Wendy's is not even worth going having to go recite my order over 9 times and still missing half my order on the receipt is pathetic i can hardly call this fast food it's just a waste of money

***Attention franchise owner of this location***
Giving international students an opportunity to start their carreer is a great thing, but please make sure they follow canadian customer service standards as well.
I was here the other day and could hear some sort of multi lingual commotion from the kitchen area (not just one foregine language, i reconganised multiple) conversation/argument between the staffs. The kid upfornt was on ear pods (not the order taking headsets, it was ear pods) while taking orders and could see her shyly smiling and responding to the call she was with someone on the other end of the phone. And the whole attitude was " what you want? Just get what we have and leave". I understand it might have been a long day for them, dont have to make me feel welcomed as well, but this attitude is incorrect.
Also, please train them to make a proper burger atleast while working in a fast food chain that mainly sells burger. I ordered take out, only to realise that my burger was super cold (i opened it within 2 mins, but was already driving away on the alaskan highway so couldint go back). In my experience with wendy's take away, i always had to wait 2 mints after opening the package for it to cool down a bit so that the molten cheese wont burn my tounge. But, this burger had the cheese slice as is. So was the chicken nuggets, cold and soggy.
I really hope this review helps this location to improve their service
P. S: Heard from some local co workers that they are avoiding many fast food chains due to these bad attitude and customer service from inernational students.

Was my favorite breakfast fast food joint but the employees dont listen to your order at all forget things constantly no cheese and other things when i specifically ask for them.

Workers with bad customer service with no clear English. We ordered chicken burgers, they served us chicken with pork slices.

The burger was good but it was not wrap properly, and the customer service is not good and also the order was slow considering it's not that busy during that time.

No Fries? What is a meal without fries? It's one star it what it is.
The loneliest Wendy's I have ever seen. They make a mean chili cheese nachos though, if you can overlook why that meat is a little extra chewy.

Burnt charcoaled blackened bacon on the potato and burger warm ice tea / no ice snarky rude service when i asked the server to do it right and add ice.long wait in drive thru because of lazy employees that are incompetent with poor attitudes.

Great job! I ordered later at night and wasn't expecting much, but the crew at Wendy's came through. Perfect burger, potato and order

Took 3 tries to make my baked potato correctly. I'm sure my dog could have done a better job.

The drive-through is quick and efficient. Staff is mostly friendly. The chili and the chocolate froster are great. I believe that Wendy's chili is far better than Tim Hortons chili. The restaurant is clean, and seating is adequate. Parking is good.

Tried the breakfast for the first time here. It was really good, especially for a mass chain like Wendy's I honestly thought it wasn't going to be super great. But I was pleasantly surprised. Good job Wendy's

Stopped in today (Dec 5 2022) and what can I say I got my triple Burger and It was wrapped like a Christmas gift and was well put together picture perfect

I went to Wendy's for the first time. I'm not complaining. It was excellent, I ate very well, the delicious meat tasted fresh.
