Wendy's

The food quality from Wendy's seems to keep going downhill. The service was okay. I had to double check my meal and remind them they still owed me 2 more items and that I had asked for it to go so needed a couple bags to pack it up.

They made a mistake on my burger, but they refunded me and gave me a new one. Good service, good food.

We got a salad for 10$ and it was absolutely small. Not worth spending 10.50$
Plus tax…. Barely any salad. Could get more salad for cheaper at a grocery store.

I just got food by the drive through, the person taking the orders is very rude, she shouldn't be attending people that way, she yelled at us by the buzzer, and also at the window when we were paying our food.
Her name is Habil, or something similar.

Really a bad experience, if she doesn't like her job she should move out.
She got a Pin on her shirt seems that she is the "manager".

We are just passing through from Calgary and you are the BEST Wendy's we have ever eaten at in our lives! I am almost half way to hundred years old and I have had Wendy's plenty. Your burgers really hit the spot and your poutine was delicious. Usually Wendy's is just a meal and we move forward with no impact but this was memorable because it was so delicious. You are definitely training your staff properly as they were also very professional and friendly. Your staff moral is pretty high as I could hear their happy jokes and banter amongst each other. I work in customer service and that type of banter makes work fun and when work is fun people take pride in their work. Our taste buds know the difference. Your a happy place! Thank you for your amazing food today!

Went the other week and got chicken burgers. Took a bite and noticed a mold like taste; looked and found mold. Was refunded and manager was apologetic (hence the two stars). But as someone who is allergic to mold, make sure you're looking at your food before you eat it. Lesson learnt.

Just wanted to say thanks to Kenrick for phenomenal service and making me smile. People like this are what make an experience memorable.

Drive though service was fast, communication was clear however received burnt bacon and no dip for chicken nuggets (the question never came up during ordering - so both parties kinda neglected the topic!)

This place always disappoints me, every time I ask for them to add mustard they don't fries usually old, ordered a dave single combo today since they have a special burger for 4$ since i was saving some money i opted for the combo even tho i knew the fries would be cold, but hey im saving money so get the combo, anyways the combo doesnt save u a single cent.so just got the burger instead.so got my food went home took a few bites and burger tasted wrong.it was raw, good job thanks for the bloody burger and an upset stomach
