For Dirk's sake, how many times do they get it wrong, I said no CHEESE on my burger, they seem just don't listen.

Rude late night staff, super long drive-thru lineup, super slow service, don't bother with mobile order or food delivery everyone waits in drive-thru lineup no exceptions.

Love this place because it has good salads, Chile, and great chicken strips. Staff is friendly and hard working. Recommended.

Wendy's online app ordering is very convenient and we got lots of offers with free gifts and discounts. Still love their frostys over 10+ years. Don't change

Takes more than 10 mins waiting for one single breakfast sandwich. I have a 15 min break and trusted Wendy's to get some food. I had to walk away without my order after having to wait 10+ mins. There was nobody at the counter to even talk to at the time of leaving.

While I was waiting a drive-through customer came in and she got the wrong order as well, she ordered a croissant and got a biscuit and mentioned that it has happened before.

Management needs to look into this.

If you want to be treated with nice tasty food, baconator it is! Once in a while on a fast food and this is the place to be.

They forgot my chicken nuggets at the drive thru i wait 15 min at the parking lot and i went to the restaurant to get them

These guys have always been fast in the drive through. They handle difficult customers well but when dining in the restaurant, but skip/Uber/door dash orders seem to take priority over in-person orders and orders take a long time to be filled.

Went here for super late lunch: very good spicy chicken sandwich and perfect poutine! Service: fast and friendly; tables and seats were clean. They were sanitizing seats and tables after guests. Will return for frosty when it’s sunny out

Thank you Wendy's for this incredible Caeser salad - in February no less! The grilled chicken was so juicy, the lettuce fresh and the bacon and parmesan is real. The staff in the drive thru were professional and quick.
Update for June - just got the strawberry salad, like are you kidding me? This is so fresh and delicious I just can't believe it!
Will definitely be back.
I added a picture of my double patty burger to show the veggies - they are crisp and fresh - not easy to find in most fast food places.

On April 17,2022,1pm, I ordered 2 burger and a drink and chicken nugget. I waited for 15 min.still didn't have my order ready, I need to ask the manager for it. Shop is not that busy, it only have 3 customers in front of me.

Best fast-food burger joint you can find. Always fresh always spot on. Their burgers have never disappointed so far. Also love their frostys!

Worst Service ever the store manage or area management name is Manjeet never calls you back.
Driver turn staff has been Rascal to the guest.

This place frequently gets my order wrong. It’s very frustrating when you go through the drive-through, and get home and find that you didn’t get what you paid for. It happened once again today. I know, fair question… “Why do you bother going then? ”

I won’t be in future.

New staff. They need too improve on getting staff that are more fluent in English too make the sale easier too be done.

I go to this McDonald's sometimes its located on cliveden ave on annacis Island there is a gas station beside it and further down the road you have wendy's and tim hortons its an industrial area
This particular location has a drive through and you get a quick bite and your on your way.

Ordered a double burger today and paid as ordered, but received a single burger. I noticed this after leaving the drive thru and tried to call the location but they wouldn't pick up. Disappointing.

Great location because they have a large dining area and drive-thru. Food prepared nicely, but doesn't look anything like the advertisement.

Do not order them from food delivery services. Constantly forgetting items and then you have to fight with uber/ skip to get a refund for that item. 3 times now, over it. The service in store is also hella slow even if there is no one else waiting to order.

Amazing service. Delicious food. Great prices.

I’ve never been disappointed by a Wendy’s Spicy Chicken Burger, Fries and Frosties.

Frosties are always delicious, creamy and delightful.

Chicken burgers are consistently warm, crispy and hearty, and the fries are always 10/10.

The service here is great too! Amazing staff, friendly and such nice people!

Just ordered from this place off UberEats! They forgot a few of my items and when I reordered from them and noted the mistake, they more than compensated for them! Thanks guys! Made our nights:)

Around 12: 40 am, a girl who was taking orders, doesn’t know how to talk with customer.without any reason she started to talk very rudely.that’s how you guys give customers service?

The service here is terrible both inside and drive thru. There were lots of errors on people's orders (including mine). Frosty's were good.

They took so long to get thru the drive thru as if that wasn't bad enough I just bought food home and open bags and was missing items! Don't go here unless you like bringing your food home and finding things like whole burgers missing.

Need to update hours as it says dine in until 2am, and there is not even a pick up option. Only drive through open past 9pm

Ordered via SKIP the dishes and the overall experience was fantastic. The food was relatively warm and fresh considering the delivery time. Hit the spot for the late night craving and I would highly recommend this to anyone. The spicy chicken sandwich is a solid choice with the sea salt fries as the combo. The classic summer frosty completes the meal. Prepare for a food coma to follow. Not exactly fitness freak nutrition but you only live once, moderation is key! Lol

Was disappointed with the food. Ordered spicy chicken sandwich and it was quite dry. And got the single burger.tasted OK but noticeably smaller. And sandwiches weren't cheap.feel the quality and value have gone down.

