They advertise they're a walk-in-clinic so I made the drive there and they told me they only take appts and have no walk in availability. Also no appt times available. Don't waste your time.

Today was my first visit at this clinic for my daughter. My family doctor was away and we were concerned about her cough. My experience was very pleasant with the front desk. They were kind, professional, and efficient. The doctor was very patient and reassuring. Thank you so much for taking us in!

Horrible office. The doctors doesn’t listen, prescribe medication the second they hears a problem rather than finding a resolution. Masking your health with prescriptions is why we have such a bad drug abuse problem in bc. The doctors don’t care. They never answer their phone. My doctor is only available 12 hours a week, which makes in nearly impossible to see them. And the 10 minute appointment for a so called “family doctor”. I am your patient, it’s your responsibility to listen to my health concerns and instead you neglect them. Let me say one problem during an appointment and kick me out even before my 10 minutes is over. Every appointment is rushed and you take one look for 5 seconds and have a diagnosis. Thank you doctors and staff for showing you care about your patients health… (sarcasm since I know they are incompetent and probably don’t understand my sarcasm). You guys are in the wrong profession, I will be looking for a new doctor. Don’t recommend anyone go here unless you are extremely desperate or want your prescription drugs handed to you.

Must setup online. No open spots. Wasted time. You guys should open a plumbing business, so that when people need a plumber and the leak is destroying their house, you can offer them assistance in 2 months. Do you think your plumbing business would do well?

Not a walk-in clinic even though it says walk in. Even after registering not a single day ever is available.
Partly BC problem, frankly; health care in BC is unbelievably bad.

Worst walk in clinic!
The staff are so dumb and the doctors there are clueless on there jobs so tired of this staff and how they run there office
One of the worst doctor clinics in surrey if I had to rate this place would be -4 stars this place is a sad excuse of a clinic i surprise nothing bad happen surprise people go back to a work toxic environment

All three of my children and I have been coming here since their birth. Even after we moved across Surrey I decided to keep the same DR. I’ve seen disputes at the counter pretty much every single visit and many angry patients walking out. One time at the end of the pandemic I was rushing to an appointment with all three of the kids and saw at the door they still required masks so I planned to ask for one but just as I walked in I was greeted with so much hostility. I asked the lady not to be so rude or raise her voice at me. I Left it alone and continued going back even had pleasant convo with that same staff member on my next visits. Today again I had another terrible experience with these miserable people. For the last couple weeks I have been calling and emailing requesting a verification letter requested by CRA for child tax benefit they basically wanted a short letter verifying the address and the parents name on file and our visit history. The dr office kept saying they would send it but when I finally talked to the manager today she told me she wouldn’t write me any letter that she would just send their history but that I need to come there with ID. I’m like I have an email on file and you guys have emailed me records of vaccinations for their schools before. And I said actually they are requesting a letter… and she tells me it’ll cost $35 if I want a letter. I’m like listen this isn’t a sick note for my work this is a letter requested by CRA which my dentist and my child care providers sent me within a day no questions asked. This manager was a lazy lump who really did not want to assist a costumer with anything more than a DR visit… which showed from the second the convo begin with all her Attitude and rudeness. Even during visits you feel so rushed out and any concerns are brushed off… no more! Hopefully people take their business elsewhere.

Used to go here all the time, now they want me to fill out a form online for an appointment, that's fine and more efficient but I get to pg. 3 of 5 it just stops. How do you keep patients. Same thing happened years ago.

My mother will NOT make it to the end of the year with this level of care.

My mother has been in pain in the last 6 months. The doctor (S. S.) here has been dragging his feet in trying to get her to a specialist after her cancer removal surgery, or to do a colonoscopy. Now she has not eaten in over a week, is pale yellow and still no referral to an oncologist or any emergency care after multiple ER visits. The receptionist staff have started to be rude since she has been to the location multiple time and they are sick of seeing her. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THE WAY YOU ARE TREATING PEOPLE! If you do not want people as patients at least say that. Do not berate them. There is no need for that.

I guess being a public company creates a different set of priorities. Any public company has a duty of care to the shareholders over anybody else.

UPDATE at FEB 15,2023: Because the overall lack of care and interest in my mothers case she has just been diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer. She has 3 months left. If her GP would have given a care in the world maybe we could have started chemo early, before she was too weak to even eat.

