This is the best Wendy's in Canada. Even with custom orders, it's always ready within 30 seconds. Friendly staff, fantastic service.

Wendy's "Quality Choices" are fantastic value. Jr Bacon Cheeseburger especially so. Drinks are overpriced, but if you're looking for food and caloric value. "Quality Choices" are unbeatable.

Delicious breakfast sandwhich, and the mojo things were very good as well with honey mustard dipping sauce. Didn’t like the coffee though, 2/3 not bad. I ordered the baconator breaky sandwhich.

OK but nothing special. The soda dispensing machine isn't very intuitive and there are too many "touch" items on it in a post-COVID Era.

Ordered a #2 combo, no ice tea available, didn't open my meal till I was on the road, burger was overcooked and dry, the patties where thinner then a jbc patty, fries were cold. The prices have gone up about $3 per combo they have no problems charging premium prices for sub par food. Wendy's has always been my go to fast food stop I'm afraid I'd never eat there again. Sad as I've been a customer since they first opened on Scott road many decades ago. Another icon destroyed by greed

So busy. Service is just enough to get the food out, very impersonal. Food is decent, few mistakes. It’s fast food, you get what you pay for. Could be cleaner and more organized. Trying to go completely kiosk ordering. A little kaotic.

Combining Tim Hortons with Wendy's with a genius feet you have the best drinks in the world combined with the dessert of a ice cream treat and burgers that do not cut corners. It's nice to know that someone was thinking when they created this venue of business combinations. I have only they would staff it with people that actually cared and were able to follow through on the order

June 23rd 900pm 2 large chilies took them out of the bag! Both chilies were not even filled half way! If you didn't have enough for a small! Ripped us off twice! Not right!

This location in Abbotsford was dirty, the bathrooms, dirty and no toilet paper. Then on the tims side, let's just say more racism.

Your buns are spungey and dry and your fountain pop tastes like it's a blend of all the flavors. If it wasn't for the burger grease, bacon, lettuce and tomatoes I would have thought I was eating the Burger Kings socks.

Worst Wendy's location. Service sucks and the food is even worse. Avoid this place. They rarely get an order correct. Save your money and go elsewhere. It isn't just this location. The majority of the Wendy's in the lower mainland are the same. Gross and a waste of money.

I was very disappointed! Wendy's used to be my favorite for a burger. Not anymore! They've changed their bun and I'm not sure what else but it wasn't the same. The quality has gone down but the price continues to rise. The fries were old and cold.

The eating area was dirty. But it is not only a problem of the premises, but of the people who do not clean their garbage

Horrible and disgusting location service! Took two spicy chicken burgers through drive-through and when I got to the middle of the patty it was raw! Puked twice since already, it is disgusting! Will not ever go back. They should be closed down, Hope don’t get salmonella!

Grabbed a quick bite last night and took it to go. Got home, turned on a movie in the bedroom, and ate the fries before starting on the burger. I got 1/4 - 1/2 way through before noticing what appeared to be raw meat. I took the burger to the kitchen for a closer inspection under better lighting and confirmed my suspicions - I ate raw burger. I drove back down to Wendy's and asked for the manager. She told me to wait for a new one to which I politely declined. I requested a refund instead. Because I had used a coupon for the meal, I was only reimbursed $5.00 for the sandwich. I asked if I would be getting a full refund, to which she stated "No because you ate the fries. " I am now missing a day of work because of food poisoning due to negligence and improper food handling.
Thanks, Wendy's. DO BETTER.

Ordered 2 South western salads. Very fresh, chicken warm. Service slow.
Restaurant tables needed cleaning

I did a mobile order for this location, watched them put my food out, and then they proceeded to keep it behind the counter for 10 minutes. By the time we got it, everything was cold and we had to ask for the fries to be remade.

After I recieved my order, I completed the survey and when I went to the front to get the burger, I showed my code and then they just left without giving me anything. I waited another 5 minutes and then just left, very poor service staff.

Very disappointed from the experience.

Probably the worst Chili Cheese Nachos and Junior Cheese Burger Deluxe I have had in a long time. Handling orders with no gloves, one only worries what those hands have touched. Many people behind the counter BS’ing and the floor in the kitchen area looks horrendous. It’s surprising that they don’t have a rodent issue in there. Found the front end staff very non interactive. In situations like this you have to blame the franchise owner or manager for lack of training and drive. Finding staff is not the issue ……. It’s the training to be done. The sad thing about these type of reviews is the go no where and upper management does nothing to rectify the situation……. Very sad!
