Dr. Lowe has been my GP for decades and I am so blessed to have him. I selfishly hope he never retires. The staff are also wonderful but truly it's Dr. Lowe that I would and I did follow anywhere!

I spent an entire freaking hour registering for an appointment and filling out the form about my medical information then when the time arrives the doctor called me for three seconds then hang up immediately before I could pick up. I tried calling or texting back but the line's always unavoidable or no response. A disrespectful experience for real.

Covid is over.
No walk-in appointments.
No physical appointments.
Only telephone appointments for 5 days from now.
I have been getting high blood prescriptions since I moved to BC at this clinic, and I run out of my medication and I need an appointment to get a new prescription even that I did my appointment last February with blood test etc.
This is ridiculous!

It’s bothersome that I have to pre plan my injuries to see the doctor. I injured myself on the 14 of may and won’t be able to see MY FAMILY DOCTOR until the 15 of JUNE. Awesome. Such a flawless system we got here.

I first talked on the phone to Ali about electric scooters last week and found him to be very informative and a pleasure to talk to. My wife and I went to his store on Monday, May 1, to look at the Big Foot S836 electric scooter and were very impressed with the information and service provided by Ali, the owner of this family owned business. He answered all my questions patiently and certainly was a pleasure to deal with. As we live approximately a half hour drive away from the store and had no means to get the scooter home, he kindly delivered it to the house the next day and again went over all the details. The scooter now allows me to get around Tsawwassen. I highly recommend South Surrey Medical Equipment.

Never answer the phone! I had high blood pressure so called clinic for an appointment. Called more than 5-10 times with no answer, booking online showed phone meeting only and in person please call! Feel like they are careless. Fully understand we need to book the apt however can u book apt to be sick? !

Receptionist was annoying, very impatient and unsympathetic. My family doctor was decent, I guess. But every single time, I have to wait at least 30 minutes, this is so frequent that I don’t even bother arriving on time atp.

Telephone appointment requested by my doctor re follow up to lung infection. Appt was for 2: 30 it is now 4: 00 PM no call I’ve called the clinic, receptionist not at her desk. They advise not to leave message unless cancelling an appt. Very poor patient care. I previously was prescribed the wrong inhaler prescription by the owner/doctor at this clinic. Pharmacist was unable to reach her and I was delayed 2 days without my inhaler.some doctors at this clinic are not vaccinated for Covid.

TERRIBLE. I know we are short of doctors in BC, but you will honestly be better off going to a random walk in clinic out there, at least for Dr. Khan and Dr. Tung. Both are incredibly incompetent and non-caring. One of them sent me for an exam to a specialist, got the results and told me he did not know what that meant or how to interpreter the results so I had to go to emergency. Great, I could be a doctor too if this is what this is about (no, it was not an emergency of course). No wonder our emergency rooms are packed. Both were also horrible experiences for one of my toddlers, with phone appointments lasting less than 50 seconds every time (I had a phone call that lasted less than 20 seconds, and that included a prescription!). Booking an appointment in the walk in clinic is almost impossible (I have been setting up alarms the last 2 nights at 1am and 4am to get appointments, but everything is written as fully booked), and Dr. Khan is booked one month in advance (people know they are getting sick before actually getting sick, pretty impressive). All and all, this is the worst care I have ever received for me or my family (and I have lived in a lot of different countries all over the world).

Really makes you wonder how they became doctors. They have no time, no care, and no competences.

Ps: receptionists are nice! Kuddos to them, because I guess they are dealing with a lot of (rightfully) angry patients.

This is my first ever review on Google (I actually hate to complain), but I really needed to warn people.

This clinic is getting worse and worse. I made an appointment over the phone. They called 40 minutes late (I understand that sometimes thing come up) and then when the doctor called the phone call was literally only 20 seconds long and they hung up on me while I was in the middle of asking a question. How are we supposed to get proper help from the doctors when they don’t listen or care?

Was able to get in fairly quickly which was nice, but the doctor was very rushed and uninterested. He hardly let me finish my sentences and asked very few questions before sending me out.

Dr. Grace Lee is the best MD I've ever had.
Very thorough and patient focused, she takes her time to ask all the right questions.
Very organized and databases history well.
I'm tremendously thankful to have her as my MD.

I have yesterday first time appointment with Dr. Kirsten Gustafson. Friendly and I feel comfortable. I was not waiting long waiting room. Was 3 minutes.
She has good sense of humor.

Dr. Moundhi is my family doctor and she is always very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs, situation, and questions. As someone who's only had one other family doctor and dealt with other clinic doctors at other places before, I really enjoy the patient-doctor experience at South Surrey Medical, well above what I expected.
