Great food for fast food, and the staff are very nice, it's unfortunate that the homeless camp is very close by

It's decent but not as good as it was 5+ years ago. I'm not sure exactly what changed but my favourite meals just aren't as good. Prices went up, quality went down.

Edit: took a star off because for the last couple years the drive through is insanely slow and there are never less than 6 cars (10+ at peak times). It being busy AND slow means I just drive back out of the parking lot and head to a&w. I don't have 20min to spare on my 30min break, sorry.

They are ignorant and unwelcoming. They are rude and I have hardly seen any smile on there faces. I think they are overburdened.

Their staff is rude and unfriendly. Especially in store. They do not pay a heed on walkins and will fully ignore you. You can try.

Went through drive-thru placed an order it was short one item. I went inside. I don't know who the young girl/ manager was she was very rude. She knew right away our order was short. She asked if it was short a chili I replied yes. She immediately walks away and orders someone else to get the chili when she was standing right in front of it.no apologies.the person that dished up the chili had to ssk if I wanted a lid.really.

Came here and ate in the store and got 2 medium drinks. Their machine in the lobby wasn't working so they took the cups and filled them in the back. They only filled the cups 80% of the way and refused to top them up.like dude I paid for a medium not a small.

Love coming to Wendy's the food is always great here always fresh and taste like Whataburger should taste like greatstaff restaurants always clean and they've upgraded this restaurant

There food isn't to bad.but I do have to say the wait either way suck if your customer or if your door Dasher sometimes the door Dasher has to cancel the order and what happens if when you take too long the customer cancelled the order then you're stuck with the food which I don't mind I give it to the homeless it makes me look bad because the customer thinks is the driver and I don't like that it takes up too much time when you have to wait up to 15 20 minutes there even if your customer trying to get a order it's way too long I don't mean to talk bad about them but facts is factsAug 8 the 2023 new up date I go to Wendy's now after lunch is refusing to take my orders through doordash because the pickup service really sucked bad news I have to cancel my orders it took that long I'm not sure what's happening there but the last four orders that I've had for delivery has been on time for me to pick I'm hoping that this will stay this way because there's a lot of people out there that like to eat Wendy's and McDonald's is the greatest it's always raining always on time people are friendly you like to talk with you take couple minutes out with you I really like that because it gets very hot and tiring driving all the time Wendy's on that part that sucks I went in there yesterday to pick up an order the bag wasn't even folded properly I had to refold it for my customer the girl just slapped the food down on the counter at me and said here's your order very disrespectful whoever that girl was so here's to hoping that things improve a bit better at Wendy's

15 min wait only customer there. And this is not the first time my but it is my last the whole idea is fast food its not.

I'm not a Baconator connoisseur like my son, but he declared this location 5 stars compared to locations in Parksville and Nanaimo, which he has frequented on multiple occasions. While the drive thru was a 30 minute commitment, and apparently it's always this way with a long line and wait, the food was VERY fresh and delicious.

1 staff for a full drive through and full lobby at 8pm seems like routine for them. Hire some staff perhaps

Every time I order from here, they forger something and 100% of the time they never give me a receipt so I can't even come back and get what was missed on my order

Great visit at this Wendy's.server was awesome and hooked me up with some extra chili sauce for my chili. Thank you!

The food was good but the service is another story. The person taking our order was quite short with us when we asked some questions and seemed to be struggling with our order. I know she wasn't new because we have seen her before. There was a nice young man cleaning tables and we had a nice chat with him so some of the staff are nice. Look, I know working in fast food is no picnic, but don't take your bad day out on the customers. People have food sensitivities and need to make sure certain things aren't on their burger. Btw, Kudos to the kitchen staff for making a delicious Baconator.

July 7,23 Edited to add. Service in the restaurant is still slow as molasses. So many people in the long line gave up and left because the line was moving so slow. Yikes!

Service is garbage, stood in line for 10 mins, person at counter literally did all she could to avoid eye contact or acknowledge that I was even there, a simple "I can help you in a few mins" would have been the bare minimum courtesy needed

I understand they have a lot to deal with in the neighborhood their in.
That doesn't mean they need to mistreat everyone. Ignore us for 5 minutes. Then
Ask if we are buying anything. Before using of the bathroom
Then tell us how fast we should be in the bathroom.
FYI the women's bathroom door was actually kept open by the garbage can.
After done with the bathroom. They wouldn't take our order.
I'm not going back here.
There's like 6 staff. Three on French fries station.

Pretty bad when McDonald's gets my orders right more than Wendy's and some new staff are just grumpy as hell most of the time they ignore you. At least let a customer know you be with them in a minute

Good food, Service is a bit Slow at times, But like everybody it's hard to find people.

I absolutely love Wendy's. It's always been a family favorite treat. The service is fantastic, the food is delicious, I also love the options of sides; instead of french fries.

One hour wait between walking in store and getting burger. Employees in slow motion. Baconator tasted blandest ever. Rough neighborhood.
