I ordered two Dave's double combo with cokes. It was a gong show the moment I was about to eat after getting it from the drive thru. Asked for one with no cheese and it came with cheese. Fries were all over inside the bag and not even in the fries container. The drinks (I understand fountain drinks), had no taste. Only giving it two stars because the fries actually taste decent for once. Also, paid with cash ($25) and all my change were in nickels and dimes

Went in this morning with a valid coupon for a breakfast sandwich, and was told it is only valid for a breakfast meal, when it said any breakfast sandwich, I said read the coupon and she argued with me about the coupon, I should have just driven away, not the first time I have had issues with this Wendy’s restaurant. To top it off the croissant breakfast sandwich was dry as dust, had to wash it down with coffee.

Not nearly as pricey as a remember as a kid it's cheaper for what u get then most places I got a triple Dave with cheese sauce it was good and there was probably 5x the amount of meat as a double big mac for around the same price

After getting the burger again and getting home about 5 minutes later, I found that my burger was completely cold and the cheese hadn't even melted. Beef is cold and dry…I don't know how long this burger was, but at least they definitely didn't cook it fresh, didn't even bother to reheat it, it's so bad, it's definitely not going back！！

Delicious, comparing with other fast foods. However there is only one Wendy's in Richmond and so far from my home. And the waitress forgot to give me a cup at first.

Came to order dinner for 2. Empty dining room and only 1 person in front of me in line. He waited 15 minutes to get his food. After 25 minutes of waiting I told the manager I wanted a refund cause I was done waiting. They were prioritizing the drive thru and didn't care about the customers waiting inside. Took the manager another 5 minutes to give us our money back and didn't even apologize. 30 minutes wasted and going home starving! Worst service I've ever had at a Wendy's! Will never return to this location.

Food is ok, but very long wait. 15mins in drive thur to the intercom, and another 15mins for a burger. Don’t deserve it

Wendy's is my favourite burger joint! Their app is also way better than most as I like to customize my burger. McDonald's still doesn't let me chose light sauce.

Tried the new burger at lunch, 1/2 pound of beef, 6 pieces of bacon, a spicy mayo sauce, there was not need for dinner that night.

Food was good but the place did not feel clean and we had to sit at a dirty table. Also the ketchup was empty and no one changed it.

I went to the one on #5 road in richmond and ended up paying 14.40 for a Dave's 4.99 special and a 7.29 new chicken grill sandwich I asked why and they said that's the price but I showed them and they were rude to me and did nothing I was very disappointed

Disorganized group and management. Waited 15 minutes just for fries. No one was paying attention to the stations. Not even lunch service, not even peak service. But that wait is.

Favorite Fast Food for years. Just rediscovered. Son of Baconator is the perfect burger.

Frostycino is good too. App for now actually has decent offers

Very slow, you have to wait at least 10 minutes for your order, if you go through drive through they will prepare your order faster than dining in

These guys are never reliable, whenever I have gone the last 5 times, they’re either closed early, only accepting cash, or their systems aren’t working.

Bad service. Staffs chatted too much. I was waiting more than 30 mins for 1 order. They should spend more time on production and make order quickly.

This store has consistently gotten my orders wrong either giving me completely random food or missing items. Staff are so tired at this location it makes me feel bad for them. All experiences dine in, take out, and drive thru have been horrendous. Disappointing.

We dined in Thursday June 2nd, 2022 at 6: 08pm. We ordered two meals: a Dave's single meal and a spicy chicken sandwich meal. Not sure what happened but it seemed like the team forgotten our order. I had to go back up to the counter with my receipt to after more than 20 minutes to ask for my meal. Then it just took them 2 minutes to get everything on the tray. The chicken was not fresh. It was dry. Drive thru wasn't any better it seemed. There was a lady who waited in her Honda civic for a while too. Perhaps the crew wasn't sure which order was served and which was not. Definitely wasn't fast food.

This place was good at one point, not sure what happened. Cold soggy burgers and if you are there during lunch don't bother going in make an order go through the drive thru. The line up was through the front door and they weren't helping anyone, just concentrating on drive thru.

