I order ahead of time online and still always have to wait 20 minutes while others are served ahead of me. My order always gets missed.

Horrible experience I was standing at counter with two full leg casts tried to use a Two Spicy chicken meal coupon wanted one not spicy nice lady at counter said ok manager came over said no he would not change order the nicer lady said they do it all the time Rude manage just stood there saying no we will not do this spicy only I was in pain walked out Manager was so unprofessional and uncaring Wendy’s just lost a life long customer!

Decided to give this location another try after my last review. Took 10 minutes for anyone to come to the till and take my order. But the staff member was polite and apologetic for the delay and the food was hot and fresh. As long as I'm not in a hurry I shall return again.

Location can be busy. I find the service on the slow side but overall good. Food is always good.

Good food, however the druggies shooting up in plain sight, and the thieves sorting and selling their 'windfall' right along the drive through is disgusting.

The food was very good and served hot but we weren't notified that it was ready when it was ready and the staff although friendly seemed a little slow to get things done.

Everytime I order from here now there are either missing items or very poor quality food when I call.to inform thwm.of the poor quality control the phone os never answered. Wendy's used to be good.both in its food and service.now I feel like I'm.playing roulette!

Bad service. Food was great, but not enough staff. Manager, was doing Skip orders, before we were helped&there was 4 in front of us.

Was here Aug 11with my family. The poor girl on the till was obviously new and feeling very overwhelmed and not trained properly. The manager kept ignoring her and walking away. When we asked for some condiments she practically told us to leave her alone and stormed off again. The line up didn't end for almost 40 mins while just the girl struggled to do anything without going and finding the manager to train her.

This may be the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever visited. Poor service. Poor quality food and poor cleanliness. Of course they also forgot my fries. This is all because of poor management.

Went through the drive through today and ended up with extra food as a gesture of excellent pleasant customer service. Thank you Wendy's people.

For one, goodluck trying to get ahold of them because they don’t answer their phone, it’s basically a nonexistent phone number & secondly, they may as well if hired 5th grader since they can’t comprehend a special request if their life depended on it. Praying that their employees can get proper basic human education, unless they are just mental impaired, in that case, I’ll continue being refunded in full on DoorDash because you guys can’t read squat diddly:)

Wendy's recently announced a breakfast menu. Breakfast menus jave been available from McDonald, s, A&W and other competitors for uears and years. Wendy's, a terribly run chain and struggling against vastly better run companies has an exyremely disappointing breakfast menu. Soft, non-buttery buns 6hey call croissants. Their spiced potatos are diabolical. They would be a disaster on a lunch or dinner menu, but for breakfast? Absolitely disgustingly inappropriate. I much prefer hash brown patties withouth the mystery spices that are bitter and awful tasting. I ordered a bacon and egg and cheese croissant. I received a sausage and egg and cheese croissant. After one spiced potato slice, I returned them and asked for french fries. Not something I would ever normally order for breakfast, but at least they tasted hugely better than their spicy potatoes. I will never have breakfast again at Wendy's. I will probably never visit a Wendy's ever again. While McDonald's and A&W do really good breakfast business, this Wendy's (in Penticton) had one other customer inside.

Service is slow in the drive thru or when eating in. Good is always good if it's the right order.

I just waited in the Wendy's Drive Thru line for 17 minutes. I could not reverse because of the cars behind me. I phoned the store to find out what the issue wzs only to be told that a customer was having an issue with his debit card. Here's a simple suggestion - ask the customer to pull around to the front of the restaurant. Complete and utter disregard for everyone else stuck in the drive thru line!

We ordered a salad fries and frosty. My lady wanted a salad after we sat in the ER for hours and nothing else was really open. The Drive thru was a bit slow but the salad was actually great. They had more chicken in it then the Denny's one which was twice the price. Great job Wendy's on a healthy option that was great

Staff have always been really great and the food is usually on point.they *have* made a couple mistakes along the way (but who doesn't?). Overall, a great place to grab lunch. They've always happily made things right if there was a problem with my order. One of the best fast food places in town. ​

I am giving 4 stars based on the two times I have visited, the first time I had a burger which was 4.5 stars, today I had the spicy chicken burger which I am giving 3.5 stars for, being that it tasted a bit dry, other than that, service was quick and professional

Just picked up a Dave's single. SO fresh, so tasty! This location rocks! Not too many condiments. In Edmonton, one Wendy's location drowns their burgers. Thank you Penticton!

