Well the nuggets tasted like literal plastic. But cheapest food I’ve had so far in canada

My order was picked up for delivery 3 minutes after I placed my order. I never got the fries I ordered and some of my bacon was undercooked. In the past my burger has been undercooked as well so I’m definitely not gonna try it now. I called to ask if the fryer was working so I could re order and she asked me who I was and then hung up on me. Terrible service.

This place is a joke for service. Extremely rude and they pretty much just dump the food in the bag. I pulled up to window and the angry woman handed me the drinks and didn’t know which was which then when I asked to angrily pointed for me to go wait in the stall “go! ” She said while pointing. I said “which drink is which? ” She said “I don’t know go! ” Then I got my food and the nuggets were thrown in the bag as well as the fries. This seems to be a reoccurring thing at Wendy’s and the people who work there who come from another country really should be forced to take classes in etiquette. Would not recommend this place or most other locations in this province for that matter.

Absolutely the worst Wends location I have visited. Both the male and the female washrooms were disgusting! Poo and pee all over the bathrooms to the point my daughter could not even use the washroom. The eating area was an absolute mess as well. This is absolutely unacceptable!

Service was absolutely terrible as well. The lady at the till was soo Soo very unhappy and unhelpful.

If you can find a different location I highly recommend avoiding this location by all means.

I found the restaurant is dated, but clean. The food is just like every fast food company very.how would I say this without appearing like a ahole. LIMITED is word. Or for people that remember. " where's the beef". At least there frosty machine works.
The bun is bigger than the patty and everything else is smaller except the price.

I like the new chilli outstanding. I asked for crackers like usual but the chilli was thick and tasty.

I don't dine in at Wendy's.it's too depressing. Divorced dad's and older couples searching for a rental pad for their single wide.no thanks! I hit the drive-thru and order their chicken strip combo and usually tag a Jr.bacon cheese burger with it - a good value for what you get. Please have a mustard option for your burgers as they are heavy mayo'd. Frosty still holds its own!

My fries had mold it in! Absolutely disgusting! And my one single order was given 30 mins after ordering because they "forgot. " terrible service, terrible food handling.

If my family is in Langley we always choose this Wendy's by the Langley bypass never had a problem with service or food the interior is a bit dated

Rude employees, they argued with me when I said a large frie was missing, actually told me I took them our of the bag and was lying, disgraceful and I would be ashamed if that employee was representing my restaurant

2023 Begins with a rare occasion to have arrived at the 'Original Langley Wendy's' location at 10: 28 am, (2 minutes before lunch menu takes over) to order my new favorite breakfast sanny the Bacon & Swiss criossanwich! Recieved almost instantly so fresh and
sooo good! And then double or nothing, 2 Junior cheeseburgers extra cheese, medium fries, served clean and delicious! Also served with kindness and a smile! P.s. I recommend dining in for a change, clean atmosphere, and def one way to satisfy the hunger at pre inflated prices!

Ordered 3 meals from Skip through these guys. My burger had no lettuce on it, my bacon poutine had no bacon in it and food was cold. When I called the store manager he told me that "It must have been the skip the dishes driver removing your lettuce and bacon" like common guys. Do better with your customer complaints section. I didn't want a refund, I just wanted them to make it right.

I went through the drive thu after work fry’s we’re colder than cold, asked the girl why, and she didn’t care and her English was terrible. Terrible training for immigrants. Who would order cold fry’s?

Stopped and picked up 2 $4 burgers. Great deal. Spent $4 on a large fry to get 1/2 a container. No receipt with the bag so that I can call or go online about it.

I have been to this location many times, it has terrible customer service and rarely is the order all the way correct. I worked at Wendy’s cloverdale for 5 years when I was younger and my managers would never put up with the kind of service that this location puts out!

I asked to "hold the onions" and it didn't happen this time. The drive-thru was not busy. The test failed.

Wow! I had a double burger with cheese and it was the hottest most succulent burger I've ever had. It was part of a meal and everything was fresh and delicious and the price is right!

It's was hot, no air-conditioning. No bike rack to park bikes either. Had to lock our bikes up to the trees in the garden.

$4 chicken tenders. MMM they were hot and crispy.anch sauce was good, I really wanted the mustard dip they had before. Maybe they were out or something.

