We got baited. Called in asked and asked for a product, said the product would have a discount with an optimum points card, even if we weren’t senior citizens. We asked to confirm twice. Lo and behold, when we got there, no discounts. Then they said the person we talked with was “new”. Absolutely no accountability on their part.

Quite surprised, this store is opened 7 days a week. Representative helped me lot today

Purchased from here, came back for return because Dr. Didn't recommend. They didn't return. Very disappointed we even didn't use this. Simply ripping off. We'll never come back here.

Negative stars! Worst service I could have every received online. I've been going back and forth with these people for over 2 months now. Placed an order in March that asked to be canceled. After being on hold and speaking to 3 different people they shipped my item out when i had specifically asked for it to be canceled. They charged my credit card. They told me to return the item with lable provided once I receive it. I returned it the same day I got it. It's now 2 months later and I haven't received my refund. Robbery I tell you. Save yourself the hassle.

I needed a knee brace and I had no idea about purchasing 1. The staff are not there for customer service.
Might as well shop on Amazon.
DONT SHOP HERE.

Honestly this company all around is really bad, from their online website to their in store to their staffing to their management, no one seems to want to help clients, and no one seems to care about this company. I purchased over 5 items but will be returning all because I will not be doing business with them.