Now that I have to have an app (that loves my personal info!) to get the coupon deals, you have lost a customer. Goodbye.

Placed fairly large order. 5x meals. After 15 minutes they out bunch of bags infront of us, completely wrong and had to start again, they threw the orders in garbage. Guy (manager) never said anything, no apology or communication. 30 minutes later we got order. Worst service ever from Wendy's and he really couldn't care less

Not very fast just wanted a frosty but for what ever reason they had a walk-in waiting for an order in the drive thru total waste of time car was next then I went thru.

The staff is friendly and the food fast, the restaurant super clean and inviting, but the food though wasn't worth the $45 so mostly won't return!

I absolutely love the wraps. Although small, very filling and definitely good. The 99 cent frosty are amazing. The staff have messed up my order before but otherwise, great food, short wait time and decent service.

On Monday, June 28th, 2021 my partner and I were stranded in Summerland due to the forest fire between Summerland and Peachland. I drive a Smart Car and it does have a/c but it could not keep up when we were sitting in the heat in the traffic so three times we turned around and went back. A & W was our "port in the storm" They made sure we had water and made us welcome for hours on end.fed us we when asked and offered what information they could find. Kitchen staff and front counter staff all very kind and friendly. Thank goodness it was their first day open again and it was safe, cool and accommodating. Make sure you stop in for good food and friendly people when you stop in Summerland.

Everytime I come there I feel super rushed. I no they are busy but I feel it more the give me your money. Here is your food next.

New decore looks nice but it's like putting lipstick on a pig. The staff is still slow and undrertrained, I was in this week, no one in line in front of me and it took over 5 minutes for a staff member to stop talking with a coworker to see if I had been helped yet.

Always decent food and the outside line moves very quickly.however.today my Southwest avocado chicken salad included very undercooked bacon. I really do prefer my bacon fully cooked and I'd rather wait a minute than receive inedible bacon.

Wendy's has been consistently very good over the years. It's really the only drive-thru worth the stop. I would recommend this business.

Ok because I found the food possible but could be better no real complaints but could be better.

It's a nice restaurant. They serve the fresh food with a pleasant smile. It's convenient for all. The food has good quality especially the spicy chicken and frosty. I recommend all of you to try at least once the spicy chicken burger from this particular store.

Decided to give Wendy's one last chance. Fries were cold. Burger tasted fishy and made me ill. Staff had very poor english. Took a long time to explain that I wanted milk and sugar for my tea.

Wendy's in Penticton is as consistent as it comes over the years. Always good quality, drive thru is always fast and staff is always courteous!

Definitely the place to go for a good burger! If you go during the rushes expect slower service as I've noticed theres usually only one staff member doing everything. Slower wait times also occur when they are waiting for fresh fries or meat. Too many people complaining! The dining area is occasionally messy but only during rush times. Had very good service from a young lady who was working today. Was very friendly and got my order fast and fresh! I think her name was Megan or something similar. Had a big smile on her face and seemed happy to be there. Great work!

They were fast. Nice. Helpful.suggested better filters and explained why we might want to switch from what we bought.

Chilli was greasy. Buns weren't fresh. The melted cheese sauce was brown and tasted gross. It will be a long time before we give Wendy's another try.

Wife and i stood in line for 8 minutes as the only guests waiting for one of the two employees behind the til to take our order.

The chicken the pic was bigger than the one served. Same with the fries. Taste and quality 5 star.

Very bad service. I mean really bad. I was waiting to be served for at least 12 minutes and when I eventually wqw served they charged me for 2 burgers but only gave me one

Not really well orginized. Line ups formed quickly because they werent helping customers. The door to the outdoor seating has no handle to get in. Makes no sense.

Wait in drive thru was long and staff were not very friendly. Did not acknowledge the wait with any concern. Place has sure gone down hill over the years.

Personal fav was the salad. This Wendys could use a renovation to catch up to where most of them are but it has a nice classic feel to what Wendys is. The chicken nuggets were a bit over cooked

A long time ago I was a regular customer of the Penticton Wendy's for years. They have really let themselves go. I live closer to Wendy's than I ever have and rarely go. Every time I do go these days I am reminded why my visits have become rare.

Always rude, can never understand order. Always mess up my orders this was the 10th and finale strike for me for this Wendy's. Dont bother going, goto a+w if you want great food and service.
