Awful wait times. I came in at 8: 45am and asked to see a doctor. I was told to come back at 9: 10. Waited until 9: 45 when I finally asked if I was next in line I was told that I hadn’t checked in and they were unsure if the doctor still had time to see me. What a ridiculous system…. Don’t waste your time.

I waited for over an hour for Dr Kaboli while struggling to breastfeed / bottle feed my 4 mo old in the public waiting room. The receptionist told me that Dr Kaboli is always overbooked. That says to me: I think my time is more valuable than yours, I don't care about people, I care about money.

The doctor also seemed to care more about her botox side hustle as the office was plastered with advertisements. Their botox rates are on the higher end of industry standard and are not competitive.

The Dr. Yaser Al-Khafaji it's was Nightmare for my ear. HE was clining my ears and brock my ear tympanic membrane. It's was Seven months I still diling with it.

What a bloody joke this place is. Booked a virtual but doctor C never showed up. Waited online for over 3 hrs as I received 5 texts stating 25 to 70 minute wait. After 3 hrs I slammed my computer off. If you can't keep virtual appointments don't have them. A bunch of bloody Clown blokes work here. This must be the biggest scam going on here and I bet you charged the MSP for this appointment too.
To ALL PATIENTS, DON'T GO HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS, THEY ONLY WANT TO DEAL WITH BOTOX CUSTOMERS!
I betcha these blokes will reply with a tard excuse as per usual.
Received an email weeks later stating how the appointment went and to book a follow up if necessary? As stated above a bunch of bloody blokes work here and are clueless of their in-actions, perhaps too much botox between the eats? Perhaps a bunch of trained chimpanzees can do a better job. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

NOT A WALK IN CLINIC ON THE WEEKENDS.they only do over the phone. Drove all the way from Surrey just to get that but on their Q and A they responded to someone saying they do walks in on Saturday. Waste my time and gas.

Went for required pre-travel COVID-19 tests. Easy and quick. Professional personnel. Wish it wasn’t as expensive, but I suppose that can’t be helped.

Horrible service, they don't care to make sure you get your prescription. Why is only some people priority. I don't think anyone should use their services. I even had a pharmacy tell me not use this clinic

Administrative staff are unhelpful, rude and dismissive. They cut you off mid sentence, lie and give you the runaround. You wind up not being able to get your prescriptions from this clinic.

I had a Dr appointment on a Friday morning and a prescription was supposed to be sent to the pharmacy. I called the pharmacy but by 3: 30 pm the pharmacy hadn't received it. I called the clinic back and the rude girl cut me off mid sentence to tell me it takes 4 hours to send a fax! I pointed out it'd been more than 4 hours. She then lied and said they'd faxed my prescription to a different pharmacy and I'd have to call that pharmacy to see if they could send it to the correct pharmacy. So I called and waited on hold while they searched for the fax but they hadn't received it either. I called the clinic back but by then it was 4: 00 and the clinic had closed so they stopped answering the phone.

When I called back the next day they wouldn't take responsibility for not sending the fax to either pharmacy. They told me they can't send faxes and I'd have to wait until Monday as no one but a Dr could fax a prescription and there were no doctors there on a Saturday. Which begs the question, why even open on Saturday. Thanks, Well Health. Not helpful.

This management of this doctor's office is appalling. I have been seeing the same doctor for 20 years and she has moved offices a few times. Since she has been at this office it is almost impossible to see her. The receptionists are rude. And I have been told to go to emergency for non emergency health concerns twice. I am now having a health issue that could be managed if I was able to get in to see a doctor but my appointment is three weeks away and the telehealth doctor tells me there is nothing they can do over the phone. If you can avoid this clinic I would until there is better management and health care is their priority and not money.

This is a grotesque and disgusting clinic I have been there for over ten years and the only reason I stayed is because I got sick of not having all my medical records in one place I also did not have a issue with either of my family dr who worked for this clinic. But I have been discriminated and abused by the other staff and dr over the years. I can share details like for instance I have short term memory loss due to a accident I was in as a child. This makes me repetitively forget things short term thus making appointments hard for me to make. The receptionist would become angry and tell me I would not longer be a patient if I missed appointments. Clearly my dr me ortinsky at the time did not agree. Another time dr Moshk faruse became very angry because I did not agree with him on a issue regarding a patient I was helping whom had mental health issues so savvier his life was in danger. This individual has actually past away due to lack of care and due diligence within the lions gate community health ward. Anyways dr moshk shoved his finger in my face block the exit and held me in a room yelling in my face using words it's people like you. I brought this to the attention of the clinic their owners all I could and still could not get an apology or acknowledgment. This is unprofessional and I feel discrimination. My dr is leaving the practise I will be fallowing up now and fling legal complaints and will be taking the clinic and the dr to court for emotional trauma ‍️ Looking forward to spending my money on court files

Stay away from this clinic. I booked a phone consultation with Dr. Susan Chow and she never called. It says that she is only available on Sundays, so I thought it would be more convenient since I don't work on Sundays. I could've booked an appointment with another doctor if I knew she would not call me. I have since started using Telus Health.