Was here a few weeks ago for lunch on a Sunday. The line-up to order inside was long. We must have waited for about 20 minutes before we even got to the counter and another 10 minutes before receiving order (fast food it ain't). If the food was edible, it might have been worth the wait. We had the spicy chicken combo for the first time (the only item we ever order from Wendy's is their Frosties). It was the worst burger I've ever had. The bun was dry, there was barely any mayo and the chicken was lukewarm. It may not be frozen but definitely not fresh! Same for the fries... Not warm or crispy. Even hubby said it was bad and he is not a picky eater! If quality is their recipe, it definitely needs an overhaul!

Nav Bhullar was so so helpful and so patient with us (we made several changes to our order and asked for many modifications as we are vegetarian). She was very kind and I would definitely come back, just because she works here.

Worst service ever! They are open still refuses to take order! I arrived at 11: 50 pm then too they said they are closed but in actual they were open till 3: 00 AM!

I felt sick after eating a burger and fries here! Not sure where all the positive reviews are coming from…? !? Staff are soo obnoxious and incompetent

Check your orders before you leave. Went there 2 different times, and both times had missing items. Manager was nice to remedy the situation, but it's very inconvenient to do a double visits for the same order.

My coupon didnt work and she made a way for me to leave the store feeling a value customer. She even went far and beyond to make sure i was pleased with my order. I will definitely return to this location

Waiting at front of line for 10 min for them to take my order as I watch them put skip the dishes orders through over and over. Perhaps good if you don't show up in person.

I came to pick up a courier order, they enter the order in the system when we arrive and tell them the order number, i never had this happened in any other Wendy, it's a waste of my time, they should have started the order once they get it online

We are regulars at this Wendy’s and the place normally clean and tidy. The food is done well, but on more than one occasion we have had missing items when we order in the drive thru. They don’t give receipts so it can be difficult to catch if they forgot a burger sometimes. We always go back and ask for the missing item and the staff are nice about it and give us what we are missing. Other than that, it’s a good location and the staff do their best when it gets busy.

Overall great experience. Going through the drive-thru was quick efficient an easy.
The food is as expected. And you feel safe going here.

Wasn't too bad, normally what you would expect. The one on 12th was jam-packed so we ended up going to this location. Service was quick and food was good!

Wendy's on Marine Drive was fast and the food was great.make sure you ask for fish fries. The large drinks are huge! Hahaha

Well it’s been awhile since I’ve been here and last time was a way better experience by far. We got someone come to the till as we stood there for almost 5 mins as 2 different workers looked at me and my son and continued doing what they were doing. I couldn’t believe it. Then a third one finally came and ask us what we wanted like I just for there. None of the tables were wiped or cleaned. Floors had food on it
All in all food was mediocre for a Wendy’s and the place itself was dirty and didn’t seem like any of the employees cared too much

Food was good but the Mens washroom had a new hatching of flies. The wall was covered. Clearly they need to use bleach. This leads me to question all their Sanitation practices?

Always juicy. It tastes so good. Just don't upsize. Their medium is gigantic. Their large drinks are insane and unnecessary.

The clerk was really nice to us and the place was clean enough but the food is definitely not up to the price. Well it's just another McDonald's-like burger chain shop, so nothing special about it.

Fast friendly and u can sit down. Lots of space. Skip the dishes love to skip the line and bud in to get their stuff. Slows things down a bit in evening.

This place is delish. Real meat in ya burg. And those chick sandwiches are to die for. Those ice cream shake thangs.friggin gold. And that's all I have to say about that.

Slow telus wifi blocks voip sip and no. Ipv6 a shaw named'open network. Would privide a usabe experience at leaat enuf to. Get a bus timetable typical fir telus always nqme the netwirk you pay for why let shaw and telus block signals and advertise on your dime and at poor service levels tomuoir custimers if you see where there is good wifi there are more customers.

Nicely located on Kingsway in Burnaby, this Wendy's is very dependable for good, fresh fast food and timely service. Not always the friendliest staff, but they're fast and I've never had a wrong order in the drive through so it's all good. Nice sized parking lot and an Accessible entrance.

Best fast food burgers in my opinion. Baconator > all

I think this is the only fast food joint that has never screwed up a special request order. That is saying something!

Can't speak for any other time, but lunch time at the drive-thru can be a little frustrating. They generally do things correctly, but they sometimes have trouble getting additions/omissions right. Other than that, it's like any decent Wendy's franchise location.

It is a fast food place but I like their burgers.
For a better burger tell them you want extra tomato, lettuce and onions like they have pictured on their menu.

It's Wendy's. Have had issues with offers through the drive through, but usually get what you're expecting.
