Wellington Dental Clinic

Not the same staff or dental as it used to be. I dont know what happened but do not come here its different staff as before all new people. Try to find a good local dentist.

I had a good experience. I saw an endodontist at the clinic, he was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable. All the staff were lovely and kind. They answered all my questions, even the random questions about the equipment they were using. I have another appointment coming up and I am looking forward to it.

The staff at this office are so pleasant and always seem to be enjoying their work. The hygienist who does my cleanings, Cristine, is amazing and so understanding and patient when I need accommodations. Dr. Trudeau is also thorough and awesome. Overall, just a really great dentists office.

Great staff from beginning to end including receptionists, hygienists, assistants and dentists. Very accessible and can book in short order. I'm very happy with their service!

Really excellent experience here. I hadn't been to a dentist since 2008 and I was well taken care of here. They were very thorough on my initial visit to let me know what I needed. The cleaning and filling I had done was exceptional, my teeth look and feel perfect. They fixed all the damage and you can't even tell, looks perfect. I will be going back here. All staff were professional and friendly.

I'm so glad I found this dental office. Everyone is friendly, accommodating and genuinely interested in your dental needs. Dr Grewal does amazing work. I couldn't be more pleased with all the meticulous work he has performed on my teeth. If you require a dentist, (and who doesn't), call this clinic-it is the best I have found in Nanaimo

Every experience is different when it comes to dental offices. I appreciate my time at this office, and will be returning to continue the work needed. They always answer my many questions and talk me through each step as we go when in the chair.

Every appointment I had the staff were able to answer all my questions and were extremely polite. They always go out of their way to make sure their patients are treated with respect and are comfortable during any procedure.

This clinic is very well organized with a great staff. You will also be hard-pressed to find a more caring and capable dentist anywhere. Two thumbs up for sure!

Front desk reception is terrible at this clinic. On more than one occasion, they have changed my appointment times without bothering to contact me. So I take time off from work to show up at the time that I booked and confirmed in advance with the clinic by responding to email and text notifications, and then by phoning the clinic the day before my appointment, and by stating the time of my appointment upon arrival (because of my previous experience where I was left waiting far beyond my booked appointment time, and no one had contacted me or said upon arrival that my appointment time had been changed from what I booked and confirmed). Once again, no one said anything to me about the scheduling change. So I sat and waited and waited as everyone else arriving later than me was ushered into the clinical area before me. When finally invited to enter the clinical area, I asked what time my appointment was scheduled for, and the dental technician confirmed for me that it showed as later than the time that I booked far in advance and confirmed with reception on the previous day, and stated upon arrival that morning. From my perspective, I was deliberately misled about the schedule change, and that's utterly unprofessional and unacceptable.

As I waited and watched incoming patients, I observed that the front desk approach to checking the temperatures of incoming patients is inconsistently applied. My temperature was checked, along with one other incoming patient with dental anxiety who learned at the start of her appointment that her details had been changed without contact or confirmation, out of the five additional patients who moved through the waiting area during my time there - no temperature checks for them. So front desk reception appears to only check temperatures as an inconvenience to patients who are deemed "unlikable" for expressing their needs for improvements to their patient care experience.
The only reason for offering these stars on this review is because the dentists, dental assistants and hygienists are incredibly personable, professional and knowledgeable. They are first class in patient care.if you can make it past front desk reception.

Amazing clinical staff! I've been seeing Dr. Grewal primarily since I was a kid, however I've seen both of his associates here and there and they are all incredible. No praise is high enough for their patience and bed side manner. They also have the most talented hygienists, so much so that I actually enjoy my regular cleanings. Additionally, whenever I've walked through the door the receptionists have all done a fantastic job of making me feel welcome and comfortable. I would highly recommend coming to this clinic if you're new in town and looking for a dentist or hygienist!

It appears my wife and i have at last found our dentist Dr. G. S. Grewal and hygienist Seth at Wellington Dental Clinic. Have had dentists treatments in Germany Canada Finland Australia India and Dr. Grewal had the most up to date treatment i had experienced any where and made me feel very comfortable and secure that i look forward to further treatment at this exceptional dental clinic.

My family has been going to Wellington Dental Clinic for many years. Better then 5 stars, they are by far 10 stars with Dr. Grewal's knowledge and support. The staff are friendly and helpful. My children are in great care and support for all their dental needs. Can't say enough amazing stuff about Wellington Dental Clinic! Very grateful.

The doctors in this clinic care about your entire dental health. They do not just drill and fill. I have a 30 year old root problem that the doctors and their staff have been gently pushing me toward fixing. The cameras and explanations in the clinic are an everyday norm here. You are never kept in the dark about procedures planned, and currently happening.
