Definitely just what I needed. I've been very physically active and my back became very tight. I tried to roll it out myself and stretch but just couldn’t get it certain spots. I was satisfied with how deep and hard of a massage I was given because I find these styles work best for my body.

I would definitely recommend coming here if you need a very good professional massage.

I've been to many massage therapists before finally finding Lisa. She is amazing! She really listens to your needs and specializes treatment for you each time. She also has a lot of professional experience and knowledge to back her treatments. Unfortunately, it seems everyone agrees because she's very frequently fully booked. Make sure to book her well in advance!

I've been going to Leaf for a few months now. I'm often greeted by the front desk and offered water or tea while waiting for my appointment. My RMT, Alex, is amazing. She takes great care in her assessment and ensures you are comfortable with the pressure throughout the treatment. Would highly recommend Alex and Leaf!

Had an excellent massage session with Charles today. He exhibited outstanding professionalism, conducted pain threshold checks throughout, went through exercises to continue with, and explained how the body works. Afterwards I feel marked improvement of a very uncomfortable neck issue after one 60 minute session. Thanks Charles!

I really enjoyed my treatment with Alex, RMT. Very professional, she took the time to assess my area of complaint, which gave me new insights about my conditions, before getting into the treatment. She was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable al throughout. She had amazing tips to help with my recovery. The clinic itself had a great atmosphere and the room was very spacious.

Alex is the best and most skilled RMT I've ever found. She remembers your problem areas/progress from past appointments and she has truly helped with my migraines and posture issues. Anytime I get a massage from someone else it doesn't compare. Lovely person and a fantastic RMT.

Great experience at evolve with RMT Alex. It was different than other practices I have been to where you were in and out. Alex spent time asking specific questions and assessing what areas to focus on. The massage relieved my back and neck tension. She spent time after showing me some stretches that would help long term pain management. Already booked my next appointment! Thanks!

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I’ve seen Dr. Wang for acupuncture and Jonathan for chiropractor and the both of them have been absolutely amazing. The space itself is great too, everyone has been so nice and the decoration is very relaxing! Highly recommend!

I have been going here for about a month now and I love it. I’ve had a few appointments with Mia and she was great at massaging. Her technique is very relaxing. I’ve also had a few appointments with Lisa and she is amazing! She assessed me and massages the areas that have been causing me a lot of pain. I always feel relaxed after an appointment with her. Her technique is perfect. She really knows what she’s doing:) so happy I found this place.

Two of us called for a last minute foot massage. It was a wonderful experience. Shoulder massage while we soaked our feet, then thorough and relaxing calf and foot massage. Kind and attentive staff. Highly recommended!
