Wendy's

Maybe because there are a lot of customers, when the food comes out (it's lunchtime, so there are a lot of sandwiches), they call the menu by name and put it on the pick-up table. So I wondered if it was true, but the menu was different as expected. At least I think it would be nice to check the menu and hand it to the customer face-to-face. When the same menu comes out, I have no idea if this is mine or not.

Good food, Even though staff doesnt have much for personality or friendliness. Definitely needs work to improve courtesy towards their customers unfortunately.

I came here to eat with my kids I was very disappointed with their customer service as the girl I was asking for napkins she refused to gave and say we don’t give it for free what does that mean there was no napkins in my bag then I asked some other employee about her name it was jaspreet I think that was so rude and represent bad behaviour you should greet customers with a smile and good service I would like you to teach her what are the ways to serve a customer. I want you take my review into consideration. But it was really disappointing visiting here.

Went to Wendy's for lunch. Stood at the counter waiting to order. Some lady was at the till (counter) yelling to someone in the back. She was there a good half minute then just turned around walked away and yelled counter. She didn't even acknowledge me or say someone will be with you. Horrible customer service. I stood there for another minute and no one came. 3 different people looked at me at the counter waiting to order and said nothing. Tim Horton's thanks you as they got my business

Been parked in my car for the last 20 minutes waiting for a 10 piece chicken nugget meal. Super slow and forgetful. 0/5

Great staff but the customers not so much. I was waiting in line just like everyone else and a man came in and saw the lineup and just started complaining. He was loud obnoxious and thought everyone wanted to here about his complaints. Well I was not interested and if I had been a staff member I would have given the worst service. News flash buddy everyone has to wait their turn. Get over it.

This is a very well maintained location. It is located in a pretty heavy industrial area so if you are just coming for a bite, remember there are lots of people working in the area so pick your times accordingly. The staff here is always friendly and helpful. Service here is fairly quick, again depending in the time you are there.

I was going to get Tim Hortons but the girl ask me if I want something with the nice smile and good service so I get some and was really good burger and fries

Of the many Wendy's locations I've ordered from, this is the best. Food has always been hot and fresh. Other Wendy's franchises should take lessons here.

Cleanliness was horrible man i wanted to wash my hands but everything was a mess and it smelt bad maaaaaann but the food was cool

Gone SO downhill. I used to LOVE Wendy's. Now it's all about stale buns and desicated meat. Blech.

Great taste on the go! Wendy's has a nice selection of sides and don't forget about the frostys.

Ordered chicken combo on June 21st. Cashier (Zain) didn't cared much about my order. I have to wait almost 15 minutes to get my order. Food was good buy customer service was horrible.

The frosty tasted really bad, it didn't taste like vanilla but I can't tell you what the flavor was.

HUH I DON'T EAT HERE ANYMORE BUT I THINK WENDY'S IS GOOD AND VERY TASTY SO YOU SHOULD EAT HERE I THINK I DON'T KNOW ANYMORE!

The food is mediocre, so nothing good to say about Wendy's

We were served lukewarm sorry excuses of burgers and fries from the drive througg, not much toppings. 20 bucks and they did not even have the decency of including ketchup packets.

I like Wendys but I wish they would have raised the prices instead of making everything smaller.

All Wendy's location's have quality ingredients and the food is prepared with care. The buns, vegetables and meat all taste of good quality. Next in line to A&W. For all those that must indulge in fast-food, avoid McDs and BK. Stick to Wendy's (or A&W). Another thing I noticed is their buns have a yellow tinge. I am not sure why. My only guess would be the possibility of egg yolk being used in the dough. Who knows.

The order taker cuts you off on the speaker. (couldn't even get my full order into them). Had to tell her 6 times I did not want the straw. The fries taste like they were doubled dipped in grease - crunchy and greasy - the chicken sandwich - the bun was so stale - I had to throw it away. Get waste of 10+ dollars. All Of it went into the garbage!

Typical Wendy's, definitely appreciated ordering from the app with my family's odd requests. They are quick and efficient. Tho they have long drive thru lines at peek times

Its Wendy's.they make quick burgers. Its called fast-food. They're not the Ritz, but they do what they do properly. Rocket science not required for rating. I ate my chicken burger and i did not regret it. Highly likely gonna do it again

During peak hours it’s a bit of a slog to either go through the drive-thru or walk in but if you do the pre-order app, really quick.

Wendy's never ceases to amaze me. Every time I go, no matter the location, I've always been welcomed with excellent customer service, hot and fresh food, and leave with a smile on my face. McDonalds messes up your order 90% of the time, a&w is overpriced and wait times are insane, Burger King serves you stale food. I've never had a bad experience with Wendy's and I eat there way too often. Today for instance, I ordered a couple spicy chicken wraps but when I got to the window she said there was going to be a wait, so I decided to go without them, which I was a little disappointed because those wraps are the bomb. Seeing that I was a bit disappointed, the cashier gave me a free frosty and I left with a smile on my face! You never see customer service like that at any other fast food restaurant, not to mention I was in and out of there in under 2 minutes with some tasty, hot and fresh food. Keep up the good work Wendy's.

Fantastic burgers. You really can taste the difference in the quality of Wendy’s burgers. The dining area does feel dated - just that 1980s brutal lighting with uncomfortable seats. Really good food, uncomfortable dining area.

Just stopped for a quick meal fast service and had a Dave's single and fries not bad buy when on sale

They have a sign on their door that they close at 10pm today. We came by at 9.30pm to find out the doors are locked and one of the staff ladies come to the door to tell us they're out of food while people are still eating their Burgers inside? ! Seriously? ! People are still driving to the drive through and there is no sign there. Ridiculous. Poor customer service, I've never seen anything like it! Not going to this Wendy's again.
