Wendy's

What happened to my Wendy's? They have a new slogan "best fries, no lies". But in fact it's a lie. They changed their fries to make them similar size to the golden arches but are inferior in ever way. Their old fries were good unlike their new version.
Their burgers have shrunk in size too. Maybe they're the same weight but I'm assuming they're using fillers. There's less seasoning too.

Maybe it's time Wendy's pull out of Canada like they have in many other countries.

If you want burgers go elsewhere. Full stop.

Well a good place if you want something to take away with you or for a short time meal. It has a good and cozy environment.

Super friendly staff. They were able to resolve my mobile order complications. Fast service and plenty of parking outside. Seating were spacious and clean. Recommended!

Busy location but staff keeps it rolling at efficient speed. Busy means food is fresh and hot, which it was.

Me and my daughter ordered their salad and got diarrhea so I thought maybe something else then happens again after a few months ordered same thing and we know for sure we are not allergic to any vegetables.

They changed their fries, so much better. I wasn't a fan of them before but now I'd say they are really good. One thing would be to put the new fries into the poutine, just food for thought.

Very poor customer service. Staff is too rude. They even don’t know how to talk to the customers. I usually went there but today the girl who is working at the front is too rude.

Went there in the evening, 7 ish, busy time. They have a solid team there getting everyone's order right n asap.

Very friendly driver through lady, we got two 99cent frosties and will continue until the promo is over. Entrance is near a corner / busy intersection; be careful pulling in. Also, take the drive through corner WIDE so avoided rubbing your nice tires and rims unlike the person infront of us

Pros:
-love the salad selection
-love the chili, baked potatoes, sea salt fries (sets them apart from the other fast food joints)
-the quality of the burgers (good quality beef, burgers have all the fixings, even the jr.burgers)
-friendly drive thru staff

Cons:
-limited parking spots

Overall, I would definitely choose Wendy's over McDonalds any day!

Not following the protocol. The cashier was touching food then served us. We paid cash then she touched everything without washing it Channing her gloves. Kinda gross.

Wendy's has the best beef burgers of all fast food IMO. This Wendy's food was as consistent as others but they forgot a portion of my order at the take out window. Always check your order before driving off. The remainder of my order was made, but was not given to me until I mentioned what I was missing. It's probably an honest mistake so all is good.

Always something with this location this time cashier was terrible. The pop machine went back twice till got a decent soda. All were mixed wrong. And so warm even with ice

When you go through the drive through to pickup a mobile order make sure you check your whole order Before you drive away. The extras I paid for my salad brought my order up to $29.00 yet what I received had no extra*d.

Chicken strips smaller than usual, new strawberry frosty is really good. Still has that weird diesel like taste all the ice cream does.what is that taste?

Just recently tried the Strawberry frosty, thats only on for a limited time. It was vanilla with a hint of Strawberry. So cheap, especially when going through the drive through.

Food is always delicious and there's a nice selection on the menu, better than most, and there's the baconator need. I say more

Good location and quick service with good covid protocols and clean in dining experience. Chicken burgers are real good and staff real good. Busy during lunch time but still quick service and hot food with almost no mistakes. Close to all kinds of stuff and decent parking.

I go to a few different Wendy's and this one consistently has great tasting food and friendly staff.

This Wendy's is always quick and hot and fresh. I usually use drive through though I don't know how it is dining inside, but compared to many drive-thru places in lower mainland for some reason they got it going on correctly here

I spent which seemed like forever in the Drive-thru which was not very busy. Service was very slow but the food tastes good just like any other Wendy's

Manager's customer service is poor and when I asked her for her name she refused to give it. I was never given a receipt so I wouldn't be able to file a complaint against her. I've been a customer for over 15 years at this location never had an issue till today and the manger failed.

Why does their coke taste so weird? And why do they always ask at the end of each item "is that everything? " The customer will tell you when they are done. Not uncommon for them to get the order wrong here too.

I was deeply disappointed when I went here last night and the hours on their door say that they are open until 11pm but they were closed at 10 when I was there. There are no signs saying that the inside is closed and they wouldn't help us at the drive thru either.

This place has the good frosties that are hard and not runny. Also when you ask for a large ice water you actually get a large ice water! A+ job!

Food quality not up to the mark and the pricing is not justified according to taste and size of food

The drive through is very busy but there is good seating inside with good distancing between tables

Food is good at Wendy's. Staff tries hard to accommodate the customer needs. They seem to focus on drive thru more as front counter. People tend to wait uncomfortably as they see cara pass by with their food while the rest waits in line. Location needs find proper balance on staffing especially during peak times

This is truly a 4 star Wendy's although it could easily be 5 stars. The drive thru is quick and food quality is great. It is a bit of a pain to get into coming from the opposite direction as it requires a left turn, u-turn and then a right turn into the establishment. This could easily be alleviated with an alternate entrance on the side similar to what McDonald's has. The service is usually fine but they have often forgotten sauces I've asked for, and on a separate occasion an order of medium fries was missing from our meal that they didn't believe they had forgotten. Wendy's has great food quality and some of the best chicken I've had at a fast food joint and I still continue to enjoy this restaurant even with the few service issues.

Terrible customer service, their drive through takes forever and no one is ever at the cash register. Their attitude does not make it welcoming at all, and only reason I go there is because it's so close.

No one cleaned the table. We were looking for a seat, but saw some guests eating their own bananas and noodles

One of the cleaner Wendy's I've been to! Food was good as expected but service was pretty subpar. Maybe it was just a busy day.

Convenient place to eat after shopping nearby. Store can be a little bit cleaner in the dinner area and please replace those chairs.about 70% of the chairs are wobbly and has paper towel on the bottom so it can hold.

Burgers so greasy that they slide too slowly down the esophagus, and thus lingering too long on the tastebuds.

Food was decent. Fries were hot. As you can see by the photo they were definitely behind in their orders. But they handle it well and with Grace and politeness.

The food is usually good at this location, but they pretty much always forget something you ordered. Make sure to check that everything is in the bag before leaving.

One tip i can give is ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER AND KEEP THE RECEIPT! Specially in drive thru order! For some reason this location always messed up my order.i get it, its fast food but this happen too often.its just a waste of time coming back for a simple mistake.

Everything was good except for that the tomatoes weren't ripe enough. They were tasteless and had a very plant-like texture.

I had cheddar cheese burger in here, i had stomach ache like 4-5 hours, what made that burger from god knows, i never eat fast food again

But staff was very rude and unprofessional. They were very rude to me and everything can be said in polite manner, they must know this or you should teach them.

Good food, drive through communication is bad and they don't review the order. Have to pull up to the window to learn they made the wrong thing.

A little difficult to find the parking entrance during rush hour but aleays great drive-through and in-house service. The staff here always go out of the way to ensure your order is right.
