I went there to pick up DoorDash order and there was 0 customer and all the employees were Punjabi’s …. I don’t wanna criticize someone but those girls were just talking to each other like they were at picnic or something they don’t care that somebody is standing there …. For real this is so stupid …. It’s not professional at all and then manager just came out and just said hey girls, somebody is standing but still they don’t care

I am repulsed and absolutely disgusted by the portions and the pricing of FAST FOOD. I ordered a large fry, a small Cesar and the junior bacon cheeseburger. All this wracked up to $15. Now, in this economy it doesn’t seem bad… WRONG. The small Cesar was $9.59 and was about a tiny 4 inch by 6 inch and 1 inch deep…. Absolute scam. The fries were soggy at best and the burger was disappointing, it was an after thought with microwaved bread on top of fake cheese and a messy combination of thin lettuce and patty. What has happened to Wendy’s.

They made me tap twice saying my card didn’t process, even though it beeped properly both times. Surprise, surprise, I was double billed. They persisted in saying it didn’t go through and to call my bank. I sat on hold to be told that they have both payments and there’s nothing they can do. Horrible service, didn’t even acknowledge that it was a problem. It’s not about the amount of money, but is the principle of it. I won’t be back.

Was near closing time, there was 20 of us from out of town the manager ishiqa accommodated us accordingly in a fast manner the service was on point and everything was fresh

Very cold place and frosty is a laugh here they are so tiny a small is like 4 spoonfuls and cost almost $3

It's wendys. Consistent food from the menu, handled a drive-through goof up pleasantly and professionally.

The staff here has no real training and just seem to be running around like chickens with their heads cut off.there is no real leadership and defiantly no accountability and if you dare complain about the food you're just told to nice F&&K off and go else where

Ordered chili and spicy chicken in drive thru. Chicken was old. Chili was ice cold. No spoon, no crackers and no hot sauce. Not the 1sttime we have been disappointed in this location.

Got take out. Had to wait.so part of my order was toasty hot and part just tepid. I was offered fresh.but I was in a hurry.

Service was minimal with staff giving as much effort as IDGAF attitude now. The app doesn't work when it needs to and offers are minimal. I've always liked Wendy's but this one is just the one I would go to. Hope it changes!

I was here being refunded for a 2 hour wait the other day that required calling head office to get my money back because the food was awful.

Not a well organized Wendy's it took entirely too long for our food. The poor lady working the front was getting no from anyone despite her asking for help. On top of everything they would accept the coupon for a spicy chicken sandwich on a non spicy chicken sandwich. Seems petty to me

Rude staff, cancelled a burger before paying and they gave me the burger i canceled, but took out the burger i wanted.completely incompetent staff, i recommend going to another wendys but not this one

The kitchen looked pretty dirty, the garbages were overflowing, the dining room smelled like BO but my food was good.

This Wendy's is the most consistently good location I've found yet. Recently moved closer to it they seem to be using the older flat grill the food is way better than the locations that have the newer equipment. They are always friendly, the food has been done right no matter the order and I've never waited in line for a disportionate amount of time. Honestly 9.5/10 because nothing is perfect but they're close.

This is always the amount of lettuce at this location. Is there a shortage I don't know about?

Went through the drive through at 10pm May 20th. Lady on the speaker was rude and only let us order one thing before cutting us off and sending us to the next window to pay.

The app says the dining room is open for breakfast, but it is not. Had to get my order from the drive thru and eat it in my car.

The new breakfast is really good, but it isn’t super clear that the dining room only opens at 9. I saw probably 5 people try to go in and just think they were closed so they left without trying the drive thru

Sell taco salad with out chips or salsa and then no fork to eat the salad with. Don’t have the common courtesy to let you know when you are in the drive thru but instead for you to find out once you get to your location. Very disappointed that the staff don’t meet what they claim in their advertisement.

This place is really nice. I packed two burgers with drive-throughs. The burger was delicious and staff was kind.

Typical fast joint, nothing fancy in fact they lack technology for reorders and parking stalls for app orders.staff are not quick enough for delivery orders! Feels gloomy inside and menu is mid-high range in price!