Good food, service could be better but god overall.only thing is i would like to see a little diversity in the staff there. Just sayin lol

Well below regular service levels. I have been to this location on several occasions both dine in and take out, however today I dined in.
Waited 10min for a baconator combo. Four customers behind me ended up getting their order before me. Order was filled when they noticed I was the only one standing there.

Ordered a Dave’s Double with fries. Burger was a greasy, sloppy mess. Fries were over cooked. Probably the worst quality I’ve seen at any Wendys. Dave would roll over if he knew this was going on.

We went to try mushroom burger. Was not what we expected. Kinda disappointed
. The portobello mushroom melt.

Walked in and stood for 5 minutes at the counter while the MANAGER just ignored me. Not a word to me. I just left. Terrible “service”

Wonderful service today and every day. Always pleasant experience and friendly staff. Busy location and busy drive thru. Thank you for all your hard work and patience. We know the odd customer may be giving off bad vibes and not appropriate you guys. Have a great day guys! You rock! Best place to stop in for a bite, good tunes and nice seating area. Big thumb up!

I ordered at wrong location via mobile app. Called that location they said you can go to nearest wendy's and they can give your order over there since they are not able to cancel in system.

Came to this location but MANAGER wont give it neither will cancel- (it was a $5 order) he asking me to drive 30 minutes to other location- not customer friendly. It was around 10 pm yesterday. Not sure why so hard to cancel the order or make it over here as i showed him the order in the app and it was $5. I am not wasting gas driving over to all wendys in lower mainland to get a burger. Lol. Not recommended.

Previously i gave them a 5 star now changed.

I work until midnight and since this location is quite far from my home, I take the opportunity after work to pick food up here. Unfortunately, more often than not, they find a reason that they can't serve me and I end up wasting my time. They typically claim that their computers are not functioning properly. Since this seems to be occurring quite frequently, I would say 50% of the time or more, I am starting to get suspicious that they just don't want to serve anyone this late. It is either poorly managed or the staff are lying to me, either way, going here, especially between 12AM and 1AM is a complete waste of time. Since this restaurant does not seem to want my money, I am giving it a 1 star review and will not be returning.

Bad experience I ordered through mobile order. First they are not paying attention for orders I gave order No they Canot locate my order. After 15 min they find it then order is not appropriate. Poorly packaged. Waste my money.

Over 20 minute wait for a chicken finger meal that I ordered in advance on the app (almost didn't get the drink, but remembered and went back to get it) this last time, which is annoying but in line with every experience I've had here. It's always a long wait, a few times a missed item and cold fries is pretty much guaranteed. It's the kiddos fave fast food treat so we keep going, I just tell her I'll be back in half an hour when I run out to pick up the order, a one minute drive away.

Always loved their freshly made burgers. We make it a point to visit everytime we crave for one and they're not even charging extra for mayo packets, which is really nice, not unlike McD they charge you 0.40cents for each mayo packet you request.
The staff are polite but sometimes won't even give you a smile and forgets to include napkins for your take out orders. Just as long as my food is freshly done, I can't complain much I guess all of us have down times too.

This place is absolutely garbage they never have baked potato and you have to wait an hour, either they are lazy, or every time that one dude that works never prepare them for the customer. I have never had any issue with the other restaurant only this one. They don’t give you condiment or a straw for your drink! What kind of fast food restaurant is this!

They only took cash that day because the debit machine were down. My fiancée ran to the car but could only find $25, and our bill was $32. We managed to cancel some things before they were made, but not everything. We said we didn't have enough money for it, but the manager said, 'that's alright' and just gave it to us. The kindness and friendliness was amazing! And the food was great too!

Anyone else get terrible food poisoning from this location? I should have learned my lesson the first time. I had to try it again a year later and I am very much regretting my life choices.

9 out of 10 times they will not give you ketchup even if you ask for it. Shouldnt it be standard if someone is getting fries. Also a hair on my drink cup that's black. I don't have long black hair effing gross

Yesterday July 11, went here with a coupon that was valid until September 5th. First he said he can't accept it because he's understaffed then he said he can accept it because in the windy system coupon stopped working June 5th. (But I was in a few days ago with a coupon and bought a meal with) and then he said he can't accept it because he doesn't know how. He also made me wait 20 minutes to order and he saw me holding the coupon. So I don't know who's trying to make me leave. It was super super I'll be going back here I think the manager is making money under the table.

