Wendy's

I gave a 1 star review because they did not listen to what I asked for. They were too busy talking to one another in their own language instead of taking care of customers, I’m all for talking to co-workers but when you have a line up of customers waiting to order, stop the conversation take care of your customers then continue the conversation. My mom cut her finger on the salad container and it took 3 employees to understand that I need a Band-aid for my mom, but never ask if she was okay, and if there was anything they could do. My chicken strips and fries were cold, and I asked for a Coke Zero with no ice and they proceeded to fill the cup up with ice. This is not the first time I had a bad experience at this location.

If management ever see this as an ex-Wendy’s Crew Member here a few tips for you,

1. The Crew Member at the front counter SHOULD NOT have a headset on, there no need to have one on if you dealing with customers INSIDE the store.

2. When making fresh salads in the morning, lettuce should be chopped up properly and tomato’s and lettuce should be fresh.

2. If a customer had hurt themselves inside the store the staff should ensure the customer is okay and if they need anything to make their experience better.

3. When serving food it should always be hot and fresh, should not be serving expired fries or chicken strips to customers.

4. Have Crew Members show down and actually listen to what customers are ordering so it correct the first time.

I gave this place a 2 because the chopped egg in my Cobb salad was pretty good. It seemed like they cut a chunk off a head of lettuce and through it in. Partially brown as well. The tomatoes were old and super squishy. Seems like they cut corners WAY too much.
I don't frequent fast food places, but it used to be consistent, not any more. Do not recommend.

I have had multiple different dissatisfying interactions with this Wendy's and it seems to be becoming more frequent, last 3 orders on skip I have had to ask for a refund because they did not check if the order is actually done, My most recent order was for 4 burgers for my brother and I through SkipTheDishes and after the driver waited for an extra 20 minutes for the order they decided to only give us 1 burger? I've went through the drive-thru and they have multiplied my order without me knowing until I paid as they rarely actually put it up on the screen for you to see. I don't know what is going on in there but I would not suggest any other method than actually going to the store and ordering, also triple check your bag before you leave.the actual food is decent you get what you pay for.

I gave this location another chance after many years of not visiting. AGAIN, they dropped the ball on my order.

They could never get It right before and still can't. I think i'm pretty much done with Wendy's locations in Canada.

They don't live up to the 'origjnal# Wendy's concept.

Just came there a minute ago. The girl on the headset was so rude. Pulled dup at tye window to just voice a concern. She was just raising her voice and not listening. Like seriously. I'm not trying to argue. Just listen buddy. And then the other employees standing to watch. Customer service sucks. Ofcourse I know it's a drive through but attitude like that is a total turn down for regular customers like me. I know this is just a comment but treat others properly. Like shut up not try to race over our voices. I ain't wanna fight u Madam. Worse service ever!

Wow. They are out of Frosty’s, Chili, baked potato, Taco Salad, so we order burgers, fries and drinks. When they come, two out of three of the burgers are the wrong order and there is no ice for the drinks. What is going on here?

A very delicious and cheap place to eat, and if you are in a hurry the service is very fast

Chicken Sandwigh was like they reheated/ microwaved an already deep fried patty. ANYTHING but fresh!

The worst wendy’s i say ever in canada. Staff is so rude. They always misplace your order. PRABH & GAGAN who’s working there, they are so rude. They even don’t know what to do & how to take a order.

It's a place I go to at least once a week. The inside of the store is pleasant and the staff are friendly and well trained. I recommend it.

The fatty working at the drive thru yesterday looked angry that the debit machine wasn't working.

Worse wendys experience ever. They mess up my order give me attitude when I kept trying to order and everytime I'd say an item she handed me the payment device and gave me attitude as if I told her I was done
Employees need training. Food was disgusting couldn't even eat it and coffee tasted disgustingly old. Never again

Order always seems to be wrong. I have to repeat myself at speaker two or three times.no one seems happy working here

So slow no one would take my order and there was no one The restraunt they kept giving me the wrong food and forgetting things to think they ignore the people inside to accommodate the drive thru I guy ordered ahead of time and they kept asking if he was Uber its so

Burger bun wasn't very fresh. It was all dried out. Asked for fries with no salt and got fries with salt!

Not a good places for a late night dine in.

They close at midnight but we were asked to leave at 10: 40pm -11: 00pm seemed very impatient while we waited for our food to come out.

Most definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

This has to be the worst Wendy's location. Staff don't care, all chatting away, talking amongst themselves. The worst manager there this evening, June 27th/23, is absolutely useless. Will be contacting their General Manager.

Food and service is usually decent here, but they did not bring out the ketchup pump even i told them.

Ordered through uber eats, and it arrived quite quickly. They apparently didn't have chili for the fries I ordered ready, so they sent me poutine instead. That's alright! Thanks guys! Tasted great.

I personally go here whenever I feel sad or If I have an empty stomach. It cheers me up and fills my stomach! 10/10 (though the only thing I would've prefer Is If It would be closer to the neighborhood then near the highway cuz personally, I think a Wendy's that's closer to home would be better

Food was good. Buns seemed even better this time. But the staff seemed like they were having a bad day. They were super slow and not greeting customers, like they didn't want more orders or something.

First, it was really slow for pickup by skip; secondly, they were missing the chicken nuggets again. Pls just to check you really got all the items; Finally, it seemed you were training a new stuff. But pls checked the order before she passed to the customers