It has a very delicious hamburger and i want to visit this place more in the near future. I will ALWAYS go to that place as its food is SO BEAUTIFULLY DELICIOUS

16: 20 today, Feb 5. Pulled up to drive thru. Waited for the two cars in front to be served. They left. No cars remained. Nothing from the speaker box. I reminded them we were there. Silence. Informed we were leaving. Silence. I left. Hopefully the cars behind me got some food. Doubt I would try this location again despite being nearby.

Hit up the drive thru in my way home from a long day at work. It was a good hot meal and good service

I'm a big fan, I especially like the junior bacon cheese burger, to me it's the perfect ratio of bun to meat to bacon on the market, and inexpensive

They Forgot 2 of my large chilies. So I phoned down to complain. But the manager in charge offers to comp our next meal there (tomorrow) Thats good service. I will let you know how it goes

Same ole burgersbut the new strawberry frosters you would think they'd color them a bit pink or reddish. They just dont have that strawberry feeling

Always good, great food at Wendy's. The other place I won't mention, gives you the skinny stab fries, and baby-sized burgers. The quality, and taste at Wendy's has been unbeaten for years! No comparison. The "Frostee" is freakin' excellent!

Fresh. Staff was obviously flustered by how busy the drive thru was and messed up my order, but good was still good. Amazing fries saved the day

UPDATE: April 11,2021 11: 20 Very rude staff again. Did not even greet us at the speaker. A lady who was looking like a manager seemed to be having a bad day and did not even greet us as well. Just handed the food left. Gave us the wrong drinks. No one seemed to want to be at work or they hate their jobs.

Some of the staff members are very rude and I have caught them talking, in punjabi, about customers that are dining in and they are not saying nice things. Seriously if you do not like the job then work elsewhere and stop messing up orders.

Went drive through, got home got 2 combo both with small Caesar salads and barely any lettuce. I see the most of the black tray with the lid on. Disappointed with quality of this order.

The lady Adele that works there is just wayyyy too much to deal with when ur looking to just put ur head down and munch a burger back. She's over the top with the covid regulations and is almost too nice. Its awkward and she asks ur lifestory holding u hostage for a burger u ordered and paid for. Lol but seriously too much.sry Adele!

Tjis 9s the worst food and customer servoce place o have ever entertainwd. There is no accomodating the cusromer satisfsction. Misleading advertising and rude employees who couldn't care less about the value of a paying customer. Terrible.

Freezing cold inside.
Started shivering almost, and had a hoody on.
My daughter, and grandson cold too, and they had jackets on as well.done up.
Food was good.
We were the only, maybe 5, people in the restaurant, over a half hour period.

Taco Salad was very good, the chili is much smaller now tho. Covid protocols are in place. Burgers need to be hot not warm. Seating is allowed & tables are all very clean. Lots of parking available. 4

Drive thru seemed a bit of a "gong show" and it wasn't even that busy. Nobody was inside even, as I had to go in, after going through drive thru, as they had forgotten to give a frosty. I had grabbed the frosty, just to learn it was wrong size. I could not even compare order as they never given us a receipt. More than frustrated I just simply left. I give 2 stars instead of one because the food was delicious though!

They stop serving food at like 10pm and just sit in the store collecting pay for doing nothing for hours

Says they’re open to 1am daily, but it really depends on if the staff is feeling up to serving you or not.

Tried drive thru at 12am lights for drive thru were still on.when I get to the menu I waited for a good 3 minutes for someone to answer before I start to speak myself.no answer.after a few seconds the lights go off. I drive thru I see the guy just standing in the kitchen with the headset on.very poor service.open to 1am they say. I disagree.

The old chubby white hair lady at the counter top it's the worst of this place beside that food is ok

Awesome and great food. They have consistently served us food that is really good. Staff needs to smile more though, as they are doing a great job.

This particular location on 200th right off the exit is fairly ghetto. Doesnt have one of those awesome freestyle pop machines and the inside is old. Got a baconator combo. Burger was awesome. Tonnes of perfectly cooked bacon. Fries were gross because Wendy's fries are nasty as it is.

I have gone here alot and never received as bad service as l have before. You guys are usually known for being kinder and patient. I felt very rushed, and like she was frustrated with me before even talking to me.

