Had the Asiago Chicken club Classic for dinner out with my grandson. Loved it. Perfectly made! Delicious.

Rude cashier's, these people can't even do there job nor answer questions about there menu witch they are suppose to do if they are working with public they are suppose to be willing and able to answer and questions for humans, blow off for people who will get a chromes attack from wrong ingredients should have to worry because your guys staff fail at ever part of there job. Everywhere else in Kamloops is better this this store go to any other Wendy's this one's staff are horrible people and workers

Emilio has excellent customer service. I ordered a JBC but didn’t receive what I ordered. Emilio had just stepped on the floor to start his shift when I approached the counter to get my order corrected. He was extremely quick to get to get it done, I probably waited less than a minute. I’m highly impressed with Wendy’s customer service.

Just bought double cheese burger and chicken sandwich combos. Usually good food but this time both sandwiches and fries were like eating straight salt. Could only chew 2 times and had to spit it out, fries and sandwiches. They really need to have more quality control. Who ever is on supervisor this time and location should be reprimanded or fired. This was Sunday Oct. 3rd T valleyview location. Shame on you!

I went to the Wendy's in Salmon Arm. Had a coupon for a meal but didn't want to soda. The girl at drive thru looked so confused while trying g to ring it in, then she turned to me and said I had to take the drink or just order a burger and fries. All she had to do was enter the order with the coupon and omit giving me the drink. There was quite a difference in price. So I ended up taking the drink, which I promptly tossed in the garbage. Could have saved the cup, straw, and lid from being wasted. Can't fix dumb.

I was very disappointed in my order tonight, I was missing a classic asiago club which I paid for. The service was very unprofessional and was quite rude. Host: Parth, Cashier: Lovely, order #3338.

Can't beat a dollar frosty! Was expecting the frosticino to be a bit better, but it was only a dollar as well, so in a pinch is a pick me up.

Friendly and efficient staff and delicious food!
The renovations are comfortable and clean!

I don't understand how as a restaurant you run out of the ingredients required to make a salad. Then I get handed the wrong sized drink and with regular fries not poutine.

We were also the only ones in the drive thru so there was no rush to get the order out the window. I was honestly impressed that one man could make so many mistakes in a 3 minute time frame.

3rd time in a row that my order was incomplete and I had to drive back and get the rest of my order. Staff were friendly. Food was good (or what you would expect from fast food).

The staff were particularly friendly during this drive through visit. A pleasant interaction is appreciated.

What can I say? I went there to buy baked potatoes for my kids, and they had rotten potatoes. Like, I saw the cook come to the front with a potato and he pulled it apart to the cashier to show it was rotten, and that he wasn't going to be able to make baked potatoes. Yum!

Allergy alert! Horrible service. No one listens to the specific instructions or requests and all the food was wrong. Allergy to onions and tomatoes on the burgers, they couldn't even get that right. Apple pecan salad, allergy to penicillin, request to have blue cheese swapped for cheddar. Both salads come with blue cheese. Incompetence is hard to overcome these days.

I stopped in on my way home from Costco. The resurant was clean. I also had a great experience with the food. Hot, fresh, tasty. Also, the staff was very kind, friendly.

We ordered 3 chicken strip meals and one spicy chicken meal. All the chicken strip meals were cold and tasted like rubber. The spicy chicken was hot.

Wendys has my favorite burgers. Specifically Dave's double. Walked into the Wendy's here in kamloops and got my burger with 2 minutes. Can't complain

15 minutes in drive thru to get 2 jr deluxe burgers with no cheese. Left got a block away. Pulled over to eat as their lot was full. Got 2 burgers with ketchup and mustard. Nothing else. No usual lettuce, tomato, onions, Worse than a Macdonald's regular burger. Checked other same. Went to go back and drive thru was real busy as they were the slowest I've been to in years. So drove around and thru bag and all on sidewalk by door. Will never go their ever again Wendy's always been my choice for burgers. But with poor service in prince George and now Kamloops. Off my lust. Not the first time I've complained
And never a reply. So I'm done

The Valleyview location is pretty consistent with quality and appearance. Order is usually correct and appearance of foods look neatly made and not like it was slapped together and poorly wrapped.

Upon arriving at this Wendy's and walking in to the restaurant the overwhelming smell of rancid fat hit us. As we wanted to try the firey chicken with jalapeño we endured.
What a joke no organization or clear speaking service, people waiting for orders and it was not even busy.
