Says open on sundays and it was ‘verified 6 days ago by phone call’ but isn’t open at all.

Worst service ever, never answer the calls. Phone lines are always closed as the front desk don't want to deal.

Always appreciative and grateful for meeting Dr. Smit. Takes the time to listen and understand the issues. Provides good advice and quick referrals if needed. Highly recommend.

I came in with my son who was complaining of lots of pain. We were seen very quickly. The reception staff were very nice and Dr Smit was kind and thorough. I would strongly recommend them. Do note that walk-ins are usually only on Sundays.

Doctors and receptionists are knowledgeable but the system is unclear and frustrating. One would figure these Medical Offices are suppose to take the burden off the hospitals and emergency rooms but NO. Not in my case but pharmacists can save most people more time then these types of offices now a days.

This is now only a "walk-in clinic" on Sunday mornings otherwise you need to book an appointment on line. Discovered this the hard way when I urgently needed an antibiotic.

I love the dr here, really friendly and caring. But you can never get ahold of the office. Every time I call it ends up saying all the line are busy. I have try for two days in a row. Also online booking is nice but when you need to book for more then one person it hard.

They call themselves a walk-in clinic but they're not. They're also not taking any more patients, so you can't book an appointment. Yet you only find out about this when you show up. I just needed a simple procedure done. They couldn't help me. We need a private option for medical treatment. The public model just doesn't work, the doctors/nurses/receptionists are usually incompetent and the taxes ridiculously high for low quality service like this.

Doctors don’t even want to talk to you, they just want to leave soon, don’t even discuss the problem and their causes just give you prescriptions as soon as they can and bye bye.

Dr.smith is so good here. I started feeling recovery within 2 days after taking his prescribed medication.

Let me start by saying that contrary to what some of the reviews are saying, it is "not" a walk-in clinic for everyone, it is a walk-in clinic only for kids under 12.

My wife was able to get our daughter to see a Doctor by walking in. The current receptionist (unfortunately, don't remember the name, visited last week) is incredibly efficient, organized with excellent attention to detail. The Doctor that my daughter saw, Dr. Teskey, is probably as close to a perfect family physician you can get. Dr. Teskey actively listened to the problems, didn't rush you in anyway, asked several questions to understand the issues and took a proper investigative approach to confirm the diagnosis. He was also honest and direct in explaining things, without being rude. To top it all, he has an awesome sense of humor. We were lucky to add both me and my wife as his patients.

I have had a couple of issues that needed attention, and after several frustrating and unsuccessful appointments with the previous family Dr, I saw Dr. Teskey, and for the reasons mentioned above, we have an excellent plan in place to resolve my health issues. The clinic was also very clean and the attached Naz pharmacy is very helpful as well. I did two visits, and my wife along with my daughter one, and we had nothing but a great experience all three times. I can't speak for other Doctors at the clinic, but Dr. Teskey is as good as it gets for a family physician.

Regarding wait times, it is true that appointments aren't easy to get, and that is the sorry state of Canadian Health-care System we have, and not the clinic's fault.

There are ZERO appts on fridays and weekends, I have gone into august and still nothing. This clinic is a great example of our crumbling health care system, a walk in clinic is supposed to be just that WALK IN and see a doctor. I might as well just go to the hospital and wait 10 hours to be seen.

I loved their service. I was tired calling so many clinics for appointments on Sunday. Just called this clinic and Harpreet (receptionist) offered me to bring two pieces of I’d to come in and see doctor as early as possible. She was super nice and professional as well. Highly recommend to try this clinic for quick medical services.

Waited 3 weeks to get an appointment only to have it cancelled by the clinic because they don’t do services pertaining to women health for walk-ins. Mind you I had called into the office before booking the appointment to verify that they would be able to do what I needed and was told it was ok to go ahead and book. The receptionist solution was to send me to Vancouver and told me I should look for family doctor which is nearly impossible these days. Finding a unicorn is easier.

Walking clinics should be able to do more services, we are going to doctors because we need help, and to be turned away is very frustrating. Must we wait until we’re dying to be treated fairly!?

Dr Smit I have been going to this medical clinic since it opened, I see doctors once a year but this year I already saw Doctor 3 times too many. You understood my issues and solved it and got me out of the clinic in timely manner. I hate clinics and hospitals the quicker the process the quicker I go home, so thank you sir! Love how everything is online.

Shouldn't be called a walk in clinic if you don't take walk in's when you open. I could understand if your late in the day but the first person there.you shouldn't have to book online.maybe try having a Dr just for walk in patients.or like half day walk in half appointments.

The girls at the front are super nice, everyone at this clinic works fast and efficiently, they run the place smoothly. Dr Smit was super nice, he is very fast and does not waste your time! Thank you staff!

This clinic is extremely busy and the girls in the front do their best to keep up with phone calls and all the other clinical duties they have. GIVE THEM A BREAK! Everyone’s family doctors are not taking in person appointments or they’re getting appointments weeks away. There’s shortages of doctors everywhere and people need to understand that. This clinic has been open and seeing patients in person the entire pandemic…. So everyone should be thanking them (especially those two people that I saw yelling at the poor girls in the front)

Don’t recommend dr smit, go look him up on rateMD. I been having an ear infection for the past 3 months. On my last visit I told dr smit I still have pain and discomfort in the ear but he basically checked inside my ear and said it’s fine and sent me out. Each visit feels very rushed and he fails to acknowledge I have neck pain which I brought up each visit. They must be getting paid for each visit since they’re so quick to kick me out and provide bad medical care. I would go somewhere else for complex issues

I went to the clinic yesterday having trouble breathing and chest pains, the reception was booked for the morning but was able to squeeze me in due to the severity of my breathing. Dr. Teskey went above and beyond to care of me and help me to be able to breathe again. They thought I needed the ER so called 911 and had them take me, I am in awe of how great they were with me and would recommend them to anyone looking for proper care. They were so thorough and what they couldn’t do I had done at the hospital because he sent me there, if it wasn’t for him I probably wouldn’t have gone. Thank you all so very much from the bottom of my heart, I am so grateful. Especially during Covid times and long waits! You are all appreciated.

Honestly, I really really like the doctor I see at this clinic; however I've been patient with this clinic, but today I think I will be going elsewhere.

To create a whole online booking system and still not following the times people book appointments is the most ridiculous thing ever. Then you have to go through hoops to get a hold of a receptionist. The 2.8 rating makes sense.

Doctor calls earlier than my booked time. If I was given an actual accurate range of time I wouldn't have missed the call.

Its literally impossible to book any appointment here then I called the receptionist back at 11: 47 (not too long after the call was missed) and they said they would let the doctor know. Then at 12: 15pm> im waiting by my phone. I call back the of course phones are off; which I get breaks and all, but I've never had a pleasant experience booking at this clinic. When I finally get an appointment with the doctor its fine, but going through these hoops just to get a simple prescription, note, or follow-up is wild.

I really liked Dr. Teskey cause every time I had a successful appointment with him cause he actually cares, but I'll most likely be transferring to a different clinic/doctor cause the process for this clinic is too much for me.
