It's generally good. Drive-thru tends to forget 1 small thing often. The prices keep rising. Starting to lose it's quality>price

The people are really nice and the orders are always correct. The apple pecan salad is the best.

The drivethrough here very fast even when there is a big line. One time i passed through in less than a minute!

Staff were quite rude and my order was way too salty. Only positive attribute was that the order came quickly. Will not be coming here often anymore.

Clean and organized store, friendly and quick service, we ordered the cheeseburger combo and parmesan (chicken) Caesar salad, all were tasty and fresh, price is worth and quality too.

They sometimes ran out some main items and dining area isn't well organized at night but good for late night snack

Completely love Wendy's. I love the chilli's soup which you can have instead of fries. Service is excellent prices are reasonable and hamburgers are just wonderful. I come to this place quite often.

Staff will not acknowledge even if you are standing at store front or take your order as drive through if the only priority. Took 10 minutes to place my order as they kept ignoring my presence there and then I still didn’t get the correct food either

Is OK.but ordering takes forever as they focus on completing a skip order than deal with customers in line. Every summer there seems to be alot of flies inside the restaurant

Lazy dumb workers when they use the line, Debt machine not working cash only. Means the team of them don't want to work that day.

Wendy's was really good. Most of the time I will choose the Uncle burger with onion rings and a root beer float. It's great. Staff was wonderful that day. Service with a smile. Love it. Thanks Wendy's.

Trying there new breakfast items loving it wanted them to do breakfast for a long time and there not disappointing

Great service but they routinely leave out items from their core menu items. Have gone many a burger missing tomatoes without any heads up in advance from the kitchen. Relatively quick drive through service and good food though.

Fast service good food.
Even when the lineup is across the parking lot they’ve got a good turn around.

Please someone also waiting the order in their home and and you guys also know the work condition right now, I am not the one driver, Every driver wait there almost 20-25 mins for just 5-7$ order. We know that restuarent is busy but they need to campare the customers and drivers condition. THE COMPANY ALSO PUT THE EFFECT ON OUR ACCOUNT. So, that the humble request to you, Please next time please compromise the drivers amd location sitting customers

Average Wendy's. Missed a frosty in the order but otherwise good, tasted fine. Not spectacular but just average Wendy's food. I guess what sets Wendy's apart from other fast food joints is that they have chili and baked potatoes on the menu alongside burgers.

I had an interview scheduled and was asked by text to confirm that I was attending the interview the day before, but when I went to the interview the manager told me they weren’t hiring for the position that I applied to. Wasted two hours of my life.

I always enjoy Wendy’s fresh fries and burgers, been to many Wendy’s, Its my first time to visit this Wendy’s (@new Westminster), when I step in the door, I could tell it’s a historic store just from their tables and chairs but everything is totally clean and organized, even the toilet. Friendly staffs were serving me with beautiful smile and good service. I will definitely come back! Just wish Wendy’s can dine in on breakfast time in the future ️

12 am main door is closed so i called them cashier mention they closed for walkins and only open for drive thru so everyone need a car to eat

Wendy is okay to visit or have a bite to eat I usually go here to get something little like the chicken strips or nuggets or even the baked potato it's really inexpensive the staff are okay.

The service is really hit and miss if you are expecting fast food. They can't process orders fast enough, either they need more staff or their process needs refinement. If you come in at the wrong time you'll be waiting quite a while. Also the skip the dishes service tends to put large orders in front of walk in traffic so if you time it wrong you might even need a while before you can order. Food is as expected though.

If you feel like throwing 20 bucks away on a couple rotten salads this is your place to go! Ordered a taco salad and the chicken avocado salad and both were full of rotten lettuce. Into the trash my money goes. Never had this issue at the Richmond location. I won't be back to this one in New West. Staff needs to pay more attention. All they had to do was look at the bottom of the container to see it was had.

I like the large chili and baked potatoes with sour cream and chives. My go to place for quick chili meal.

Multiple disappointing experiences over the years. During the last visit in person customer service was poor (no greeting, no receipt, disgruntled attitude). When we asked for our receipt, we were given a wrong one. They screwed up the order and gave us food we did not order and which I cannot eat - even after we verified the order before leaving the location. The one redeeming thing was that they offered to provide food we ordered at no extra charge next time we visit

Don't know if it's all Wendy's or just this one but I was surprised by the quality of their burgers (after avoiding Wendy's nearly my whole life).

The patties were all beef and sizeable, the ingredients were fresh. Take out the fake cheese and you have yourself a quality burger. The fries probably beat all the other fast food competition's.

It's a burger fast food place like many other. But I really like Wendy's meet, it's their differential. So always worth stop by. The covid policies were all in practice as well

The drive thru is very quick for orders. The service is amazingly fast as well. The food tastes good.

Worst experience ever had. We ordered drive thru when we came to the window to get our food their manager (Gurdev) used rude language. It was shocking if a manager is using such bad words to customers what can we expect from other employees. There was other girl she apologized on the behalf of manager but manager showed us too much bad attitude her body language and the way she was rolling her eyes that was totally unacceptable. At least learn manner according to your position.