The decline of Wendy's is in full swing.smaller portions for same or more money.and hit or miss accuracy on the order.its quite simple.if I order a drink with no ice.it should have.wait for it.no ice.upside.the fries were fresh and weren't 50/50 fries and salt. (looking at you Wendy's at Mt Lehman road)

I went to this location today for lunch and used the drive thru. The lady was very polite and friendly I placed my order for a combo number one the lady tried to upsell me and said no thank you. I proceeded to the window to pay and lady gave me a very large coke I explained that I never ordered and large coke with my order. The lady gave me a really bad time in the future I will avoid this location.

Went through the drive thru and they gave me raw meat. I went back through and told them it was raw and nothing was done. They just took it out of my hand and gave me a new one without even saying sorry. Will not be returning to this location

Adele is the star at this location. Outstanding service; she anticipates customer needs and exceeds their expectations. It’s always a pleasure to be greeted by Adele.

Hot n fresh but last few times we have been there the single burgers are barely done and excessively greasy to the point it overrides everything else

Typical Wendys. Lobby is dated but I don't go for the comfort and views. Staff is friendly and food is par for the course.

Not bad but not great. The old location on 96th used to have the best chili I've ever had but the chili here is just OK. The burgers here are hit and miss. One of my favorite fast food places in the walnut grove area.

Worst place to work at. I was an employee here from Aug 2017 to April 2018. Before being hired I had an commitment with my manager (Sharan Mangat) that I had to work there for 6 months however, after my commitment for 6 months I decided to ask for an transfer somewhere near my house due to my study load and her response was “Sorry I have left giving people transfers”. Lucky after 2 months I moved to my new house which was now even more closer to the Wendy's I was asking transfer for. Since my manger wasn’t agreeing to give me transfer I decided to quit the job and then apply to the one near my house. After handing my resignation letter she responded by saying ”I can give you a transfer to the Wendys near your house”. I was very happy without knowing what was going to happen later. I kept applying to the Wendys near my house and the manager kept taking my number again and again but never called me. After meeting the manager face to face she told me why she was not able to hire me even when she really needed someone to work for her, it was because my previous manager had not given a good reference about me moreover, I feel she didn’t hire me because it would affect hers and my previous managers relationship. Even if she didn’t wanted to give me transfer why would she say that at the first place because it basically wasted a lot of time of mine. The thing that still hurts me is I was only 14 years old at that time what would have I done wrong to her because I had always respected her and other coworkers. Why would someone do that? I hope someone in higher position reads this and takes action against her because it clearly shows how she played with my career and future.

It was Delicious. It was fast. The crew here was friendly and great at taking order I will definitely be back. The food wasn't cold. And was gone before we knew it. So we will be back to get more when we are feeling Wendy's. Good job!

Food was good and made well also the order was big enough for $2 more I got free Frosty's for the summer.how sweet it is and now my daughter loves me even more lol.

I have been working at this Wendys location from November 2017 to January 2019. I gave the manager Sharon my working hours for the week and weekends, after a few months she would ignore the times I could work until. She would make me work until 11: 30 on a school night when I told her I couldn’t work more then 10: 00 and same for the weekends. I told her maximum midnight and I got scheduled for 1: 30am. I would work drive thru at nights and asked for a Wendys sweater the general manager (Sharon) would not give me one after working there for a year but gives one to another employee working on sandwiches who recently got hired. Also when I needed the occasional day off she would schedule me and make it extremely difficult for me to take the day off. Example i had a soccer tournament last spring she threatened to fire me. And whenever the store would phone me to cover someone’s shift I would always come in. I worked there for over one year i have NEVER once called in sick. When i resigned due to the late hours I was given, I then applied to a new wendys near my home (I had a interview with the manager at the store, she said she would hire me as long as the store manager sharon gave me a good reference and even told me I could start my orientation this weekend, pending on sharons reference) when I phone the store back the manager said I cant hire you, you did not get a good reference.

How was Wendy's. Honestly? Am I allowed to say diarrhea on here. If not, then. It made me very sick, out the wrong end! ¡ and I have been burping something that smells the same. I'll let you know when I'm done how I REALLY feel about Wendy's, ok?
