tests results shows out of range, she tells me I have to make eye contact with her when i was trying to find the lab test to show her, to make eye contact with her while she talks and stop looking at my phone and I cam go do taht when I'm with my friends! VERY consendensing, she says i have nothing without looking at all the results. I had another doctor confirm I have a serious health issue happening right now. She shouldn't be a doctor and should be reported. She treated me very badly and wouldn't listen to my symptoms. She wpuldnt let me show her all my tests results without her saying I have nothing. I have had these symptoms for almost 4 months and it's not going away, but she wouldn't perform any tests on me and didn't take me seriously. She talked to me like I was her 9 year old daughter. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE. Plus she was late and she didn't even know she was working that morning amd she wasn't ready when I came in

Doctor called and I needed a refill of a non controlled medication. She said she has to prescribe in person. A med I've been taking for years. Why advertise that ur a walk in. Horrible all around

Trying to book well with the website has been difficult if recently months until it was finally updated. Same the phone lines always used to be busy through that issue also now seems to be fixed. I've been a patient of Dr. Irwin for many years now she is a amazing gp. Takes the time to care about and understand situations.

Horrible experience, terrible scheduling the doctor, no show in my appointment, and no one to warn you, completely uncaring. I honestly can't believe how they hire unprofessional staff. Absolutely ridiculous, Don’t waste your time here and find a better clinic.

The doctor did not listen and dismissed me instantly, I am trying to get a diagnosis for ADD as I believe I may have it. I was looking to make the first step in the right direction and hopefully revive some recommendation on what to do next. Instead the doctor focused on my anxiety and tried to push anti anxiety medication instantly after 30 minutes of conversation. She also after 30 minutes told me she didn’t believe I had ADD with no assessment or without me explaining how I fit the symptoms. I feel I wasn’t listened to. She also advised to take blood work so she could then make a recommendation for an add assessment then.

Dr Irwin is the ideal GP and the reason for the 5-star rating. She very clearly cares a lot about her patients and uses decades of experience to make the treatment process as manageable and effective as possible.

Absolute horrible experience. Terrible scheduling and completely rude staff. I honestly don't know how they hire, but they hire the rudest, most unprofessional staff ever. Never ever go here, you will end up wasting your time. Absolutely ridiculous, any walk in clinic would be better than this one. All you get is rude remarks and a rude attitude instead of helpful, and professional help. Horrible experience.

Physicians here are great. The receptionist girl is kind of disrespectful. Nobody ever picks up the phone, and the online booking system doesn’t work.

The front dest staff is rude and terrible. They told you totally different things from one person to another.

Still unable to book an appointment. The website simply does not work. Every date you click on is unavailable. Phones are always busy.
I have had the same family doctor for almost 10 years, and now have zero access.
Extremely unethical and careless medical practice.

I understand our health care system is overloaded. I accept there will be wait times. Oddly, the clinic's system makes booking an appointment with Dr. Irwin difficult, is there a reason? It's her office, but she is not listed as a family Dr, so I can not book online. I tried the phone service, and after entering all my info, the computer said there were 3 people in the queue before me. I waited on hold for 33 minutes before giving up. If my Doctor is not taking patients at this time, could that not be explained on the website, and who she would like us to contact in her absence? I have had the best care at this clinic, but you get a bad review if I can't reach you.

Hard to rate this place. I love my doctor, yet dislike the managing system that this clinic has. The staff are lovely in person, yet mia when it comes to bookings over the phone. The only reason I bare with their difficult booking system is Dr. Goldberg.

These folks are great. They are always friendly and supportive of our whole families medical care.

I’m writing this because I want to express my gratitude after my appointment today. Nurse Olga is fantastic and very empathetic, she always try to help me and hug me when I feel depressed. Dr. Wiesenthal is very experienced and extremely helpful in diagnosing my problem. I had a wonderful experience here. It’s very, very appreciated!
