Every time I eat here the foods delicious it’s just I get violently sick. (I’m not exaggerating I threw up and other stuff)

My food was cold the lady at the windows was super disrespectful to me she didn’t give all my change back she was getting very angry when I asked questions

Today I ordered a bacon and cheese potato. It had half a piece of bacon slapped on top. I ordered chicken nuggets a few weeks ago that were clearly past their serving time. I excused the first one but this is becoming a thing every time I come to this location. Save yourself the frustration and Go to the other location!

Not enough workers or just incompetent, this wendys was so good years ago went way down hill, all the comments are one star and for good reason. If you could find slower service anywhere I would be shocked.

EVERY table in the shop was dirty, The floors were disgusting, and the burgers were way overcooked. The portobello mushroom burger was also saddly under mushroomed. There were 2 pieces of mushroom on my burger, and not much more on my partners. The bathrooms were absolutely nasty. TP all over the floor, toilets were dirty like someone pissednon them a week ago, and it dried there. If anyone knows the owners, please inform them.there was a full staff in the kitchen, and no one was tending to the dining room.

Ordered two cheeseburger meals last week. The burgers were not cooked. Still
Red in the middle. Called and they said will replace the Order. They admitted they were having trouble timer for meat. Husband went to get replacement tonight and asked for the hamburger to be double cooked. He got home and it raw again. He called and spoke to manager and he said too bad they are not replacing it again. Terrible customer service! So we took pictures and put it on the mission Facebook page for the public to see for themselves. Don’t waste your money! We won’t be going there again!

Worst drive in over 45mins, they take One order at a time, and then you Wait while they make it at the window, unacceptable. Terrible attitude.

Worked nearby late night, order was served incorrectly, food was cold, there was no line ahead, and only one customer behind, i like wendys but this location isn't it

Two cars in front of me in drive thru around 9, and I had to wait at least 10 min at the window. The worker never acknowledged I was waiting long at all, no apology was given when I finally did get my food, and not even a have a good night or enjoy your food from the obviously unfriendly person working the window.
Step it up, or the newer one in town will easily replace this location in standards of service.

This place never ever Gets our order right. But today was ridiculous as the order was repeated back several times and still missed my daughters kids meal. I’m disappointed.

This location microwaves their spicy chicken burger. Mine was rubbery and so scortching hot in the middle it burnt my lips.

Not very nicely organized. The burger was not upto the usual standards. But the girl at the counter was working hard and trying to be calm when it was busy

No bacon in the JBC, no fries in my combo and they forgot the frosty. The absolute worst Wendy's I've ever been too. Don't waste your time or money.

Very friendly staff at this location. I have yet to have a bad interaction. They can just be slow at times, even when they don't appear to be very busy.

Waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes. Hair in each salad I ordered. They don't use gloves! I actually take the extra drive to Abbotsford, just to avoid this one.

Love the chicken strips, and the fries were fixed and better with the new recipe but sometimes only barely warm.

Very poor service. Forgot to include half the order and when I phoned it was as if it was my problem and they didn't really care. Wow. Pull up your socks - your business is not guaranteed.

Rude employees, dont aknowledge the fact your standing there at all, then grudgingly take your order.i find the whole vibe of the restaurant strange, obviously terrible management.

Rude and lazy employees, never want to help. They stop taking orders around 11: 30 pm saying there debit machine down.

Happened to me 3-4 times, close the damn store if you do not want to work

Food was cold and they don't use gloves service is slow as they are busy using mobile phone and quality of food is also not good. Manager (Simran) when I complaint her she gave very rude reply manager treat employees as well as customers in very rude way. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Worst Experience

Overworked employees, management is rude, nobody helps those who are trying. I once saw an employee working, however coworkers did not help her, my food was delivered 30 minutes late, they were the only one making sandwiches, the manager was not bothering.to help, 30 minutes there I knew it was not worth it

The stupid lady's in back never listen to instructions.
Food is raw and also missing items. The guy taking orders is nice

3rd time we have been missing items from a skip order. Finally called and just was told to call skip and get a credit it’s not their fault. Does Wendys not pack their own orders!

Slow service and teller has no customer service skills at all. I asked for 1 Ketchup and she handed me about 10. When I went to give it back she threw them in the garbage.
