Wendy's

I always come to this Wendy's establishment in Delta, BC.and the staff there is very friendly. I would like to take this opportunity and show my gratitude towards employee name Jessie working there in the morning. She always go beyond and takes her work seriously thus providing me great customer service. Thank you Jessie for doing a great job and getting people their food warm and fresh.

Worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. The staff has no clue what they are doing. Dave Thomas must turning in his grave.

This wendy' s restaurant is very good because I like it's service, speed, work. Freshness of food, cleaning, friendly staff. All this made it a good dining place

Wait for long time (more than 20 mins) to get my breakfast even I ordered by mobile app. They seems didn’t start to prepare anything at 8: 30pm.

Me and two friends visited this Wendy's when the place was almost empty yet the staff somehow managed to screw up each one of our orders, either by serving the wrong item or in my case giving me a 'taco salad' without the taco filling. Geez.

HORRIBLE!

First, nobody was interested in taking the order. 4 staff members made eye contact, after "Hi, hello, just a sec please". Busy in packing delivery order or catering drive through.

Now, when 1 becomes available, she has no customer service at all. Loud, unhappy and just want to get over it!

My order was just a small "Frosty-Cinno".

Wendy's description:
" a $1.99 Frosty-ccino made with our iconic Frosty cream and Iced Coffee—both in your choice of chocolate or vanilla"

First, there is no coffee. Second, I can't taste any Frosty cream. I saw her putting a chocolate liquid in my cup!

IT WAS LITERALLY CHOCOLATE MILK WITH ADDED WATER AND ICE CUBES.
First time, and very disappointing!

Very clean and friendly staffs. Plenty of room to dine in. Convenient for trucker. The side road is convenient to park just to buy not for camping. End of the road make a U turn and be out on your way.

Place is dirty, you can smell the bathroom in the restaurant, food splattered on windows, tables not wiped down, wont be back

Needs more seats sooo busy but still faster than M***d's and better.
Friendly service

Super Long waiting time for the breakfast today, but only few customers. Stuff is not friendly.

The service is wonderful, kind, friendly, and happy employees. The food was very good, and it was served hot and fast.

I was very excited for my Wendy's lunch before returning to work. 3 orders of nuggets, small fries, and a coke.

However ya'll forgot the small fries completely but you made sure to charge me for it. The nuggets, which are a blessing to fast food consumers, didn't hit the same knowing my small fries was still out there.

I can't go back to get those fries cause I'm at work now, but I want someone at that store to see my grumpy review.

I purchased the six piece french toast sticks and a sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a croissant but for the second time I didn’t get my sausage patty on my breakfast sandwich (both times)!

Not sure what to expect from a traffic heavy location

- no soap in bathroom
- no hand sanitizer
- toilet was plugged

Burger was up to Wendy’s standards. Salad was full of wilted lettuce.

French toast sticks. I see adds and this was my third attempt to get them. After a fairy Ling wait she hands me a bag and says sorry we have no syrup. I looked dumbfounded and said that's a huge part of French toast. She said she would ask Tim Hortons for some. Another wait and she hands me 2 packs and later I found that they were honey. How can you not have syrup? 1st try the wire closed. My bad. Second try was at night and they only serve mornings so I ordered a burger which was cold ND a frosty that was cold and delicious. Now I got some greasy fried bread. Maybe I'll stick with Burger King.

I often visit this restaurant for lunch. Highly recommended this place. You might have to wait for a little but you’ll get the fresh food always. Staff members are really nice and always greeted you with the smile.
Keep up the good work

Picked up lunch on Friday and went back to work to eat. Ordered 3 jr bacon cheeseburgers, Ketchup ONLY. Get to work and there is Mayo on one, and it appears they put Mayo on the other 2 but attempted to wipe it off but didn't. Last time I was on the way to a medical appointment and basically put everything on it.

Not pleased with the lack of service. I shouldn't have to take time to come back and fix things. What if I was allergic to one of these items? Service needs to be better, people need to pay attention to what they are doing.

The single most inept and brain dead staff I have ever dealt with at any fast food place anywhere. Between messing up orders, clearing orders without actually serving them and the attitude you get when you point out a mistake I'm surprised the entire store hasn't been fired from corporate.
Idc if I'm starving and theyre the only place open on the island, I'd rather walk across the Alex Fraser with broken glass shoes than EVER go back there.
The staff either have the IQ of room temperature in mid winter or theyre malicious, and the mkanagement are at best oblivious and at worse are complicit.

Update 9/mo later: My coworker just went there and asked for sandwhiches with only ketchup. They put everything on, recognized the mistake and tried wiping it off to try and hide it. How are you this inept? I mean seriously, it's now not just that you made the mistake but you try and cover it up. Absolutley ridiculous

You guys need to fix that huge pothole at the entrance.it's been there forever.
Other than that friendly staff, and my food has always been good quality.
But seriously fix that pothole!
