Wendy's

I clearly asked for a certain item, not sure if the counter person was just new or did not listen. When my order came and it was not what I asked for the back up staff was not gracious or helpful. Instead of swapping out the fries for the item I wanted she reprinted my receipt to prove she had plated my order. In no way could she except her personal typed it in wrong. The food was sad the burger had no flavor and the pop machine was out of at least half the options. It was sticky and the nozzle for lemon aid shot out to the left making a mess down the side of my cup. Very disappointed, will not go back and suggest no one else should risk it.

Never opened at 6: 30am, even if you see one employee inside no one will answer you. So do yourself and favor and plan to have breakfast possibly at around 7: 30am to 8: 00am.

Absolutely HORRID place to work at. Extremely rude managers, none of the co-workers interact with you other than asking you to do some sort of chore, and also the fact that none of the managers actually communicate with eachother, took them 2 WEEKS to all realize that I had cash training. I also felt like I was being watched constantly and had no privacy because if you took to long in the bathroom, they would come to the door and sit around until you came out. And good luck trying to get any sort of breaks, not to mention the fact how disgusting the back of the restaurant is, if you thought the stuff you see when you order your food was gross, just wait till you see their depressing excuse for a "Break area". So yeah, if you ever want to ever think of working here, DONT. I would give 0 stars but thats not an option

Very clean and spotless store. The staff was excellent and the food although predictable was very good. Had a salad, was fresh and the fries and Dave 's single my husband had was fresh and the fries were nice and hot.

Don't live in the area, but we come to this location about 4 times a year and there are always issues, Language is one, and constantly mixing up or not getting the order right, or incomplete.

I miss the southern guy that worked here for a while, he was super easy to understand and extremely friendly. Made my mornings.

Reasonable food and reasonable prices. Nothing extra but mostly clean and service was not slow

Men's bathroom was out of order, the floor was extremely slippery in front of woman's bathroom. I ordered the bacon cheese baked potato and the bacon was in strips (not cut or cubed) so portioning was off. Also ordered the bacon deluxe which is supposed to have three strips of bacon but I got one full and 2 half pieces. A bit disappointing

I don’t usually complain over the restaurants or fast food but I had to this time. We got coupons from Wendy’s so on the way to nanaimo we thought we could get some easy breakfast so we went to Wendy’s to try, it was my first time around 10ish. The girl in the front was not only wearing DIRTY jacket but also put our food in a DIRTY tray before handling it to us and fries were all over the tray which she would help putting it back with her barehands no no no and we’d waited for over half an hour with only one customer ahead of us! This is not right I wonder if there are any food inspectors came to do the jobs at all? Not sure if that girl is homeless or not but if she is then it’s manager’s job to make sure she has clean clothes before coming to work and serve people food with her hands. Dead serious!

I was surprised for the lack of menu items. Felt like there ware only 2 types of burger available, nothing like on Wendi's website where there is multiple burger options. Also the drink despenser didn't have many drinks just a few. This felt like some trail or fake Wendy's location. Burgers also didn't tase as good as in other Wendy locations.

Whoever was working the window at 730pm october 5th needs a raise. The customer service was the best ive ever had at any wendys location. I will be returning and i will eat my chicken nuggets with the biggest smile on my face