UPDATE at JUL 27,2023: My mother has passed away on July 11,2023. Her name was Rodica Pivnicov. Never had a chance at chemo.

This used to be a nice little clinic. I recently walked in, in order to try to see a doctor and was told that I can no longer do that, and that I must book an appointment online from home. Dumb that I can't book one in the office, but okay, so I go home and there are no appointments available for the rest of the year (it's currently July). What a joke. I tried a few other "Well Health" clinics and they were all unavailable for the rest of the year. What's a person to do? Is it even appropriate that they continue to call these clinics "walk-in"?

What a frustrating experience. I was booked for an in person appointment at 10: 50am and waited there more than an hour for some one to come and see me and when asked reception they said they have no control over what the doctor is doing.
Interesting is the entrance door says they are fully booked for the day for walk in and there are hardly 3or 4 of us inside the clinic I am sure there may be virtual appointments but over an hour wait to just see the doctor after booking the appointment. Please fix your booking system are you not booking appointments for 15-20 minutes? So those who book appointments should not have to wait that long.
When try booking online there is no appointment for months and the inside story of the clinic is totally different when you come in to see the doctor. Very unprofessional and unorganized since this practice has been taken over by wellness clinic. I think they functioned well before.

I DO NOT and WOULD NOT recommend using this clinic ever! The manager both past and present and staff are incompetent beyond words, and there is a constant turn over of staff! All the great doctors have left or are retiring bcus of this incompetent and poorly run clinic! The doctors that are there do not care at all about patients, they are there collecting a paycheque that's it! Dr Essam Hamza is one of the WORST so called Dr's that has ever been there and is NOT a doctor but a narcissistic, misogynistic, controlling pig that does not like women!

For our last appointment for my wife specifically called prior to the appointment stating that she is not doing great as it was her 6th month for pregnancy so wont be able to come in to the appointment. The receptionist was so rude over the phone, not sure who it was but wasnt professionalism at all. I did check the reviews of other people for the same thing. The director should seriously take this into consideration as the complains are getting from last 6 months now (with the review I've seen). With today's appointment they charged $50.00 for no show perhaps even after calling in prior for the appointment. Which means they want you to show up even though you are not okay, even though if you're dying. And if you're charging $50.00 then make sure to keep up with the professionalism. If you ask us to come at 10.30 then make sure you take us in at 10 30 not 11 or 11.15 because charging $50.00 is a policy then taking us in and consulting us on time is again another policy to take care of. I learned that Money matter more than lives. So frustrated!

Is it not false advertising to call yourself a walk-in clinic when you're clearly not?

They make you register and get you in the system and then maybe, if you're lucky, you will be able to book an appointment online for the next day.

None of this is explained on their website or office window.

I went today at 4: 45 pm to the clinic and was closed. It was suppose to be open till 6 pm. I've checked the doctor schedule but they are still in January and February is almost gone. What kind of service it's this? The hospitals do not have staff and the clinics close at 4, before schedule. Who pay them if they leave early? I do not think they would go if wouldn't be paid. What a shame of a service.

I've had issue after issue making an appointment on their website. Going from walk-in to this web system has been quite the failure. Then when I finally was able to make an appointment, no one was at the clinic for my appointment. This is beyond frustrating.

Hi don’t have a family doctor and i was sick literally i went to 8 walk-ins but nobody accepted me but when i came here they accepted me and after few minutes i got my turn.great service receptionist was so good and doctor was also so good

Show up 45 min before opening for walk in.note on door saying no walk in apt call to make apt.office opens at 8.call at 8.no calls taken until 9.call at 9.can't get through to staff.pathetic

I have no complaints about Dr. Meek but the office staff there is absolutely useless no one can answer a phone there I constantly get left on hold for easily more than 20 minutes each time with the kicker finally being directed to what I assume is a useless voicemail that they probably never check, this office really needs to get it’s act together I know there are people working I’ve seen them so why is it so hard to answer a phone? If this had happened just once or twice I wouldn’t complain but it’s like this every time I have phoned it’s ridiculous

Worse experience.people on front desk are not even willing to help. Visiting them and telling our problem they are not even listening. I'm not able to make appointment online and on call telling me they can't help. Like that's ridiculous we can't get help online and you people are not helping either. What are we supposed to do? Die.
