Receptionist was really great. Fit me in so I could get WorkSafe forms done on time.

The Doctor was a bit rushed but caring and professional. Sensible and sound advice.

Note: all doctors and their staff are extremely overworked these days, so Be Kind to them.

If any mistakes are made or things forgotten - be patient and give them time to do their jobs.

I left this place in such a pleasant mood that I went to write a review. Shocked the review score is so low. Anyway I walked in first thing in the morning, and they had some space in the afternoon so I was booked in, and came back. I see some reviews for unhelpful front desk, but keep in mind anyone working in a medical clinic can only do so much. Everyone thinks they have emergencies and problems worse than everyone else. They have to deal with your problem but also 200 other people that same day all at once. She was great and helped me out despite never being in the clinic before.

The doctor (I wish I knew his name) was so down to earth and a good person to listen as calmly as he did. I work with doctors all day as well and I can tell you for how many patients this man must see some days, he is a saint. He took my problem respectfully and logically, and read my reaction well when giving me advice about it.

Never had any problems with staff really, they're professional enough but last couple of visits with Dr.stockburger was a complete waste of time, he's very rude and doesn't care about what patient is saying and does what he feels like. I was in to make an specialist appointment which was recommended by the specialist after a year. But Dr.stockburger wouldn't wanna hear any of it, rudely told me to come in again for just a prescription refill.what a waste.

On Wednesday I had my first appointment with the rheumatologist. She told me that there is no doubt that I am hypermobile, but she doesn't think it's an underlying illness. She told me I had too many non specific symptoms. I feel like this was a complete waste of time.
She was supposed to tell me if I could have a 3 level lumbar fusion after my poor healing. She put it back on me and asked me if I should have it.

I just feel really lost now. I just wanna give up.

I am so tired of having “too many symptoms” but not getting help.

Great doctors and great staff. Dr. Nahal-Dhami is awesome and so are the rest of the doctors that fill in for her and that work at this location. Thanks for all of your help.

First of all, this is the BEST clinic in the area. The online booking system worked very well for me. There are plenty of availability when I booked right time (24 hrs booking window). The receptionists are absolutely kind and helpful all the time. Dr. Nahal is our new family doctor and she is amazing. She diagnoses accurately and fast. She listens to our concerns and quickly sends referrals to appropriate specialists. She even phoned me after meeting and let me know she would send an additional referral for my child just in case. Now, I hope she will stay at this clinic long time. I saw Dr. Stockburger as well for the first walk-in. He was great as well.

It says on here that Friday was supposed to be open at 6. They told me it was closed when I went in at 4

Dr Stockburger is an amazing doctor. He makes me feel heard and is very caring and attentive. I have never had a negative experience with any of the staff and they have been amazing to deal with as well.

Brought my daughter last friday and doctor went above and beyond my expectations. Very happy with the service provided.

I have been referred to Dr. Kateryna Vostretsova by a former family doctor who retired and I am glad she did because Dr. Vostretsova is an excellent example of a physician and human being. When my former family doctor retired - I requested my now family doctor (Dr. Benjamin Baby - who is as well an excellent doctor) for a referral back with Dr. V for my ongoing severe allergies to dust/dust mites.
Even as she is extremely intelligent and have extensive training (which unfortunately make s few specialists smug and intolerant of questions that they may deem irrelevant) - she listens emphatically and compassionately to a patient's concern/s - regardless it be just about the condition one comes to her for but also other health conditions that may have a direct or indirect effect on the treatment protocol I am currently on with her. She is kind and caring which makes for comfortable visits and consultations. It can be nerve wracking to speak to a specialist but she makes it easy. She has a calming presence and caring demeanour. She gives the BC health system such a good name.

Wow I usually only write the occasional review when service is above and beyond, but as a new client I have to say I’m seriously considering looking elsewhere. I have nothing to say about the doctors as I’m sure they are wonderful. However, it seems like I’m echoing everyone else in saying the staff has got to go. Talked to a girl on the phone who sounded like she was probably 18. She was incredibly lippy to me, rude, and lectured me about how my need to reschedule my appointment was taking away from other clients even though I accepted the cancellation fee without argument and was apologetic that something had come up. She also called me 3 consecutive times and sent me 2 texts while I was trying to do my own work. I thought this was also quite unprofessional (call once, leave a message, try in another hour or so).
The $100 cancellation fee felt like money well spent to get that girl to leave me alone.

Note to the owner: Maybe instead of replying to all of us that you’re sorry you should get yourself some more professional and polite staff or you’ll be losing a lot of clientele.

We have the same family Dr. He is fantastic he always listens to what my issues are. He is always on time. Very thankful to have him.

Found a new family doctor for myself here. Had an appointment and walked straight into an exam room after talk to reception. The staff were polite and very helpful.