Today when I was standing in line, the person in front of me in line had issues with his debit card, the machine wouldn't accept it.

Instead of the manager just saying sorry we can't serve you, she gave his meal to the customer anyway and appolgized for the machine not taking his card.

That right there is customer service, and taking responsibility for the business' machine not working.

This isn't my usual Wendy's I often go to, but it was a great experience.

We ordered 2 of Dave's Single Combo using our coupon and it came out in a quick efficient manner. Burgers and fries tasted really good. There weren't much tables as the one in Burnaby, but we luckily found seats for 2 of us to eat.

We ordered fries without salt and it came out according to our order. I also like Frosty from Wendy's and it's always $1 every summer. Spicy Chicken Burger can be too spicy, but it's good though. Lastly Wendy's is so much better than Burger King and McDonald's in my personal opinion.

I only have an option for 5 stars but I would 10 stars.
Best customer service, Food quality consistently. Staff is very professional and they pay attention to details.
Keep it up guys! I drive from White Rock to eat here.

Had the discount double stacker. For 3.39$ it was a great deal. Much better than I remember wendy's being. I will come back to see if their non value menu had improved as well.

Worst Wendy's I've been to in ages. Got the order wrong and the lettuce on the burger looked like something you'd put in an aquarium. It should be fresh or it should go in the garbage. I won't be back.

It’s a Wendy’s, what really is there more to say. Food was hot and fast, staff was courteous. Fries weren’t stale (unlike a lot of McD drive thrus I’ve experienced). No complaints. Would come back to this one in the future.

The restaurant is clean. The quality of the food is amazing. It is high-end restaurant quality. This is what I call real food. In comparison, McDonald is not only junk food. McDonald food is junk in comparison. Wendy's, keep up the good work!

Updates: . I went for a quick supper again tonight. I ordered a double stack and a junior cheese burger and frosty and salad.

They got the burgers wrong and got my two JCB instead of one being the double stack. I went back inside and told them. The staff redone both burgers for me instead of just replacing one with double stack. This is a well done gesture! It probably costs them 50 cents more for that extra burger they made me and they kept me as their loyal customer as always because of this.

Missing a breakfast option, i went 10 am with my child and they only had burgers options sadly, hair in table and fluff in floor u need to hire cleaning service not using regular employees to clean as they don't have obligation to clean for minimum.employees were super nice so all my review goes to them

I was going to give this place a five star review unfortunately their driver took about 45 minutes to get here and all the cold food was cold. Good food for the price but just make sure your delivery driver knows where he’s going.

For a nearly new establishment it’s sad to see that this restaurant is on the decline.

I ordered via the Wendy’s app and was impressed by all of the features and ease of use. I selected dine in and was nearby I selected the option to get my food ready.

I walked into the restaurant and they are keeping up with social distancing, hand sanitizers available and staff cleaning the lobby. The washroom however was a total mess. The toilet was malfunctioning and there is inadequate cleaning and ventilation taking place.

I know this is a fast food joint but to be totally honest, I started my working career at a fast food joint. I felt privileged just to be able to clean the washrooms and lobby, it was a tough job for $5/hour.

I feel the employees and management here are neglecting basic hygiene and routine cleaning of the entire restaurant (includes washroom). There is a sense of entitlement amongst the staff and that is very sad to see they feel no privilege to work for Wendy’s.

The food was awful on the first go too. My burger patty had been cooked hours before and the staff tried to serve me this. It’s totally unacceptable and not the fresh quality Wendy’s is known for. I asked for a fresh burger and the staff promptly cooked me a new patty and the second burger was excellent. Still, this should not happen and I pity anyone who uses this location for drive thru or Uber eats.

I hope that the management or even corporate level management will read this review and reply that they are either outsourcing the cleaning of the washroom on regular intervals or working on team cohesion to get everyone on board when it comes to cleaning, quality control and customer service.