Messed up mobile orders. There is a difference between mustard and honey mustard on a burger. Multiple occasions. I think they only got it right 1/10 times.

They also only gave 4 pieces of chicken nuggets from a 5 piece order. Super disappointed.

Great salads. I'm a senior and I get the half sized salad, baked potato and a drink for under $7! Can't beat the price or the food.

Just keep driving to a better food option. Been here a hundred times and my order has been right about one quarter of the time. Not a great attention to detail with this location. Out of all the wendys I have been to in the last ten years THIS IS THE WORST Wendys of all. How hard is it to make a burger the way it is on the order ticket. Either this location cant read english or they REALLY just dont care about screwing their customers over in the drive through or for delivery. Would be a zero rating if it were possible.

Our family has a running joke that in the world of fast food, Wendy's in particular will always get out orders wrong. I think that idea came mostly as a result of frequenting this location. The staff are fine people; they just seem to be a lot more prone to screwing up an order completely.moreso than your typical fast-food joint, which says a lot.

For some reason these servers can't be quiet long enough to listen to the order, and screw the order up. Just a warning their manager may want to do their job.

Honestly my favourite Wendy's location! The staff is so friendly and the food is always fresh, hot and delicious. My order is always served in a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend.

No gravy on the poutine. 3 mushrooms on the mushroom burger. Forgot a poutine. Food ice cold. Terrible.

I used to really like this location, the customer service from the staff has diminished though. Service is fairly quick, however not very polite. Recently there have been errors in my orders, which they are willing to fix.

This is definitely one of the best Wendy's locations. Good service and the food is always fresh/made well. Easily 5/5.

This Wendy’s is awful. I’ve ordered food through skip the dishes with them 3 times and every single time they’ve forgotten something. Missing burgers, missing fries, missing ice cream.

Great fast food. Clean friendly staffs. If there's a problem with the orders they always fix right away. Very good food always fresh.i absolutely recommend Wendys @ New Westminster.

Actually got to go in an order. Can not eat in. Take out or drive thru only, so far. Food was fresh. Baked potato w/sour cream n chives: awesome.

In the United States when it is used to hide in McDonald's or Burger King but in cannot Wendy's has reasonable prices great product and I love it just wish I can eat more that me Doc says no more fast food I still Sneak me some once a week

The place was clean, we went inside to order because long lineup at drive through.the signs for exit and enter are well marked.overall good experience during pandemic.

Worst Baconator lettuce wrap I've had at any Wendys. Asked for Extra Lettuce and I don't think they actually added any as it was the usual single leaf of grease soaked lettuce.

I have rarely had issues at this location however today I was met with a very unfriendly person. I had left my bag in the trunk and unfortunately needed to retrieve it in order to pay. Upon letting this person know what I was doing (out of respect) she proceeded to roll her eyes at me. I use to love going to this Wendy's however recently I find a lot of the employees to be rude.

Extremely polite staff but but food quality is low. Burgers are made quite sloppy and food is just thrown into the bag

Was pleasantly surprised doing lunch here as I literally had the best Wendy's Double Burger of my life! I'm not sure if it was because a lady from corporate was there training the staff or because they upped their burger game, but wow, I recomend this Wendy's.

Friendly staff, comfortable dining space.the only real mark down is that their AC kicks in randomly and turns the place into an ice box. So wear your coat!

The wendys in new westminster regularly serves meat that has gone bad. It tastes off, also the fries are not cooked long enough and they taste really bad. I try to avoid eating there.someone needs to investigate and do something about it. This is serious.

It is a wendy's. Like all fast food chains they are all the same. So if you like wendy's you will like this wendy's.

Just had supper (late dinner I guess since its 10pm!) at this location. I've been here a couple of times, usually through the drive thru at night after work and I've never been disappointed. The staff is friendly and my order is always correct. They have the best fries! Always nice and hot.

Not sure how but I ordered a junior Bacon Cheeseburger and they forgot the meat? !? I don't understand how.never had this happen before.unsatisfied.

It's a typical Wendy's. If you need your receipt though, actually check the bag before driving away from the drive through. They love to tell you it's in there when it really isn't.

Always good to enjoy their Burgers, especially when they have a sale! Or when you just want to enjoy a Baconator without a long line-up.

Cash register wasn't working. All garbage cans were overflowing. Ketchup wasn't even put out. And staff wasn't very friendly, just talked to each other in their language

After not having one for about 18 years I am now addicted to the chocolate frosty’s and it tastes just as I remembered. It’s nice to find something too that doesn’t have anything to do with peanuts/nuts as I have a peanut allergy and it’s hard to find treats that doesn’t have something to do with peanut/nut in some form or another. Just wish they would bring back the BIGGIE SIZE option!

If I could give zero stars I would! The service was horrible, the restaurant was empty and they took 15 minutes to make two frostier. I also found what seemed to be pubic hair inside the frosty cup when I got home. Never going there again!