I ordered their grilled chicken caeser salad. It was well packed and really good in taste, quantity was bit low as compared to the price. Deducting 1 star because of slow service as I had to wait for almost 20 minutes in drive thru.

Not been to this location in a while but it was right on way home. I have issues with this location not being up to Wendy standard. I ordered a bacon burger and a sour cream chive baked pitato w/o the chives. Got no butter, no sour cream.the wrapper on the burger was ripped and my burger was spread around. I tidied it up a bit but then stopped to take a pic. It was not busy, no reason not to fix the wrapper. Jeez

Would write zero stars if possible. After working a 14 hour day I stopped in to grab a Spicy Chicken, nuggets, fries, and a JBC. I get home to find an empty packet of pepper in my spicy chicken burger. I uncover the top of the burger and instead of giving me a spicy chicken - they gave me a regular chicken burger and dumped a package of salt and pepper on top. Theres not a single burger on the menu that takes added salt and pepper on top, but for whatever reason they poured it on mine. Not to mention the burger was at least two hours old (crusty, dry).

The rest of the food was cold and nuggets dry also. I called and Manager didnt care in the slightest, only offered a cold apology and tried to fix it with a replacement. No mention of speaking with the staff member or shock at all. Head office will be called tomorrow as corrective measures is more needed than a replacement burger.

This is a conflicting review to rate because the staff at this location are so pleasant. No one is ever short with me or rude in any way. However, the order control is awful.

I decided to pick up some food for me and my 2 coworkers last week. The lady handed me 3 bags of food and I was on my way. The math checked out so I didn't look into the bags. I get to work and my burgers are missing. Nice or not I was pretty choked. Now I need to make a phone call and most likely drive back to the restaurant. The manager was super nice and apologetic over the phone. She said they would make fresh burgers right away. So I drove back.

When I got there I spoke with 2 ladies through the drive thru window. One must have been the manager, I couldn't quite tell. They were both incredibly nice and genuinely sorry that they had forgotten my food. I told them that this was not the first time. In fact both times I had been to this location parts of my lunch had been left out. They again apologized profusely and offered me complimentary food.

I guess the lesson here is to check your food before you leave any restaurant. But seriously, how hard is it to get the order right?

-Not easy to access the drive thru when busy
-Double check that order before you leave!

Incredible food and people were nice. I had a burger and a coffee for about 6 dollars.i went home to have a survey to earn another burger. Hurry up.

Went for dinner with hubby and had a Spivey chicken burger meal, man I love this burger! If you like Spivey this is the burger you’ll want it has amazing flavour and it’s a breast burger. To say the least I’ve had Spivey chicken burgers at non fast food joints and this burger is still better than half of those.

I am continually disappointed by the service from this location. It is as if they don't listen to anything you say at the speaker box. I order sandwiches off the menu with zero modifications and twice now have not received a completely different sandwich. On one occasion an entire sandwich was missing from our order. This is absolute garbage.

Get the Spicy chicken sandwich with extra lettuce, mayo and tomato; Extra lettuce and tomato is not extra, unlike McDonalds or Tim Horton's.

I realy liked my experiance there, I ordered large combo double dave and spicy chicken.
It was very good but the drinks was very large.
I would recommend that branch.

It was amazing. The staff there are always eager to help and get your order on time unfortunately I have seen where people have been very rude to them and for some reason they just know how to handle these rude. It's because of them I like coming back. The girl behind the chill today was exceptionally nice and I've never seen her be rude to any customer she goes beyond the Call of Duty as well they are quick efficient and very peacemaking

Ordered two baconater medium combos, received two burgers that were only single patties with two strips of bacon each. That was only the beginning of the problems I faced. The medium fries were only half of the usual fries you should receive. I will never go back to this location, matter of fact I will never visit another Wendy’s location again because of this awful experience.

Was not able to order as only drive through was open for someone walking by. I understand its policy, but frustrating for if you're walking past late at night and theyre only serving vehicles.

Been to this place many times at the drive through during work. I get charged for my order and rarely get what I paid for or have missing utensils/condiments. Drive through staff have been rude at times or too busy laughing and joking around then to check what they are serving or listen to a customer's request. They need to start managing their staff better. I won't be returning here again after tonights service.