I won’t return until I see a reply and discourage anyone from eating here. Richmond public health inspections has been contacted.

Asked for Lettuce warped sandwitch gave me bun and took the bacon off it.when I called no answer. If u want what u dident order go here

I ordered the new plant burger and it took 30 minutes for the them to give us the burger and after I went inside to ask why they took so long.the employees are very rude as well

They didn’t have anything we wanted to order and charged poutine price for a “poutine” with no cheese curds.

Update: the lid wasn’t even closed and they gave a KNIFE.to eat the soggy gravy covered fries with.

This place has been good everytime I go. They need more people taking orders when the line up is at the door.

Food is typical Good Fast Food Wendy's.but if you are taking out/drive through order, be sure to always double check your bags to see if everything is included/packed for what you have paid for. I have driven off/walked home and found out that I was missing a burger or an order of fries or something else. Management really needs to work on a procedure with all their staff to probably double check these orders to make sure it is not missed.

Service was slow and not very polite. The food was fresh, and hot otherwise would have rated it lower.

Stopped at this Wendy's location when passing through the area and was pleasantly surprised at how nice the facility was, great interior and exterior. Parking is easy and there is plenty of room inside for seating. Very clean and the service was superb! Stop by this Wendy's if your in Richmond, it's the best one.

Wendy's very good tasting burgs and a great options menue excellent in quality and taste that is very important to me

I was there during the lunch rush and the line up was long but the wait time was fast. They really are fast food.

This Wendy's is in the quiet north end of #5 Road. Lots of parking and seats in the restaurant.

The same menu as in other Wendy's. Staff quiet friendly and helpful.

I love their burgers. Service is slow at times, indoor, but not at drive thru. Best to go through drive thru if u want fast service. Employees are polite.

I am so dissatisfied with the size of the deluxe bacon cheese burger. They have shrunk in size and it was tasteless. I was disappointed last time I was there and thought I would give it another try and it was terrible. I am officially done with Wendy's. It used to be my favorite.

Always fresh and always good. Great service, friendly staff. The restaurant itself is always spotless —- like to the point where it actually gleams.

Went to this Wendy's on a Saturday evening. Ordered my food and took them 25 minutes to realize they've dropped my order. I was hungry and needed to be else where. Supervisor was honest to admit everyone else other than her are trainees. It's owner's fault this fast food joint was running this bad.

The Wendy's on or just off of Bridgeport Road and Richmond what's horrible I order spicy chicken combo two of them and they were dry there is no mail on them the fries were cold so cold and so limping I was just terribly disappointed with the meal as a whole

I usually have a great and tasty experience at this Wendy's location but last night (August 22nd 2019) there was a lot to not be happy about. On the receipt the host says: Rupinder and I am not sure if that's who took my order but that's what it says on my receipt. I don't blame it solely on the staff as it was a busy drive thru at the time of ordering, it didn't look like there was a manager on site. I had spoke with the clerk twice to confirm my order for my friend and I unfortunately nothing on my order was correct. I asked for the Spicy Bacon Jalapeno burger but instead got a daves double with no cheese. My friend had ordered a BBQ Cheeseburger but received a chicken burger instead. We paid more on our order with the meals we really got but it would've taken a long time to talk to the clerks again to get our order correct and we were both so hungry that we just ate what was given to us. The staff going to car to cars with orders made it seem like other people had the same issue, as they all seemed very overwhelmed last night. I like this Wendy's for the most part but last night was not a good experience and I do hope the staff are trained to handle high volume of orders or have a manager on site to help with the demand of customers. Great Fast Food Promos
Wendy's often have great promos on their burgers. This particular location has far better service than the Cambie & Broadway location. Service is orderly and efficient. Large screen tv monitors on the walls showing CNN news. Bright well lit interior with condiments and self serve drink fountain often ready and well stocked. Tables are cleaned frequently between customers. Well maintained outside neon and card signage advertising the latest burger promo of the season. This is the location my family prefers to visit for a Wendy's promo fix.

Bacon Jalapeño Cheeseburger isn't bad but a tad on the small size. No Root Beer nor Coke Zero in the drinks dispenser. Cmon man!