Dr.was an hour late to her scheduled phone appointment. She was then hurried, crude and uncaring during the very short appointment. Finally she did not follow through with faxing a requisition she said she will. This resulted in me having to call the clinic and wait on the line for 20 minutes (again) to request the requisition be sent. I will not be using this clinic in the future.

GOD FORBID if you ever request to get a copy of anything from Dr Scali's staff!
Called 5 weeks in a row, simply asking for my prescription to be faxed as i lost the original copy and every single time I was told it will be done by the end of the day and here I am again, still waiting- Nov 6th! You can never get a hold of front desk staff and if you do, they dont seem to know what they are doing! This sure will be discussed wit Dr Scali and clinic manager on my next visit- I find this to be unacceptable and very unprofessional.in response to owner's comment;

I spoke to Allie the clinic manager regarding this issue and also brought up the fact that Dr Scali's receptionist left a negative review on our business in response to mine. Our clinic owner also called to speak to Dr Scali directly but she wasnt working that day. Allie promised that someone from head office will follow up with us the next day and this will never happen again and the staff review will be deleted immediately. We never heard from head office or any follow up on that matter! Very disappointing. I cancelled ALL my future appointments with Dr Scali and would never return. This whole situation was dealt with very unprofessionally and poorly from staff to management.

OMG, don't bother calling into this location. Receptionist is very bad and not willing to help. Wait time are long and no assistance anywhere to be found.save yourself a headache and go elsewhere, even the clinic on the 19th is better than this one. Its is not worth your trouble at all!

Dr Vilonel is a great doctor. Genuinely interested in your health and explains things as opposed to just writing you a prescription.

Dr. McLeod’s waiting times can be very long but her knowledge makes it worth it. I feel confident when she answers my questions. A very experienced doctor in her field.

Good walk in clinic if you can get in. They close at 4pm but usually stop accepting patients around 1-2pm. The pharmacy is great, very fast and super helpful.

Doctor Scali is the worst doctor I have ever been to. I was referred to her because My GP had some concern about Me having Melonama (skin cancer). Doctor Scali performed a skin biopsy for me. And after 12 days, when the result came back, It showed she did not do the biopsy properly and the sample mostly contained my normal skin and a small part of the edge of the suspicious mole, So pathology could not analyze it and I had to do it again.which means I had to go through those pain and surgury one more time (Very simple task for her). She was not able to answer any of my question. I asked my family doctor to refer me to another dermatologist as I could not trust her anymore.

Possibly the worst experience at medical clinic I have ever had. The doctor came in, did not make eye contact or talk to me, sat at his computer and read the screen for a full 5 minutes of silence. He then proceeded to ask me my name and what was wrong with me. (This was a 3rd time coming in that week for the same allergic reaction) He then wanted to prescribe the same medication I had already been prescribed, which was not helping my symptoms. I had to repeat this three times. He was cold, rude, and unhelpful in every way. It was a waste of my time, and his.

First time going to this clinic, went based on positive reviews but unfortunately did not have the same experience. I saw Dr Ravinder Likhari, one of the worst Doctor visits I've ever had. I found him to be extremely condescending with an unwillingness to help. He also came off misogynistic, so a warning to all females heading to this clinic. My needs were not met, he was short with me and did not listen to my concerns, there was a lack of empathy and compassion. If you're a doctor, don't you want to help people?

Came in on a Saturday morning for some wrist pain.front desk staff were friendly and my 20-30 minute wait was only about 15. Dr Vilonel greeted me with a big smile and was very kind and helpful, have me his best diagnosis for my wrist and sent me of with an x ray requisition. Did not feel rushed, it was very efficient. Whole experience was about 35-40 minutes. Will definitely be back to see him if I need to in the near future!

All these bad reviews are about the reception, like seriously people. I was there right when they opened and there was already 5 people waiting too see doctor and in my 15mins waiting, the phone at the front desk did not stop ringing, it is stressful! Even for me and I was just waiting, they get every call and answer, I'm sure, some ridiculous questions, look up everyone's information and deal with people waiting and being ride to them, give them some slack, they are doing a great job and it's impossible to be happy all the time, we all get frustrated and it's a stressful environment all day, everytime I walk past it's packed in there. Don't be so hard on them they are people just like everyone else trying to do a job.
I liked the doctor I saw as well, he was very nice and helpful.

Dr. Elizabeth Henry screwed me over on my short term and long term disability. I have multiple serious conditions which I have to suffer with now because of her lack of caring consideration for my condition. As a result I have been without work for well over a year and most of that time I was unable to work and unable to support myself. Thanks to dr. Henry I could not receive benefits which I paid into and I'm more than qualified to receive. She did not take my migraine problem seriously which is something I am still suffering with. She just told me to take more pills. She gave me two options for dealing with this. I have since transferred to a different doctor's office and have been incredibly frustrated with their lack of effort to get my records transferred which has prevented me from being able to get treatment since. This is caused me a lot of suffering. They have promised to send the files at least six or seven times over several months period and tried to extort me for fees which I don't have the money for because I haven't been working. They refuse to find a way to send my files that works
