They rushed me off said everything was in my order. I get to my hotel and find out they forgot my large fries

Food was decent but like usual now, every fast food place nickle and dimes you for condiments and then forgets to give them to you in your order! On the first go around the staff was very friendly and helpful but then I had to go back and ask for missing items, and staff seemed exasperated that I wanted what I'd been charged for. Not good customer service. Train your staff that these things need to be checked - they are right on the bill!

I went there at 12: 10 am I don’t expect the food to be bussing but I got chilly cheese fries and regular fries which were so old felt like cardboard I know it’s a drag to be open at that hour but if you are open please don’t sell so old fries

Every time I went there and ask for a Vanilla Frosty they won't have them. It happened to me all summer, I don't understand when they run a promo and not having available seems misleading. I gave the 2 star because I love their baconator.

It's a very tight drive-thru so with a truck it was snug! I also received someone elses order but was on the road so couldn't make any arrangements with the restaurant.

I am very disappointed that although this establishment has accessible parking, none of its doors are automatic. Selectively excluding individuals with mobility diversity such as wheelchair ️, seniors, and parents with strollers.

Poor service at the drive thru. Tried placing the order only to have the attendant rush me. Won’t return to this location again.

What are you doing letting people just walk up to the drive-thru and squeeze between my vehicle and the window right after I've paid and have money out? I'm shocked.

We used the drive-thru. They messed up the order. One meal was missing. We had left before we noticed. So we shared our fries and chicken fingers

I broke down no breakfast and was starving. Probably the best french fries in the fast food industry the burger wasn't bad either fresh tomato etc.

Line up was long, I ordered a half and half frosty and received just vanilla and they have these new drink trays that were invented by a troglodyte.

The drivethru was painfully slow. 6 cars ahead of me and it took almost a half hour. I was trapped, so forced to do the wait. Fries were barely warm, but the frosty was good and the burger had bacon on it, even though I ordered the plain burger. I'm allergic to bacon. I was sick on my trip home. This was a road trip. I chose Wendy's for fast service because I was in a rush. I won't make that mistake again. If there's more than two in line, I'll pass.

Tride calling them over and over to tell them some guy was going through the cars in their parking lot. No one answered I called like 15 times.

Stopped to try the new strawberry Frosty. Long line. No strawberry Frosty. People could care less about me, my order or any food they make. Do your self a favor and drive a few more minutes and get some food from a local restaurant in the middle of town.

Salad is very good but it's far too small for the price. Fries need to be hot and crispy all day, nobody wants limp warm fries. New pop dispensers great with all the options. New seating is not that comfortable though.

Been here twice and both times it’s at least a twenty minute wait at the drive thru.
I genuinely will not return here- you’re better off driving to a real restaurant and walking in, ordering takeaway at the counter, sitting in the lobby idle while families and lovers walk by to enjoy a nice dine in experience, collecting your bagful of sad food and driving home, going in to your basement, disregarding the lights and sitting down on a dirty couch and eating the food in the dark, alone, staring at a tv screen that isn’t on. That would be a better experience than coming here and dying old in the drive thru line to get a miserable bag of food, wasting what little time you have on this earth to be immediately disappointed not only by the service and quality but also and most importantly by the time it takes to maneuver through the drive thru experience

The renovations look nice. The staff were friendly and the service quick. And of course the burgers are always on point.

I do really appreciate the size of the drinks here too. Probably shouldn't, but I do.

I encountered a bad cashier his name is angelo. He is a male.

I think Wendy's should fire him. He denied my friend who was a customer to use the washroom.

This is the second negative encounter with him.

Brutally long wait with only two vehicles in front of us we waited 15 just to order then we had to wait for our food. At least once the food came it was hot and tasted good. Not sure I will come back to this location though. Not sure what's going on but I would think they would have enough staff by now. So not sure. If in a rush be prepared this location may take a long time. If I ever go again I will update this post if the service is better. 3 stars because the food was good once it arrived.

Hardly ever eaten Wendy's as a fast food choice but the inlaws were visiting us and they said let's go to Wendy's and we were pleasantly suprised our order was taken promptly and the staff were friendly and the location was clean an organized

Stale bun, burnt bacon and a burger that tasted like it was cooked on an unclean grill.staff didn't know the menu and when i tried to donate money to their current charity they couldnt even figure that out. ‍️‍️

What you'd expect, nothing more, nothing less. Staff appeared indifferent to whether you were there or not.

Would give a -10 if it was an option. Had the worst poutine that tasted like cold stale fries, runny gravy. The cheese didn't even melt by the time I got back. Jr bacon cheeseburger meat was over cooked and posted the frosty which wasn't even solid. Worse experience ever after the long wait
