Horrible service absolute idiots work there messed up our order so we went back and they messed up twice.

The girl taking my order in the drive-thru was kind of impatient and their line wasn't even busy so that was annoying but I like their food enough.

It is not the best but if it fulfills its purpose, good quality, good service and if they have coupons there is a good discount

1/5 for breakfast which is the worst. The bun was dry and the wedges were nearly edible. 2/5 for the coffee not the best coffee I had but not the worst. 5/5 for customer service and cleanness of resturant.

Doesn’t smell good! When you enter you can smell the burnt oil, it turns off your craving sense! At least it was like that for me when I visited this location, food was not what I expected, fortunately I wasn’t with my kid.

Food was good. Service was trash. Staff was more interested in gossiping than taking orders.

I’m beyond disgusted, I just got the new ghost pepper fries and there drenched in oil and so was the bag that I got the fries in. I got oil all over my pants. Also the fries were half uncooked.

Nice burger. Fries didn't look inspiring but were delicious. Update; food poisoning later that night. The never frozen bit might have been at fault.

Customer service has gone down hill. Had a full large drink fall out of the drink try through my widow when passed to me, covering my driver's side floor, offered 3 napkins to clean it up, and then when they replaced the drink, filled it half full and then the other half with ice, smh

Food is good, but the wait is too long. I’ve been there a few times and it’s always at least 10 minutes before they take your order. During lunch/dinner, it can take half an hour. It doesn’t even seem they’re trying to hire more employees

Went in, nobody here. Manager was rude. I asked to see the size difference between a small and large and she was irritated I asked. My friend order after me, got her food first even though we order the exact same thing. Then her food was cold and mine was hot which makes no sense haha. They had nobody in drivethru so no idea what they were doing. Also spoke Punjabi the whole time which I have no issues with but kind of rude when they are talking about us.

So I went to Wendy's today with my son and the experience that I had there. The manager and the staff were quite rude. I had really cold fries and it was just an unpleasant experience that I have there. So I give them one star
